Now the Obama administration is sending a "letter to every public school district in the country telling them to allow transgender students to use bathrooms and locker rooms that match their chosen gender identity, as opposed to their birth certificate," as reported by Fox News and NYT.
That doesn't just get a big fat NO, that gets a HELL NO!Every single parent of a male or a female child should be standing up, speaking out and pulling their child out of any school that dares to bow down to Obama's decree.
Furthermore, Barrack Hussein Obama should be co-charged in any sexual assault committed that stems from a male being allowed in a female restroom, or a female being allowed in a male restroom in public schools or businesses.
To be brutally honest, I don't give a damn what a person considers their "gender identity." A person is born with a penis or a vagina, they are physically either a male or a female, hence a man or a woman.
Male via Dictionary.com - a person bearing an X and Y chromosome pair in the cell nuclei and normally having a penis, scrotum, and testicles, and developing hair on the face at adolescence; a boy or man.
Female via Dictionary.com - a person bearing two X chromosomes in the cell nuclei and normally having a vagina, a uterus and ovaries, and developing at puberty a relatively rounded body and enlarged breasts, and retaining a beardless face; a girl or woman.
Now if a person with a penis wants to put on some high heels, a dress, some makeup and earings and prance around town, more power to them, that is their business, not mine. The same goes for a woman that wants to cut her hair short, dress and act like a man.
What is my business and what the Obama crowd refuses to acknowledge is the fact that if I need to use a restroom in a store like Target, my safety cannot be guaranteed from sexual offenders that can and will use Target's new transgender allowed in bathrooms policy, by claiming they "identify" as a female.
That is not opinion, that is a fact as I will show in just a few examples below, found at Protect Fayetteville.com, linking and citing news reports where these types of abuses have been documented, even before the Obama's Transgender bathroom issue became public policy.

A man dressed as a woman has been spotted peeping at females and photographing them in a UC Berkeley locker room.
According to an email just received from the UC Police Department:
"On Monday, October 4, 2010 at 9:20 p.m. and again on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. a male disguised as a female was discovered in the Recreational Sports Facility women’s locker room. On both occasions the suspect fled the scene when confronted by staff members. In one of the instances the suspect was seen using a cell phone to photograph women inside the locker room. After each occurrence UCPD searched the area but was unable to locate the suspect. No one was physically contacted during these encounters.

But the investigating officer noted that the man was wearing a wig and bra. A search also turned up a pair of woman's panties in his front pocket, according to the police report. In the earlier incident, he said he took a shower in the girls' locker room for sexual gratification, acccording to the police report.

Purdue University police are investigating a reported incident in which a man dressed as a woman was seen taking photographs under the wall of a women's bathroom stall in Yue-Kong Pao Hall of Visual and Performing Arts.
The incident was reported to police about 3:30 p.m. Monday (March 31).
According to a police report, a woman was in a bathroom stall on the third floor of the building and saw a hand holding a blue flip-phone camera beneath the door. She left the restroom and then returned to confront the person. At that point, she realized the person was a man dressed as a woman.

According to a police report, the mother of a 17-year-old girl complained after her daughter saw the transgender individual walking naked in the locker room. A female swim coach confronted the man sprawled out in a sauna exposing himself. She ordered him to leave and called police.
The coach later apologized when she discovered the man was transgendered but explained there were girls using the facility as young as six years old who weren’t used to seeing male genitals.

A 51-year-old man wearing women's clothing was arrested for allegedly undressing in front of children at Walmart.
Police say Norwood Smith Burnes, 51, of Rome, has a long record of indecent exposure and was on probation for public indecency when the latest incident occurred in the women's bathroom at Walmart in Calhoun, the Rome News-Tribune reported.
There are ample doumented cases where restrooms and locker rooms are already targeted by sexual offenders before and after the Obama administration sanctioned this type of abuse, and absolutely no evidence showing that a policy legally allowing transgenders into bathrooms and locker rooms of the opposite sex will not exacerbate this problem and be used by sexual predators under the guise of "gender identity" politics.
There is a very simple fix to all of this nonsense, change the "men" and "women" signs on bathrooms and locker rooms to "penis" and "vagina," then create a third group of facilities and label it "whatever."
Problem solved.
The first video below is a must-watch as a man, who has a transgender friend, decides to do an objective social experiment by dressing as a woman, then he proceeds to follow different women into the women's bathroom to see their reactions and capture them on audio and ends up saying that in his opinion after being on the receiving end of those reactions, that woman are VERY uncomfortable with men in their bathrooms and "there needs to be a better solution."
