Earth Shift Responsible For "Freaky" Displaced Polar Vortex And "Historic" US Storms? HAARP? Apocalyptic Events Happening Now

NASA and the world was warned in early December by Inuit Elders that the earth was shifting, "wobbling" or tilting and also told that this was the reason for the extreme weather events that had been occurring..... things just got worse.
We see reports of a "freaky system" roaring towards the UK which they are calling a "displaced polar vortex" as we see dire warnings being issued from weather experts in the US of a "historic" storm hitting which will bring record levels of snow, blizzards, power outages and more to the northeastern US.
Some attribute these extreme weather events to HAARP, others say we are seeing signs from the heavens and cite biblical prophecy as seen in the first video below, while yet other segments point to the earlier Inuit Elders warnings and believe as the earth continues to shift and we can expect more and more of these events to follow.
Does one set of beliefs exclude others? No.
It has been well documented that the US goverment has been working for decades on weather modification and that the military has experimented with climate warfare. In fact, in 1997 former U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen stated "Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts."
Is it possible that human beings have "manipulated" things to the point where we are now seeing the ramifications, not only in extreme weather events, but in mass animal die-offs, an increase in earthquakes and volcanism, floods, landslides, and a whole series of other events discussed in the video below?
Is it also not possible that those manipulations and ramifications are ushering in apocalyptic events foretold in the bible?
