On November 24, 2025, President Trump signed the EOLaunching the Genesis Missionorders the implementation of the initialization of the AI-accelerated innovation through harnessing all Federal scientific datasets. This effort will combine governmental sources, American businesses, university research, existing research infrastructure, data repositories, production plants, and national security sites to kickstart AI development and utilization. The goal is to strengthen national security, secure energy dominance, enhance workforce productivity, and multiply the return on taxpayer investment into research and development while ultimately ensuring the US's technological dominance and global strategic leadership.
Section 2 establishes the Genesis Mission as a national effort to accelerate the application of AI for transformative scientific discovery. The Secretary of Energy is now responsible for implementing the Mission within the DOE. The Assistant to the President for Science and Technology (APST) shall provide general leadership of the Mission to ensure the Mission is aligned with national objectives.
Section 3 orders the Secretary of Energy to establish and operate the American Science and Security Platform to provide high-performance computing resources, AI modeling and analysis frameworks, computational tools, domain-specific foundation models, access to appropriate datasets, and experimental and production tools to enable autonomous and AI-augmented experimentation and manufacturing in high-impact domains. The Secretary of Energy is responsible for ensuring the Platform meets security requirements. Within 90 days, the Secretary of Energy shall identify Federal computing, storage, and networking resources that can support the Mission as well as additional partnerships or infrastructure enhancements to support the computational foundation for the Platform. Within 120 days, the Secretary of Energy shall identify initial data and model assets, develop a plan for incorporating datasets from federally funded research, other agencies, academic institutions, and approved private-sector partners. Within 240 days, the Secretary shall review capabilities across DOE national laboratories and other participating Federal research facilities for robotic labs and production facilities. Within 270 days, the Secretary of Energy will demonstrate an initial operating capacity of the Platform for at least 1 of the challenges in Section 4.
Section 4 orders that within 60 days, the Secretary of Energy shall submit a detailed list of at least 20 science and technology challenges of national importance in the following domains: advanced manufacturing; biotechnology; critical materials; nuclear fission and fusion energy; quantum information science; and/or semiconductors and microelectronics. In addition, within 30 days of the submission of this list, the APST shall review the list and work with participating agency members to coordinate the development of the list such that it can serve as the initial set of national science and technology challenges to be addressed by the Mission. The Secretary of Energy shall review and update the list of challenges yearly.
Section 5 assigns the APST to convene relevant and interested agencies to assist in aligning their AI-related efforts; identify data sources to support the Mission's aim; coordinate with participating agencies; launch funding opportunities or prize competitions; and establish mechanisms to coordinate research and funding. The APST will coordinate with agencies to establish competitive programs for research fellowships, internships, and apprenticeships.
Section 6 orders that within 1 year (and annually thereafter) a report will be presented to the President describing: operational status and capabilities; integration progress; user engagement status; updates on research efforts and outcomes; outcomes of private-public partnerships; and identified needs within the Mission.
In addition, the White House published the articlePresident Trump Launches the Genesis Mission to Accelerate AI for Scientific Discoveryannouncing this bold national initiative to accelerate scientific breakthroughs using AI. The Genesis Mission is seen as a way to bring together the power of US National Laboratories' supercomputers and top scientific minds to transform the way science and research are conducted in a whole-of-government approach in partnership with private businesses, universities, research facilities, and others.

The power to appoint an interim U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 546 during the current vacancy lies with the district court until a U.S. Attorney is nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate under 28 U.S.C. 541.
On or about September 30, 2020, in the Eastern District of Virginia, the defendant, JAMES B. COMEY JR., did willfully and knowingly make a materially false, Fictitious, and fraudulent statement in a matter within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch of the Government of the United Stales, by falsely stating to a U.S. Senator during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing that he, JAMES B. COMEY JR., had not authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports" regarding an FBI investigation concerning PERSON 1.
That statement was false, because, as JAMES B. COMEY JR. then and there knew, he in fact had authorized PERSON 3 to serve as an anonymous source in news reports regarding an FBI investigation concerning PERSON 1.
All in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1001(a)(2).

Theindictment is dismissed without prejudice.
Mr. Comeys request for an injunction barring Ms. Halligan from participating in the prosecution of this case is denied as moot.

Interesting that this judge simply copied/pasted the order for James into the order for Comey, or was it Comey's order pasted into the order for James? Either way, the legitimacy of the indictment was not questioned. The judge simply questioned the appointment of an Interim US Attorney. So the solution is to have a US Attorney nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate, then the indictments can be refiled?
According to the Illinois Legal Aid Online, when a case is dismissed with prejudice it means the case is
. . . dismissed permanently. A case dismissed with prejudice is over and done with, once and for all, and can't be brought back to court.
When a case is dismissed without prejudice it means the case is
. . . not dismissed forever. The person whose case it is can try again. Keep in mind that deadlines, such as statutes of limitations or specific refiling periods, may still apply.
Therefore, refiling of charges against Comey & James is coming soon.
I know we talk a bit in the comments section about "predictive programming" in movies, books, and TV shows. Remember HAL's predictions in 2001 A Space Odyssey? This film premiered in 1968,directed by Stanley Kubrick. Kubrick & Arthur C Clarke wrote the screenplay. It seems we are living many of HAL's predictions, especially with this latest EO creating the Genesis AI Mission:
Those are some of the exact words used by Googles censors, aka 'Orwelliancontent police,' in describing many of our controversial stories.Stories later proven to be truthful and light years ahead of the mainstream media. But because we reported those 'inconvenient truths' they're trying to bankrupt ANP.
