On Thursday, 9/24, my husband called to tell me that he had to wait in a long line at one of our local grocery store because all of the card readers were not working in any of the check out lines. However, the card reader for Credit, & Debit were working at the single Customer Service register. As most customers did not have cash to pay for their purchases with them, everyone was forced to go pay at the Customer Service register.
Shortly afterward, I was in shopping at an un-related grocery store in another nearby town and they were experiencing other electronic purchasing issues. They could only take cash or credit card payments as their Debit & EBT systems were down. I paid via a credit payment.
We live about 35 miles from Philadelphia and the clerk suggested the problem may have been related to the activity surrounding the Pope’s visit, here, in the area. I was curious about this situation and immediately went to an ATM machine in yet another town and was able to transact a cash withdrawal, however, the machine stated that it could not provide me with a receipt for the transaction. It could have been out of paper but that has never happened before and seemed unusual that a bank machine that is regularly stocked with cash would not have been adequately supplied with enough paper to document all banking transactions. As I mentioned, we are quite a distance from where pilgrims and visitors for Pope’s visit would be and off all major transportation routes.

Who and what is the "Deep State"? We have all heard of the group referred to as the Illuminati, the New World Order, which is usually waved away as "conspiracy," but Zero Hedge recently published an article telling us who these power global elite truly are and what their purpose is, key quote shown below, but we recommend the article be read in its entirety here (will open into a new tab or window).

There has been one huge obstacle for the elite globalists in establishing their New World Order, their One World Government and Religion, and that has been the American people and the U.S. constitution with the rights inherent within, but over the last decade we have seen a deliberate attempt to divide the country into sub-groups, turning them against each other, race wars, class wars, and on a global scale currency wars, cyber wars and trade wars, along with the tradition military wars in a multitude of countries, and rise of a new terror group called ISIS, and in the name of fighting against these divisions that were purposely created, constitutional right after right has been violated.
What people need to understand is that all of these divisions have been created deliberately, then the fires have been stoked, gasoline poured on the fire by politicians, Obama, and other high profile figures, in an ongoing attempt to create that ultimate situation where everything goes out of control and the public demands the government "take control," whether by a total lock down or martial law.
The "Deep State" elite globalists would prefer their World Government by consent, but make no mistake, if they cannot push the nation over that edge, they will do it by conquest.
ENDGAME ACCELERATING - WE MAY BE IN THE EYE WALL OF THE STORM
ANP received an email this morning showing us that once again, reports were coming into DownDetector of EBT cards not working, with others claiming their benefits hadn't been received at all. (Readers can look at those comments at this link.) In that email the concerned reader stated "I am getting that "we may be in the eye wall of the storm" feeling as of this week. I pray I am wrong."
On September 23 2015 I reported on an AP story that a government shutdown would "suspend or delay food stamp payments to some of the 46 million Americans who receive the food aid," with the USDA sending a letter to states asking them to hold off "until further notice" on starting the process that distributes benefits at the first of the month.
Is it a coincidence that twice now the USDA has sent a letter which threatens welfare benefits, just as talk of a government shutdown rises, and both times there are issues with EBT cards?
It isn't only the EBT cards though, because on the right side of the DownDetector SNAP EBT page, we see other reports of "outages" and issues, at Cox, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Playstation Network, and Netflix.
The Comcast DownDetector page states under the "most reported problems" category, 64% Internet - 21% TV - 13% Total Blackout. The Cox DownDetector page shows 70% of the reports for Internet - 17% listed as Total Blackout and 12% under TV. Time Warner Cable DownDetector page shows Internet issues at 68% - TV at 19% and Total Blackout at 12%.
NOTE - According to the SNAP Page referenced above, there will be a temporary planned outage on September 26-27 for the Hoosier EBT System.
Michael Snyder of The Economic Collapse blog points out the turmoil being seen in the stock market over the last months and how we are watching 10 of the largest economies crash, stating "In the U.S. alone, there are tens of millions of people that could not survive without the help of the federal government, and more people are falling out of the middle class every single day.
Our economy is already falling apart all around us, and now another great financial crisis has begun."
Snyder warns "You need to be ready to endure a very, very long crisis. The suffering that is coming to this nation is beyond what most of us could even imagine."
Perhaps. At present, discord and unrest continues to build. Various groups, establishments, organizations, and portions of the populace from all corners of the political spectrum, including Silicon Valley, Occupy, the Tea Party, Anonymous, WikiLeaks, anarchists and libertarians from both the left and right, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and whistleblowers like Edward Snowden and others are beginning to vigorously question and reject the labyrinth of power wielded by the deep state.
Can these groups — can we, the people — overcome the divide and conquer tactics used to quell dissent? The future of freedom may depend on it.
Note the groups listed there....... all of which have been targeted by the Obama administration in either the IRS scandal or by publicly labeling them threats, extremists and/or more dangerous than ISIS..... those groups are dangerous, not to America but to the goals and to the endgame of the New World Order luciferians that want their One World Government, Religion and currency.
Which is exactly why they have been targeted.
When the finale is ready to be played out, the government wants "we the people" to consent and to consider those that will never consent, to be the enemies.
