Kemner believes this is Nibiru as his title "Nibiru 2 Suns PUERTO VALLARTA Mexico Second Sun in PLAIN SIGHT," states and whether those reading and watching believe in Nibiru or not, this spectacular footage seemingly defies explanation unless one at least considers the possibility.
