WE MUST INSIST ON PASSAGE OF “CIPA” LEGISLATION But How Can It Be Done???
In addition to “following the money” there is another action that is conducive to understanding reality and survival and that is “motivating the money.” The so-called “mainstream media” can be jarred out of their comfortable position of being a lap-dog for the left wing of American politics only when they come to grips with the fact they are promoting and hastening their own demise. At this writing, left-wing politics has removed any pretence of self-protection from an EMP attack, but in so doing they are in effect, digging their own graves.
On the last day of September, 2017 Americans went to bed hardly realizing that a little known group of patriotic citizens, laboring to protect them, had been extinguished by a “care less Congress” while barely uttering a whimper. “The Congressional Commission to Assess the Threat of Electromagnetic Pulse to the United States of America” (or EMP Commission), disbanded that day and its passing was hardly recognized, or even less mourned by the very people it was endeavoring to protect.
And with it went any chance of America surviving an attack by a rouge nation or any other group with the intent of producing a fatal wound via the delivery of an EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) over the only secular hope of the world (USA). Such a blast from any source (even the sun), has the potential of destroying our modern world and sending us instantly back to a time when men hunted for food, carrying big sticks.
Any chance that is, unless the Republican majority and/or the left wing of American politics can be induced to support legislation that will require immediate action to harden our electrical grid. The know-how to protect our grid is common knowledge, and money is not the stopper. A decision to do what must be done lies not with the expense involved but with the WILL to act and to act quickly to neutralize the threat!
According to a January 2015 article in the EMP Blog, “In order to mitigate the EMP threat, Rep. Franks (R-Ariz.), chair of the Congressional EMP Caucus, is pushing legislation that would secure critical infrastructure against an EMP attack. The Critical Infrastructure Protection Act (CIPA) would enable the Department of Homeland Security to implement practical steps to protect the electrical grid.”
Things haven’t changed much since 2015, except to get worse. Franks’ efforts are being stymied by Fred Upton (R-MI) and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK). Only pressure from Michigan and Alaskan constituents, plus citizens nationwide can move these two powerful people off their allegiance to “entrenched interests in the power industry.” American citizens can put the fear of God and political survival in them both, but only if we work together.
The American Center for Democracy writes,
“The SHIELD Act, introduced by Congressman Trent Franks (R-AZ) and co-sponsored by Congresswoman Yvette Clarke (D-NY), would implement one of the most important recommendations of the EMP Commission. SHIELD would empower the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to require the electric power industry to protect the national grid from EMP. SHIELD would require industry to protect the grid by selective “hardening” of vital components by using surge arrestors, blocking devices, faraday cages and other proven technologies that the Department of Defense has known for fifty years can reliably protect military systems from EMP.”
But the bump on the log just sits there. Indeed, THE BUMP HAS GOTTEN LARGER, putting us at an almost certain risk of electrical and electronic failure unless somehow the logjam in Congress can be broken. The bump on the log, lack of passage by the House and Senate and a signature in the White House has stopped all efforts for an emergency program to move decisively to get to work. But it gets even worse. Here’s the most recent sad news according to an Oct 5th article in THE HILL:
“North Korea won the battle against America's EMP Commission
“Over the weekend, in a dim corner of Washington D.C. and in a quiet recess of the Pentagon, a national security tragedy occurred with little notice or fanfare. On Sept. 30, the Congressional Commission to Assess the Threat of Electromagnetic Pulse to the United States of America (or EMP Commission) was shut down indefinitely.”
In addition, an EMP blast from the sun (let alone enemy action) is also an ever-present threat. We survived the “Carrington Event” of 1859. We dodged the bullet a century and a half ago, not because we were better prepared but because we were mere infants electrically. If the same event happened today, trains, trucks and cars would all grind to an immediate stop. Airplanes would fall to ground and oxygen plus other critical machines in hospitals and private homes would go silent except for a meager few that had been pre-protected against such a natural or super-natural blast. If hospital generators have not been isolated with faraday cages or other grounding and shielding devices, thousand of critical care patients will die within minutes. It will only take hours or days for the cascading effects to be felt throughout the system killing countless more.
On the morning of September 1, 1859, amateur astronomer Richard Carrington ascended into the private observatory attached to his country estate outside of London. After cranking open the dome’s shutter to reveal the clear blue sky, he pointed his brass telescope toward the sun and began to sketch a cluster of enormous dark spots that freckled its surface. Suddenly, Carrington spotted what he described as “two patches of intensely bright and white light” erupting from the sunspots. Five minutes later the fireballs vanished, but within hours their impact would be felt across the globe.
We are told by the experts (Dr. Peter Vincent Pry, ANP contributor, and others), for a mere $2 billion, chickenfeed nowadays, our grid can be hardened and the EMP threat diminished to almost nothing. “Indeed, protecting the 300 most important high-energy transformers that are indispensable to the national power grid is estimated to cost $100-200 million–about one dollar for every American life that would be saved.”
It’s easy to assume the American Left Wing monopoly of large and rich media companies, NYT, WAPA, WSJ, CBS, NBC, ABC etc. etc. etc. (perhaps unintentionally?) are bent on destroying our country and along with it our homes, our livelihoods, indeed our very lives. And there’s no doubt that scenario is coming, if you don’t believe it, just read your Bibles. The only question is “When?” In the meantime we need to utilize every tool at our command to fight, to resist evil and to delay as much as possible our eventual (prophesied) entrance into world government.

In other words, “WRITE LETTERS!” And by extension, text, call, email and holler in the streets to every News Outlet and every Congressman and Senator to re-enable the EMP Commission, to pass SHIELD legislation and FUND THE NECESSARY MONEY to force every electric company and every government agency in the United States to launch an emergency action to harden the grid! NOW!
But until all hope is gone, with EVERY EFFORT at EVERY LEVEL we must somehow drill through the elitist heads who run the “Mainstream Media” that if the ship goes down, they will be sunk first AND it will be open season on them by every man, woman and child who is hurt by their lack of pushing Congress to act. Yes, we know their power is overrated, that’s been shown by the astounding success of the Alternative Press but the MSM still carries a lot of clout, even though it is apparent they are slowly losing the battle. In this fight however, it would be better and easier, to enlist their help than to bemoan motives and scruples.
If the Alternative Press leads the charge the MSM will initially go on the defensive. If the GRASSROOTS jumps in however and insist on their help (ratings mean more to them than their ideology), the MSM will sit up and take notice. The greatest motivator in this fallen world is profit (1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil). If the profits go away the accumulated wealth and power goes away. If the power goes away MSM executives will be in same shape as the rest of us, except that we won’t be mad at each other, just mad at them.
We have to bet the elite’s love of money is greater than their hatred for America. So if the Alternative Press will push their readers to mount a campaign to spur their readers to action, to force Congress to demand concrete and immediate steps be taken to harden the grid, and simultaneously to convince the MSM it’s as much in their interest as it is ours, then we need not just sit back and accept our fate. If we act together and pull together though, we will have a chance where today no chance exists. We are presently like victims selected to die by guillotine, just waiting for the blade to hit bottom.
We are told by sites such as Deagle.com to expect a wholesale reduction in world population before 2025. According to them the USA will be reduced from 324 million to about 54 million. Do the movers and shakers of major media expect to move their kingdoms into the whole world as its population is reduced by 83%, moving from 7 ½ billion to 1.25 (or less) billion?
Do they really believe they can increase their market four fold and not expect any consequences from the friends and families left behind after more than 8 out of 10 Americans are exterminated? Guns are not the only method of retaliation for wrong-doing. Let’s say the gun grabbers are successful in disarming the world. Will that make the gun grabbers safe? Odds are that any population that remembers loved ones that have been murdered by whatever method, will not go quietly into the night and forget about retaliation. That’s not the human nature we have observed over the past 6 millennia.
More immediately, when the power goes off, all television screens will go black, news presses will grind to a halt, the internet will collapse and with the lack of electricity the wealth, power and influence of the media moguls will also tank. Gone will be the chauffeured limousines, the cocktail parties and the endless supply of luxuries enjoyed by the very rich. Gone will be their influence in Congress, instead of being courted they will be shunned. Gone will be their power to move mountains and products, gone will be their reasons for living.
When the power goes off, the halls of Congress will also be haunted by hurting Americans seeking vengeance on all elitists who have put their personal gain in front of the national good. There will be a mad scramble in Washington D.C. to get out of town and out of the sights of hillbilly marksmen.
An EMP event will not disable a rifle and you can still get to Foggy Bottom by riding a horse or walking.
