Bullseye CNN? Thursday The Beginning Of The End For 'Establishment Media' Outlet As Hundreds Of Hours Of Leaked Footage To Be Released 'WikiLeaks Style'
On Saturday, January 18, 2017, Project Veritas founder James O'Keefe went on the Sean Hannity show and told him that Project Veritas would be releasing "hundreds of hours of tape from within the establishment media. Our next target is in fact, the media." When asked by Hannity how long he had been working on this project, O'Keefe stated "We've had people on the inside come to us. Just like Julian Assange has people come to him, we've had people, sources come to us and give us information, and we're going to be releasing it "WikiLeaks Style."
As to which media organization this information was leaked from, we get a hint which Hannity asked O'Keefe for, regarding which organizations would be impacted, where O'Keefe responded "It's the one that Trump has really been talking about, you can probably use your imagination." Hannity tried to nail him down on it by mentioning CNN, and O'Keefe simply said "It's the one he is always targeting, I am not going to say it."
The reason everyone is assuming it is CNN is because it is the outlet Trump first called "fake news," publicly during a press conference, talking directly to Jim Acosta when Trump refused to call on him for a question, and more recently stated he was changing that to "very fake news."
According to Huffington Post, outlets like CNN and other establishment media record "off-air" interactions between hosts, reporters and guests, which does not get put on the air, and if they are right and that is the type of footage that O'Keefe has gotten his hands on, then we could be seeing an inside look at the mindset of reporters, guests and staff, and what goes on behind the scenes.
The "news" they don't want us to see.
WILL THIS BE THE BEGINNING OF THE END FOR CNN?
If, and since O'Keefe only gave hints highlighting the organization that Trump has spoken the most critically about but did not name them, that is a big IF, it is CNN, will this be the beginning of the end for them or has that ship sailed and this will be just another nail in the coffin?
Many may disagree with this next statement, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I hope not, because unlike the mainstream media that wants to label Independent news "Russian propaganda" or "fake news," which managed to backfire on them spectacularly, we believe that all viewpoints should be represented, no news should be suppressed, but there should be equal representation for conservative, independent and liberal news available to the public.
This may come as a surprise to the mainstream media, but the American people are smart. They are very much capable of seeing "everything," researching, then coming to an independent conclusion of what they believe and what they do not. They do not need anyone to control that they think.
I saw a video this morning with the most outrageous statement by MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski, where she admitted that to mainstream media personalities, they believe it is their job to "control exactly what people think."
Note as she says it, when she asserts "And that is, that is, our job," how she stumbles over the words, repeating "that is, that is," almost like she realized, too late, exactly what she admitted publicly.
SCARBOROUGH: "Exactly. That is exactly what I hear. What Yamiche said is what I hear from all the Trump supporters that I talk to who were Trump voters and are still Trump supporters. They go, 'Yeah you guys are going crazy. He's doing -- what are you so surprised about? He is doing exactly what he said he is going to do.'"
BRZEZINSKI: "Well, I think that the dangerous, you know, edges here are that he is trying to undermine the media and trying to make up his own facts. And it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsens, he could have undermined the messaging so much that he can actually control exactly what people think. And that, that is our job."
Also note her reference to undermining "the messaging," which is why we often take the MSM to task for their insistence on controlling the narrative and why they have been whining like two year olds when non-establishment outlets are allowed to ask questions at press conferences, if those questions are not part of the narrative the MSM wants to highlight.
Thanks to Stefan Stanford's memory, we are reminded the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in the case of MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski, as her NWO/globalist father, Zbigniew Brzezinski, who was the National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter, was quoted in 2008 as saying "in earlier times, it was easier to control a million people, literally, than physically to kill a million people” while “today it is infinitely easier to kill a million people than to control a million people."
Listen to him below, it will send chills down your spine when you realize his daughter has just admitted to trying to "control exactly what people think."
IN ATTEMPTING TO DESTROY INDEPENDENT MEDIA, THE GLOBALISTS COULD DESTROY THEMSELVES
The globalists and the MSM whom they control, have learned nothing over the last two years, when polling shows that "97% of voters said they did not let the media’s bias influence their vote," in the presidential election, and "7 in 10 (69%) voters do not believe the news media are honest and truthful."
While the MSM has attempted to label Independent Media as "Russian propaganda," and "fake news," and globalist entities are in the midst of trying to destroy Independent Media, as evidenced by the new attacks on InfoWars and other sites such as Natural News, with globalist media giants attempting to strangle the revenue generation of sites such as ANP and others, there is conclusive evidence showing they are working in collusion to stifle Independent Media, so the MSM can take "control" of the "messaging" and the narrative once again.
High warns us that if you're running a website that handles 'real' news, anything related to gold, silver and precious metals, conspiracy theory, aliens and ET, controversial alternative energy sources, as well as a host of other so-called 'controversial' subjects, Google and Facebook algorithms have likely launched a very discreet and technologically based war against you.
As the 2106 presidential election proved without a doubt, Americans will obtain their information and they will ignore outlets that attempt to "control exactly what they think," as Mika Brzezinski seems to think is their "job."
All media, Independent and establishment have their inherent bias, but where the MSM will lose, each and every time, is how they "report" and provide their interpretation without offering links to relevant evidence, or documents, or naming sources, so that readers can click, read embedded files, research and decide for themselves what "they" find important.
In other words, I can look at a document, see items that concern me and write about it, but by embedding said document if possible, or linking to it for readers to go through it themselves, they may find other points that concern them other than the ones that did me. It is not up to any writer or publication to determine the "only" important points and encourage readers/viewers to ignore the rest.
The same goes for Google, Facebook, Twitter, other social media platforms that are attempting to stifle the free flow of all information from their readers.... Americans will find it somewhere in this day and age of the Internet, and the more they attempt to blatantly "control" the public's ability to obtain knowledge, the less control they will have, because Independent Media is not going anywhere.
WHY O'KEEFE'S 'HUNDRED HOURS OF TAPE' IS SO IMPORTANT
Whether there is a huge bombshell contained in the "hundreds of hours of tape" that Project Veritas will start releasing "WikiLeaks style" or not, doesn't really matter as much as offering Americans a look into how those within the establishment media speak and conduct themselves when they are not on the air. The things they say, the bias they show, the "tone" as Trump highlighted recently, should come through loud and clear.
The WikiLeaks daily drip, drip, drip of information each and every day, managed to do enough damage that Hillary Clinton went from being a sure thing as to winning the election, to losing said election, so it is quite possible the establishment media that O'Keefe is targeting, may very well bring themselves down just by exposing the truth.
For some reason when I heard O'Keefe telling Hannity about the tapes he was going to be releasing, it reminding me of something I read from Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged, when Francisco d'Anconia told Dagney Taggert "It was worth whatever it's cost me. I could afford the price of that show. If I had staged it intentionally, I would have beaten the record of the Emperor Nero. What's burning a city—compared to tearing the lid off hell and letting men see it?"
BOTTOM LINE
Independent Media was content with simply being an alternative source of information, so Americans could get more news, research everything and use their own judgement, but the outright attempts to destroy Independent Media on the part of the MSM, globalists and social media giants, simply because they lost control of the messaging and narrative, is going to destroy them.... and Thursday, may just be the beginning of the end for one of those organizations.
