Is This Proof School Shooters Are Being 'Programmed' By The Luciferian Elite? Fusion Center's Release Of 'Remote Mind Control' Documents Goes Way Beyond MKUltra
While the mainstream media and websites such as snopes and News Guard Technologies would surely label 'remote mind control' as 'fake news', as Muckrock reports, one of the many files received in the FOIA response was one titled “EM effects on human body.zip.” and within it came the diagrams that we've embedded within this ANP story below.
As we reported in that important story which was published just days after the 'Parkland High School' event in Florida, according to a 1991 book by Milton William Cooper titled "Behold A Pale Horse", the 'secret government' would use mind-controlled patsies to carry out massive shootings upon US soil in a sick and twisted attempt to eliminate the 2nd Amendment, with the middle class begging government to do away with guns 'for their safety'.

How do you waste a perfectly good mind and create a zombie? An article on the Steve Quayle site last week shows how easy it is to “zombify” Americans—just sit them in front of their TVs, computer monitors or smart phones and whisper softly behind the screens.
Electromagnetic fields from these monitors are actually a form of nervous system manipulation, the US Patent article reveals. When pulsed images are displayed, it results in certain “physiological effects” in humans, not good news for most computer nerds and TV couch potatoes.
“Many computer monitors and TV tubes emit pulsed electromagnetic fields of sufficient amplitudes to excite sensory resonance in a nearby subject,” the article noted. “It is therefore possible to manipulate someone’s nervous system by pulsing images displayed on a nearby computer monitor or TV set.”
In other words, sneaky subliminal messages are changing us from high-functioning, thinking beings into mind-controlled zombies content to sleepwalk through life.

Monarch Programming is a method of mind control used by numerous organizations for covert purposes. It is a continuation of project MK-ULTRA, a mind-control program developed by the CIA, and tested on the military and civilians. The methods are astonishingly sadistic (its entire purpose is to traumatize the victim) and the expected results are horrifying: The creation of a mind-controlled slave who can be triggered at anytime to perform any action required by the handler. While mass media ignores this issue, over 2 million Americans have gone through the horrors of this program. Monarch programming is a mind-control technique comprising elements of Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) and Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD). It utilizes a combination of psychology, neuroscience and occult rituals to create within the slaves an alter persona that can be triggered and programmed by the handlers. Monarch slaves are used by several organizations connected with the world elite in fields such as the military, sex slavery and the entertainment industry. This article will look at the origins of Monarch programming, its techniques and its symbolism.
Origins
Throughout the course of history, several accounts have been recorded describing rituals and practices resembling mind control. One of the earliest writings giving reference to the use of occultism to manipulate the mind can be found in the Egyptian Book of the Dead. It is a compilation of rituals, heavily studied by today’s secret societies, which describes methods of torture and intimidation (to create trauma), the use of potions (drugs) and the casting of spells (hypnotism), ultimately resulting in the total enslavement of the initiate. Other events ascribed to black magic, sorcery and demon possession (where the victim is animated by an outside force) are also ancestors of Monarch programming.
It is, however, during the 20th century that mind control became a science in the modern sense of the term, where thousands of subjects have been systematically observed, documented and experimented on. One of the first methodical studies on trauma-based mind control were conducted by Josef Mengele, a physician working in Nazi concentration camps. He initially gained notoriety for being one of the SS physicians who supervised the selection of arriving prisoners, determining who was to be killed and who was to become a forced labourer. However, he is mostly known for performing grisly human experiments on camp inmates, including children, for which Mengele was called the “Angel of Death”.
What we didn't mention within that story was 'scopolamine', also known as 'devil's breath', what has been called the most dangerous drug in the world. While scopolamine is now in the possession of 'big pharma', used in the scopolamine transdermal patch which is supposed to help with motion sickness, the potential abuses of scopolamine for mind control are legendary.
Used by criminals in Colombia where it naturally grows to completely control their victims, this very brief excerpt from City Paper Bogota helps to explain why scopolamine is such a danger, especially in the hands of those who don't have the best of intentions:
Colombia’s National Police has revealed that scopolamine attacks in Bogotá are on the rise and a situation, both locals and tourists, must be very aware of. This dangerous drug acts within seconds, takes control of one’s actions and erases any recollection of what has happened. Known in Colombia as “burundanga,” scopolamine is extracted from the Brugmansia shrub, prevalent to the Andean highlands and recognizable for its hanging yellow or white bell shaped flowers.
In the hands of criminals, this odourless, fine powder can be applied to any surface, from business cards to wristbands, but is more commonly mixed into a drink or blown at your face. If you have been targeted, you become dizzy and confused following your assailant’s instructions, handing over in a zombie-like state personal belongings, and the PIN numbers to your credit or debit cards.
As the Daily Mail reported back on February 16th, two days after 'the Parkland High School event', gunman Nikolas Cruz allegedly heard 'demon voices' prior to the shooting that told him how to carry out the alleged shooting and as we hear in the first video below from David Knight from Infowars and see in the embedded document at the top of this story, 'microwave hearing', or hearing voices, are one of the psycho-electronic weapon effects.
Was Cruz a mind-controlled patsy? As Ammoland reported back in 2013, the number of school shooters who have been on psychotropic drugs is mind numbing and as Bill Cooper suggested in his book 'Behold A Pale Horse', those who are on such drugs are much easier to mold into 'patsies' than others who are much stronger mentally. From that 2013 story:
Nearly every mass shooting incident in the last twenty years, and multiple other instances of suicide and isolated shootings all share one thing in common, and its not the weapons used.
The overwhelming evidence points to the signal largest common factor in all of these incidents is the fact that all of the perpetrators were either actively taking powerful psychotropic drugs or had been at some point in the immediate past before they committed their crimes.
While that was back in 2013, the trend of killers on pschotropic drugs continues through today. From USA Business Radio:
Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) International, a 49-year mental health watchdog says that underscoring increasing reports of school and veteran shooters there is a clear and consistent connection to psychiatric treatments, especially mind-altering drugs. The group cited the latest gunman alleged to be behind an all-day hostage situation on Friday 9 March that left three women dead at the nation’s largest veterans’ home in northern California. He was a former patient who served in the Army, officials said.
Within days of the tragedy came the telltale revelation that he’d been on “medication” for treatment of a mental disorder, CNN reported. The veteran’s legal guardian was also quoted in an NBC interview that he had taken “medication” for mood swings. She said, “He couldn’t sleep and I think that was hard for him because a couple times we saw him, I barely recognized him.” Further reported, “He was given meds, changed him,” said the guardian.
Local Florida ABC News also provided additional information about the recent Marjory Stoneman Douglas High Schoolshooter reporting that records show he was at some point dependent on psychiatric drugs. The New York Times had previously reported that the alleged shooter had taken or was still taking “medication” for ADHD.
