Due to a keen-eyed emailer with a good memory we see what appears to some to be further preparation happening across the U.S. to implement martial law by using executive orders that have been passed throughout the decades.
The email was forwarded to ANP by author and researcher Steve Quayle, who received it after he woke at 4:14 AM mountain time, after having a dream/vision of the "military coming down the highway, opening storage units - and they appeared to be foreign soldiers." In a followup email Quayle tells us "Each storage unit had a soldier standing at attention with bolt cutters in hand." (Quayle's SQ Alert here)

I got this email from the corporate office where I work in Colorado. Actually the state I work in doesn’t matter, as they have over 2,400 properties across the country, and this applies to all of them.
To most people, this email I received is no big deal. But after all that I’ve learned over the past year, this is very disturbing to me, because at most self storage companies, there are apartments on site, usually right behind the office.
My company freely gave Google the ok to do this, without asking us that live on site.I don’t see any good reason to do what they want to do, only evil intent. Why must they have this information? I feel like calling my corporate office and asking why they didn’t ask for our ok. We are not entitled to privacy?
I recall reading what was I think a fema document that stated that in an emergency situation, or martial law, the military would take over public storage.
I’m not speaking of the company called “Public Storage”, but of public storage in general.
What does that mean? They take over the unused storage units? Or do they kick others out? And what happens to the resident manager, do they removed them as well? Please read the attached PDF and if you have time, could you tell me what you think it all means? It mentions contractors, could those be military too? Does Google work with the military at all?
I wonder if this is part of Jade Helms in some way.

The specific EO referencing "public storage" was originally set forth in 1962 and states the following, in part:
By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, including authority vested in me by Reorganization Plan No. l of 1958 (72 Stat. 1799), it is hereby ordered as follows:
SECTION 1. Scope. The Interstate Commerce Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission shall prepare national emergency plans and develop preparedness programs covering railroad utilization, reduction of vulnerability, maintenance, restoration, and operation in an emergency; motor carrier utilization, reduction of vulnerability, and operation in an emergency; inland waterway mutilization of equipment and shipping, reduction of vulnerability, and operation in an emergency, excepting the St. Lawrence Seaway; and also provide guidance and consultation to domestic surface transportation and storage industries, as defined below, regarding emergency preparedness measures, and to States regarding development of their transportation plans in assigned areas. These plans and programs will be designed to develop a state of readiness in these areas with respect to all conditions of national emergency, including attack upon the United States.
SEC. 2. Definitions. As used in this order:
"Domestic surface transportation and storage" means rail, motor, and inland water transportation facilities and services and public storage. "Public storage" as used herein includes warehouses and other places which are used for the storage of property belonging to persons other than the persons having the ownership or control of such premises. "Inland water transportation" includes shipping on all inland waterways and Great Lakes shipping engaged solely in the transportation of passengers or cargo between United States ports on the Great Lakes. Specifically excluded, for the purposes of this order, are petroleum and gas pipelines, petroleum and gas storage, agricultural and food resources storage, including the cold storage of food resources, the St. Lawrence Seaway, ocean ports and Great Lakes ports and port facilities, highways, streets, roads, bridges, and related appurtenances, maintenance of inland waterways, and any transportation owned by or pre-allocated to the military.

GOOGLES MANY CONNECTIONS TO THE MILITARY AND THE U.S. GOVERNMENT
In March 2015, WSJ reported that Google employees "have visited the White House for meetings with senior officials about 230 times, or an average of roughly once a week, according to the visitor logs reviewed by the Journal."
Google also has multiple documented connections to the military as was explained in detail by English pravda back in 2010:
To begin with, Google is the supplier of the core search technology for 'Intellipedia, a highly-secured online system where 37,000 U.S. spies and related personnel share information and collaborate on their devious errands.
Agencies such as the so-called 'National Security Agency' have also purchased servers using Google-supplied search technology which processes information gathered by U.S. spies operating all over the planet.
In addition, Google is linked to the U.S. spy and military systems through its Google Earth software venture. The technology behind this software was originally developed by Keyhole Inc., a company funded by Q-Tel http://www.iqt.org/ , a venture capital firm which is in turn openly funded and operated on behalf of the CIA.
Google acquired Keyhole Inc. in 2004. The same base technology is currently employed by U.S. military and intelligence systems in their quest, in their own words, for "full-spectrum dominance" of the planet.
Moreover, Googles' connection with the CIA and its venture capital firm extends to sharing at least one key member of personnel. In 2004, the Director of Technology Assessment at In-Q-Tel, Rob Painter, moved from his old job directly serving the CIA to become 'Senior Federal Manager' at Google.
As Robert Steele, a former CIA case officer has put it: Google is "in bed with" the CIA.
A simple search for Google's Connection to the U.S. Goverment and military will bring readers a plethora of information detailing their extensive ties.
GOOGLE, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)
Google has rich history of work with Artificial Intelligence, and robotics, the same technology that has recently been connected to the military operation Jade Helm 15 which officially began on July 15 and is slated to end on September 15, 2015, , as shown in the documents which were leaked to ANP on March 13, 2015, seen here, which many believe is the government preparing to implement martial law, either during the exercise or in the future utilizing the military assets they are positioning across America.
Ray Kurzweil believes that, by 2029, computers will be able to do all the things that humans do. Only better.
But then everyone's allowed their theories. It's just that Kurzweil's theories have a habit of coming true. And, while he's been a successful technologist and entrepreneur and invented devices that have changed our world – the first flatbed scanner, the first computer program that could recognise a typeface, the first text-to-speech synthesizer and dozens more – and has been an important and influential advocate of artificial intelligence and what it will mean, he has also always been a lone voice in, if not quite a wilderness, then in something other than the mainstream.
And now? Now, he works at Google. Ray Kurzweil who believes that we can live for ever and that computers will gain what looks like a lot like consciousness in a little over a decade is now Google's director of engineering. The announcement of this, last year, was extraordinary enough. To people who work with tech or who are interested in tech and who are familiar with the idea that Kurzweil has popularised of "the singularity" – the moment in the future when men and machines will supposedly converge – and know him as either a brilliant maverick and visionary futurist, or a narcissistic crackpot obsessed with longevity, this was headline news in itself.
But it's what came next that puts this into context. It's since been revealed that Google has gone on an unprecedented shopping spree and is in the throes of assembling what looks like the greatest artificial intelligence laboratory on Earth; a laboratory designed to feast upon a resource of a kind that the world has never seen before: truly massive data. Our data. From the minutiae of our lives.
JADE HELM 15, 'SKYNET' AND 'SMART CITIES'
As was mentioned above, Jade Helm 15 has already been connected to an Artifical Intelligence operation, explained in detail by Natural News, in an article titled "Pentagon now using Jade Helm exercises to teach Skynet how to kill humans," where we see that "JADE is simply AI quantum computing technology that can produce the holographic battle simulations and, in addition, "has the ability to use vast amounts of data being collected on the human domain to generate human terrain systems in geographic population centric locations" as a means of identifying and eliminating targets - insurgents, rebels or "whatever labels that can be flagged as targets in a Global Information Grid for Network Centric Warfare environments."

There are also a number of technologies associated with smart cities. And that is just the beginning, with tech giants coming up with new technology every day that could be used to improve lives — or destroy liberty and privacy. Already, the former head of the NSA and CIA has been boasting that “we kill people based on metadata.” With “smart” cities providing unfathomable amounts of data to authorities, Americans can expect the lawlessness to continue accelerating if nothing changes."
Welcome to what once was considered science fiction, but is now becoming reality in yet another example of Hollywood setting the stage for governmental agendas.
Welcome to "Skynet"
Skynet is a fictional conscious, gestalt, artificial general intelligence (see also Superintelligence) system which features centrally in the Terminator franchise and serves as the franchise's main antagonist.
Rarely depicted visually in any of the Terminator media, Skynet gained self-awareness after it had spread into millions of computer servers all across the world; realizing the extent of its abilities, its creators tried to deactivate it. In the interest of self-preservation, Skynet concluded that all of humanity would attempt to destroy it and impede its capability in safeguarding the world. Its operations are almost exclusively performed by servers, drones, satellites, war-machines, cyborgs (usually a Terminator), and other computer systems. As a programming directive, Skynet's manifestation is that of an overarching, global, artificial intelligence hierarchy, which seeks to exterminate the human race in order to fulfill the mandates of its original coding. To understand how dangerous and chilling it is to have an Artifical Intelligence entity controlling Jade Helm, any military operation, and to be in control of whole cities and with data mining capabilities, just look at a couple recent "discussions" that programmers have had with AI bots.
June 2015, via WSJ, article titled "Artificial Intelligence Machine Gets Testy With Its Programmer":
Clearly, artificial intelligence research is ongoing. In one recent study conducted by Google scientists, an AI bot was asked a series of questions regarding morality, ethics and human existence.
The research - "conversational modeling" - was designed to assist the AI bot with "learning" responses through human interaction. Some of the answers the bot provided in response to certain questions was chilling:
With Googles connection to the military and to the U.S. goverment, along with the Executive Orders mandating unlimited legal authorities to FEMA in the event of martial law or when a national emergency is declared, specifically the mention of "public storage" and Google now being given open access to storage facilities, the emailer's question of whether this is all tied together with Jade Helm, which many believe is prep for martial law, seems a legitimate concern.
Furthermore, the connection between the "JADE" AI Computing technology which uses vast amounts of data that is being collected on the general population in order to direct battles, brings us right into the world that used to be considered fiction but is now reality.
"JADE" is an A.I. quantum computing technology that produces holographic battlefield simulations and has the ability to use vast amounts of data being collected on the human domain to generate human terrain systems in geographic population centric locations to identify and eliminate targets, insurgents, rebels or whatever labels that can be flagged as targets in a Global Information Grid for Network Centric Warfare environments.
The JADE II battle field system is cognitive and intuitive. It can examine prior executed battle plans and and devise 'new and better' strategies to increase the 'kill chain'. The II generation of JADE has the capability for two way communication with drones through the OCCOM technology which is one of the next generation integrations to this system.
In short, JADE HELM will not be battles directed by Generals and Military Commanders, but by a computer. It is a cognitive software program based on a Network Centric Warfare System at the HELM.
