'Stop Reporting About Our Violence' Against Peaceful Protesters And Journalists - Antifa Whines To Press About Negative Coverage

By Susan Duclos - All News PipeLine

We have reported on how the tide is turning against Antifa and more recently on how their terrorist actions finally forced the mainstream media to start reporting on their violence, the same media who have been some of the biggest supporters and apologists for the Soros funded groups that call themselves "Antifa," who use fascists tactics to suppress opinions and speech for political purposes while claiming to be "anti-Fascist."

ANTIFA 'UNMASKED' - EXPOSING THEMSELVES FOR WHAT THEY TRULY ARE: DOMESTIC TERRORISTS

For over a year Independent Media has been exposing the violence, rioting, attacks against anyone that disagrees with their political ideology, and in that time the MSM and liberals have offered excuses, justifications, and actively attacked the victims of Antifa's thuggery, until August 27, 2017, in Berkeley California, when horrifying images of multiple masked men in black, carrying sticks, beating a single man on the ground, punching and kicking him,  as another man, an African American, jumped on the victim, covering his body and protecting him from the brutally violent attack by Antifa members.

While covering Sunday’s “Rally Against Hate” in Berkeley, California, today, Reveal host Al Letson witnessed a man being attacked by a group of protesters. The man was balled up on the ground, fending off blows from several people. Letson, wearing a red T-shirt, jumped in front of the batterers, protecting the man from further injury.

“I was scared they were going to kill him,” Letson said. “So the only thing I could think was I wanted to get on top of him to protect him.”
While that was, by far, the most disturbing image that went viral, others caught on the 27th included mobs of masked thugs in black chasing individuals down the street, and attacking them as is discussed below, with short clips included in the coverage, but we ask readers to carefully note the Antifa supporter that starts speaking at the 40 second mark, as well as the sign behind her that says "NOVEMBER 4th IT BEGINS."

First the sign: The 'November 4 it begins sign" is the new promotional tool for a group called RefuseFascism, that are organizing nationwide terror attacks against Americans in all cities, calling up on supporters to "take to the streets and public squares in cities and towns across the country continuing day after day and night after night—not stopping—until our DEMAND is met: The Trump/Pence Regime Must Go!"

They are calling on the violent overthrow of the duly elected government.

Here is the image of the Antifa group member from the video above with the sign behind her.

ANTIFA WHINES TO THE PRESS "STOP COVERING THEIR VIOLENCE"

The other day we showed how multiple news outlets were attempting to distance themselves after the events in Berkeley on August 27, and more have joined in denouncing and condemning Antifa violence, including LA Times that headlines with "Antifa violence in Berkeley becomes problem for left-wing activist community," with journalists not only witnessing the assualts against "peaceful protesters," but being assaulted by Antifa members themselves.

This was described in detail by Bay Area TV personality, Frank Somerville, a KTVU anchor, when he took to Facebook to explain what happened to him in Berkeley on August 27:

I experienced hate first hand today.

It came from these people dressed in all black at a protest in Berkeley.

Ironically they were all chanting about NO hate. Some had shields and gloves. Some had helmets. Some had gas masks.

I was watching them and taking it all in. I came there on my own time. Because I wanted to see things first hand. I was dressed in shorts and a tank top.

At one point I took out my phone to take a picture. And that's when it all happened. (And just to be clear they were playing for the cameras in front but I was toward the back. And since there were already so many people taking their picture I didn't think it would be an issue.)

I took these two pictures and afterward they started screaming at me. I thought for sure they were going to attack. I was just waiting for it. But I stayed calm even though I thought this may not end well for me. Here's how the conversation went. And as you're reading this keep in mind that they were yelling at me and their words were filled with venom, anger, hate and intolerance. There's just no other way to describe it. I was stunned.

Them: Hey! No pictures or we'll take your phone!!!
(At that point I'd already taken these shots) Me (In calm voice):
You're on public property and I can take a picture if I want to.
Them: Oh so you're a big man with a camera?
Me: No I just wanted to take a picture and talk with you.
Them (rushing toward me): We outnumber you and we will take your camera!
Me: You're not going to take my camera and you're not going to tell me what to do. Why can't we just have a respectful conversation.
(I then touched one of them on her hand to say it's okay I just want to talk)
Them: Don't touch me!!
Me: I'm not trying to do anything. I just want to try to understand and have a respectful conversation.
Them: We'll block your shot!!!
Me: That's fine. All I wanted to do was have a conversation.
Them: Now is not the time. (In fairness he was the one person who was respectful)
Then as I started to walk away a woman started screaming at me saying: We're not interested in talking to you!! We're not interested in talking to you!!

I walked away stunned. I grew up in Berkeley. I marched in anti-war protests during the sixties. Its one thing to read about HATE It's another thing to be right next to it.
In my opinion, these people dressed in black are just as hateful and intolerant as the people they are protesting against.

Afterward I was talking to several other protesters. (Not dressed in black) One of them actually stood up for me as the people dressed in black were threatening me. I was touched.

They were just as disappointed as I was. They said that the people dressed in black represent a small minority and that they "hijack" the protests.

And I agree. MOST of the people out there today in Berkeley were non-violent. They were there for the cause. They just wanted to come out and stand up against hate. I totally support them.

But I do not support extremists, whether they are on the right or the left. Hate is hate.

And I experienced it first hand today. It was sad to see.

It is not only the media Antifa apologists and supporters being forced to acknowledge what the Independent Media has been reporting for over a year, that Antifa is a violent group, but even the most liberal apologist of all, who has refused to even utter the term "Antifa" in the past, has condemned their actions by name.

Nancy Pelosi:

“Our democracy has no room for inciting violence or endangering the public, no matter the ideology of those who commit such acts,” Pelosi wrote. “The violent actions of people calling themselves antifa in Berkeley this weekend deserve unequivocal condemnation, and the perpetrators should be arrested and prosecuted.”

Make no mistake, the media and Pelosi and others now speaking up against Antifa, have been left with no choice now that video coverage of thugs in black, wearing masks and carrying sticks have gone viral throughout the country, chasing people, attacking them, mobbing them and then beating them.

Antifa exposed themselves to the world as domestic terrorists.

Which brings us to the woman at the 40 second mark in the video up above, who is one of the two members of an Antifa group that are whining to journalists about the "negative coverage," with one women stating "It is not always about the violence, and that's why we're here, asking you as media representation to not focus on that all the time."

Then the clip above shows the women shown in the previous video claiming "I don't have too much confidence that you're not going to lead with the bleeding stuff."

Antifa members are upset that the media was forced to report on Antifa terrorizing peaceful protesters and journalists.

BOTTOM LINE

Perhaps it is the fact that the media helped create this monster that calls itself Antifa and now that they have completely become out of control, so the media feels the need to distance themselves for fear that they the general public will finally learn of the media's complicity in helping Antifa rise to this level, or perhaps it is because Antifa is attacking members of the media industry very publicly.

Whatever the reason, the negative coverage is upsetting Antifa as more and more of the general public sees them exactly for what they are: Domestic terrorists.

Hopefully, enough understand that basic truth before November 4, 2017, when Antifa groups across the nation plan to overthrow the duly elected government, with no limit to how much chaos and violence they will subject everyday Americans to in the process.

THIS IS ANTIFA - Warn your family, your friends, your local law enforcement, your congressional members, that Antifa is coming to a town near you... perhaps even your own.
