Insanity seems to be running rampant these days, not only in college campuses across America but bleeding into the very fabric of society where "special snowflakes," aka people that act like children seem to think they are "entitled" to stifle free speech, stalk college professors and turn back time on segregation, wear victimhood like a coat of armor and think they are entitled to be the final arbiter of right and wrong.
It is difficult to even know where to start here... so lets start with the news that Brown University is now providing free tampons, including inside the men's rooms, to which in the video below, you will hear that it was a "student led movement, independent of the University administration," yet according to reports, it is Brown University that will have to pay for it.
This brings up some questions.......
Do you let a two year-old decide a what a proper diet is? Do you let a 10 year-old determine their own bedtime? Do you let a 14 year-old decide what their curfew is?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, then YOU are part of the destruction of America's future.
If you answer "No" to those questions, then understand that once you send you children to public schools, or colleges, there is a good possibility they will regress socially to binky sucking, diaper wearing crybullies aka "special snowflakes."
Brown is the perfect example of school adminsitrators, the people that are supposed to be in charge, abdicating that responsibility and allowing children to determine policy and where funds are appropriated, not to mention allowing these so-called social justice warriors to futher emasculate males.
You can read the 17 questions that Michel Meyers, President and Executive Director of the New York Civil Rights Coalition, are demanding answers to from the University over at the Daily Caller, but we will quote what the DC reported about the NYCRC press release:
NYCRC issued a press release following Meyers letter. The release states that Meyers believes CSULA college officials have violated California state and federal civil rights laws by "establishing, funding and staffing a 'racially-identifiable' dorm for black students only." Meyers specifically references Proposition 209, an amendment to the California Constitution that prohibits public officials from differently treating, segregating, discriminating on the basis of race, and from designating or restricting spaces on a public campus to or for persons on the basis of skin color.
The release also gives background explaining why Meyers is outraged with the Halisi living community. "He was mentored by the famed black social psychologist Dr. Kenneth B. Clark whose research and studies the United States Supreme Court cited in its 1954 unanimous decision that outlawed racial segregation in public education, including segregation at public colleges and universities."
It isn't only this specific civil rights group that is utterly disgusted with what they are seeing happen, but we see an open statement by an African-American mother that expresses she is "ashamed and embarrassed for this generation of black students," for their demands to be segregated again.
Segregation is alive and well…and black.
That sound you hear is Gaines rolling over in his unmarked grave. Martin Luther King, Jr. too. This is vile. As a black person, this makes me feel ashamed and embarrassed for this generation of black students who are supposed to represent the culmination of all that blood, sweat and tears our civil rights forefathers shed so many years ago.
What would Gaines say? These black students have voluntarily chosen cheaper living accommodations over integration, as if black people living in cheaper housing while white folks live in more expensive housing has ever resulted in an equalization of circumstances.
We have historically black colleges and universities in this country and they serve their purpose. They present a strong history of black education and also are required by law to admit students of other races should they apply.
This is not what the Cal State BSU has created. They have created a situation where where they will effectively be separate and unequal. They’ve volunteered to sit at the back of the bus.
On behalf of black mothers who work hard everywhere I would like to take this opportunity to apologize profusely to Rosa Parks for wasting her work.
The whole statement is well worth the read over at HeatStreet.
A Michigan State professor who serves on Donald Trump’s National Hispanic Advisory Committee is facing the wrath of his liberal students at the Lansing university.
Joseph Guzman is a trusted Trump adviser, helping to shape the Republican candidate’s immigration policy and Trump’s messaging for Hispanic voters. He also serves as the Trump campaign co-chair in Michigan, and was given the honor of sitting behind the candidate at a recent Trump rally.
When MSU’s left-leaning students saw him on television, they decided to wage a war to embarrass and discredit the professor, who leads the school’s Latino Studies Program. They pasted fliers across campus calling Guzman a traitor, accusing him of “cheering a fascist oligarch,” and of supporting “unfair and unequal” treatment of Hispanics.
As is explained at HeatStreet, while there is no mention of "race" in the comment shown above, "Black Lives Matter’s local ringleader branded him a "white supremacist teacher" and drove him into retirement.
These special snowflakes are not only trying to control college administrative decisions but they also think they have the right to tell white people "How to be a (Better) White Ally."
New students at Pomona College were welcomed to campus with posters all over their dorms giving instructions for “How to be a (Better) White Ally.” The signs state that white people should "acknowledge your privilege" and "apologize if you’ve offended someone," adding that offensive language includes words like "sassy" and "riot," which are “"racially coded."
To round off the insanity found in this week's social justice warrior idiocy, we see that the University of Iowa "could become the first school in the state to add a bachelor’s program in social justice to its list of degrees," if the Board of Regents approves the motion.
Not only are school officials across the country abdicating their responsibility and allowing petulant children to determine policy, but in the case of Iowa University they are considering giving out a degree in how to be a career victim to stifle the free speech of others and declare themselves the arbiter of right and wrong.
Way to go Iowa, lets just hasten the destruction of America, why don't you!
BOTTOM LINE
These social justice warrior, special snowflakes do not need encouragement, nor appeasement. Years of appeasing them is what gives them free to reign in thinking they have the right to tell schools what policy should, should not be and the right to "control" the actions of others under the guise of "doing what is right."
These children want their safe spaces.... then they should be greeted at the door of their "safe" room with prozac dipped binkies and adult sized diapers.
If they are going to act like spoiled rotten children, then they should be treated like it until they grow and understand that in the real world, there are no trigger warnings and the only "safe spaces" where they don't have to tolerate anything that may offend them or hurt their little feelings, are in their homes or businesses that they built and own..... otherwise, welcome to the real world!
