ANP recently received an email and audio from an attendee of a meeting where a DHS insider came to their town to give an instructional speech on preparedness, but it was in answer to a few questions by the antendees where he dropped a couple bombshells which will be explained below.
ANP has verified that the recording of this meeting, which occurred in Indiana, was legal according to Indiana law. We have also confirmed the identity of the speaker and his connection to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security.
The meeting took place at the end of August and after introducing himself the DHS worker explained that the distrust many Americans feel toward the government these days is, in fact, shared by many government employees. He speaks to economic issues to highlight the need to prepare, spotlighting the problems in Britain where many employees didn't receive their paychecks, just days before certain people in the U.S. couldn't use their debit cards, followed by others that could not use their EBT cards.
He goes on to highlight the importance of physical assets such as gold and silver because at some point that will be the only means of currency that has true value because paper money "is ficticious" and eventually won't be around anymore.
After explaining how fast food will disappear from the store shelves in the event of an emergency, disaster or even and EMP event, and explaining that he has had first hand experience in this as an Air Force Reserve Logistics officer that was responsible for buying food and making sure extras were provided to those in need, he launches into an excellent presentation of survival, the need for preparing with tips and ideas.
That presentation takes up approximately two-thirds to three quarters of the audio below..... and then he is asked some questions, to which the answers are the reason we were emailed this in the first place and explain the headline of this article.
I recently had a Homeland Security man come give a talk about preparedness.
He compared it to insurance. "You have car and house insurance why shouldn't you have food insurance or power insurance?" Good stuff to motivate people.
At the end though we had some questions about the military base he works on, Camp Atterbury, in central Indiana. They recently built a rail hub there so we asked why.
He said it was to evacuate Camp Lejeune in case of a tsunami. He said they have barracks ready to house them and that they have done practice runs and it takes them two days to move the entire base.
This makes sense because the FED has made plans to move to Chicago recently too right? What do they know that they aren't telling us?
His reference there is to the April 2015 reports stating that "The New York branch of the U.S. Federal Reserve, wary that a natural disaster or other eventuality could shut down its market operations as it approaches an interest rate hike, has added staff and bulked up its satellite office in Chicago," according to Reuters.
The email continues:
He also told us something interesting about interstate 465. 465 is the interstate that circles Indianapolis. (53 miles around)
They have been putting sound barriers up around it and he told us why.
This segment and the DHS insider's answer to a question about these "sound barriers" can be heard at approximately the 1:53:45 minute mark and we suggest everyone listen to his answer, a portion of which is transcribed below, which explains the dual purpose of these barriers. (For those that do not have the time to listen to his whole presentation, scroll the bar in the audio below his quote to the appropriate aforementioned time mark)
He states "how many have seen the sound barriers along Indianapolis, the big concrete wall around 465? They are not what they are for. What they are doing around all the big cities, their putting these barrier walls up so if there is a biological or nuclear problem, they can contain the people wthin 'The Bowl," and that is what they call the 465 border, The Bowl."
He goes on to explain how they want to keep any sick or contaminated people inside, so they cannot get out. Then he describes the number of ways to cross 465, either over or under, stating there are either 38 or 48 ways. He states "If you are inside Indianapolis when the 'balloon goes up' or the "stuff hits the fan,' there are only certain ways you can get out."
Then we hear the details about how if they shut down 465 they are going to patrol the outer ring of 465, and the inner ring, which is the other side of the lanes, is a no cross zone.
He states "They don't need that many people to contain everybody in the city. - If the balloon goes up, 465 is the first cut off space."
After explaining more about the additional cut off spaces, we are told the plans are specifically geared toward "Maximum shut down with the least amount of people."
At one point he is asked about the heating units in Beech Grove, Indiana, and whether they could be used as incinerators, to which he responds the "government could change the use of it," but that his "tinfoil hat is not tight enough for that."
It ends where it began, with preparedness and the recommendation to "have a plan," saying that if you need to get out of Dodge fast if things happen, your family should have a pre-arranged meeting place, a code word for your family to use to let each other know it 'hit the fan' and to go to their meet point.
BOTTOM LINE
When people talk of Walmarts being used as possible processing centers, folks laughed and call it a conspiracy... it is just a store they said, but the government has admitted that during a time of emergency, those same Walmarts are to be considered "critical infrastructure."
Ask yourself why the original link to a 2009 document which stated "Joe Catalino, USNORTHCOM Chief of Private Sector Operations, Interagency Coordination Directorate, discussed his role in working with agencies and private-sector companies. The Interagency Coordination Directorate works directly with private corporations like Wal-Mart and Caterpillar to list resources and services available when they are needed....." has now been removed and can no longer be accessed after it was published by ANP back in April 2015?
That document called Wal-Mart and Caterpiller "critical infrastruture," to be utilized as as part of their disaster response coordination.
The point is, it does not matter what the original purpose of any of these structures are for, the U.S. government, DHS, and the U.S. military have active plans to use those innocuous structures for a dual purpose.... a purpose they do not share with the citizenry. A purpose this DHS insider just exposed.
The question here is do you have a plan? An escape route? A way to get out.... because the government has a plan... to contain you.
