Media Talking Heads And Democrat Politicians Lose Their Ever-Loving Minds After Impeachment Fails To Overturn 2016 Election Or Interfere With The 2020 Election
The second session of the 116th House of Representatives will go down as doing nothing of any importance as Democrats in control, under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi, focused solely on stopping the duly elected President from doing his job, using any means, no matter how low, sneaky, unethical and morally reprehensible.
The latest failure on the part of House Democrats stems from sloppy work by Reps Adam Schiff and his little sidekick, Jerry Nadler, in theatrically impeaching President Trump, knowing full well it was nothing more than a dog and pony show because they could not get two-thirds of the Senate to vote to convict and remove President Trump from office.
The two articles of impeachment never documented anything even remotely close to a crime. They rushed impeachment in order to have it done by Christmas 2019, by ending their process early and without finishing up with their witnesses or document collection. They then tried to get the Senate, controlled by Republicans, to finish their work, expand their investigation and fix their screw ups.
On Friday, January 31, 2020, reports indicate that Democrats do not have enough Senate votes to force Republicans to comply with pulling Democrats' collective butts out of the fire by allowing additional witness testimony, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell appears to stand ready to get this whole farce over with once and for all, as he passed by reporters and told them clearly "big day today."

President Trump is poised to win his long-expected acquittal in the Senate impeachment trial as soon as tonight, after Sen. Lamar Alexander’s dramatic 11th-hour announcement that he’ll vote against calling new witnesses.
The big question is no longer whether the Senate will sink this afternoon’s witness vote, but rather how long it will take to deliver a final verdict on Trump after the vote fails.
Without Alexander, it’s nearly certain that there won’t be enough votes for the motion to call witnesses — short of either a surprise Republican vote in favor of it or Chief Justice John Roberts breaking a 50-50 tie. Neither is likely.
What Axios doesn't address is the possibility that certain Democrat Senators, such as Joe Manchin, referred to as a red state Democrat (represents a state that leans to the right of the political aisle), that may join Republicans in their vote to acquit President Trump, and even possibly to vote against additional witness that the House failed to obtain testimony of.
The reason we highlight that is because if any Democrats vote with Republicans to acquit, that will be a bipartisan acquittal and that is extremely important because before the Democrats started this humiliating fiasco, Pelosi insisted they would not impeach without bipartisan support, yet not one Republican House member voted for impeachment.
“This is news. I’m going to give you some news right now because I haven’t said this to any press person before. But since you asked, and I’ve been thinking about this: Impeachment is so divisive to the country that unless there’s something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan, I don’t think we should go down that path, because it divides the country.”
In others words... she lied through her false teeth.
Pelosi started seeing the polling, the economic good news, the low unemployment, the trade deals, and understood that President Trump stood a better than good chance of winning reelection. Pelosi is on record as determining that leaving up to "we the people," and an election, would be "dangerous."
Despite knowing that the impeachment articles were weak and not one listed a crime, and that the Senate is controlled by Republicans and Democrats had absolutely no chance of obtaining a two-thirds majority to convict and remove President Trump, now that the end is within sight, with many reports stating the final vote to acquit may happen late Friday, or on Saturday, the media is having an absolute temper tantrum.
Conflicting reports indicate the President's defense team may request more time to prepare their closing arguments, which would make the final vote be slated for next week.
Whether the final votes happened at the end of this week or the next is of no matter as we already know that Democrats do not have anywhere near enough votes to convict or remove, which is why the media is losing their ever-loving minds.
Perhaps the best representation of the Democrats/liberals reaction to what was always going to be the outcome comes from Nancy Pelosi, when asked a question earlier in the week about what happens after the acquittal where she insisted that the Senate could not acquit without witnesses or more documents.
That has become a mantra for Democrats, ignoring the fact that House Democrats questioned plenty of witnesses and chose to end their production, and vote for impeachment without more witnesses.
It is not the Senate's job to do the House's job for them.

As an example of dysfunctional the Democrats House managers are, as well as the clown show they have turned this whole proceeding into, and a little entertainment to boot, came as the last question to House managers was asked, when Jerry Nadler jump up to beat Adam Schiff to the podium to get in the last word. Schiff stood calling "Jerry, Jerry, Jerry," before realizing Nadler wasn't giving up th epodium.
MSNBC'S Lawrence O'Donnell noted how Schiff stood and only needed three steps to get to the podium, while Nadler needed about 12, stating "It's the fastest I have seen Jerry Nadler move in the 25 years I have known him."
It is a forgone conclusion at this point that President Trump will be acquitted in the Senate, whether it is on Friday, Saturday or into next week because Democrats never had the votes to convict and remove President Trump in the first place.
Anyone who thinks this will be the end of Democrat harassment of President Trump is kidding themselves because the Democrat leadership is terrified of allowing voters of America to decide the November 2020 presidential election.
