'Go Get A Warrant': Americans Standing Up Against Tyrannical State Leaders Is A Beautiful Sight To See - 'There comes a time where a man has to draw a line in the sand'
As tyrannical, power hungry state leaders continue to expand their arbitrary lock-down orders and ridiculous unconstitutional curfews, limits to home gatherings, and closing of businesses they have taken upon themselves to deem "non-essential," we are seeing more and more Americans stand up and refuse to comply.
Just as we have seen year after year as liberal democrat gun-grabbing politicians are told by Americans "We will not let you take our guns," we are now witnessing county Sheriffs, businesses owners and every day Americans telling those same tyrant-wannabes, "we will not let you take our freedoms."
BUSINESS OWNERS TELL INSPECTOR TO 'GO GET A WARRANT'
The latest example we have seen comes from Buffalo New York, where a businesses owner, faced with an inspector and law enforcement, barred the inspector and the cops from getting passed him, telling them to get off their "private property," and to "go get a warrant," if they want entry.
After much back and forth where the businesses own makes it clear they were trying to violate his constitutional rights, we then see those standing against the inspector and Sheriff chasing them out while chanting "Get out, get out, get out."
The best thing about this, was the business wasn't open at the time, this was a gathering of businesses owners, there to discuss how they wanted to move forward as their governor, Andrew Cuomo, attempts to decimate even more businesses in NY with a second round of restrictions and closures.
It appears they did decide on their course of action by the looks of things below.
Notice that after the Sheriff realizes that his presence was not going to scare the business owner into complying, he then turns to the female inspector and tells her that without a warrant she is, indeed, trespassing.
Watching Americans stand up against tyranny is a beautiful sight to see.
The more Americans see this type of refusal to comply, the more Americans will then start to refuse to comply.
Apparently Americans living in liberal strongholds do have a limit, a moment when they finally say "enough" to their dictatorial governors and leaders, and are finally realizing that if they do not stand up for their constitutional rights, they will no longer have any left.

AUTHORITIES REFUSE TO ENFORCE ARBITRARY MANDATES
At the other end of the country, we have Nancy Pelosi's nephew, Gavin Newsom, governor of California, issued a Naziesque-type decree ordering all California residents abide by his 10 pm to 5 am curfew, in the name of stopping the spread of COVID-19.
What? Does the moron really think the virus spreads more in darkness than the light?
California Sheriffs have basically told Newsom where he can shove his decree.
"We’re not going to make criminals of normally law-abiding citizens," Fresno County sheriff Margaret Mims said. Officials in four other law-enforcement agencies in the state also said they do not plan to treat gatherings during the coronavirus pandemic as criminal, according to Fox 26.
Mims argued that the police have higher priorities, including "taking guns away from gang members, stopping narcotic trafficking, and saving children from internet predators." She also said there is little data showing that activities between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. play a significant role in spreading the virus.
Newsom has come under fire in recent days for visiting a high-end Napa Valley restaurant for a lobbyist's birthday. The governor claimed he and other guests followed social distancing guidelines during the party, but photos circulated online showing the group socializing in close quarters, indoors, and without masks.
Other police officers in the state echoed Mims's position and said they would encourage compliance and boost education efforts about the dangers of the virus's spread without arresting people. Sacramento County sheriff Scott Jones said his department would not enforce the curfew, limitations on social gatherings, or masks mandates.
San Bernardino County supervisors have announced they intend to sue over Newsom's unconstitutional decrees.
Back to New York, there do seem to be a number of Sheriffs there also that refuse to allow themselves to be used as weapons against law abiding citizens.
These NY Sheriff are saying they will not enforce or "adhere" to Cuomo's Thanksgiving rules, limiting the amount of people "allowed" to spend Thanksgiving together, saying "We are not the turkey police."
Giardino, quoted above, is reiterating his stance from a Facebook post he made on November 14, 2020, using the Sheriff department's official account, stating in part, the following:
With regard to the Thanksgiving Executive Order, the Fulton County Sheriff's Office will NOT be enforcing it against our County residents. Frankly, I am not sure it could sustain a Constitutional challenge in Court for several reasons including your house is your castle. And as a Sheriff with a law degree I couldn't in good faith attempt to defend it in Court, so I won't.
Who and how many people you invite in to your home is your business, unlike outdoor gatherings which may receive a police response if disorderly or other violations of public nuisance laws occur.
We have limited resources and we have to set priorities, so obtaining a Search Warrant to enter your home to see how many Turkey or Tofu eaters are present is not a priority. We won't be doing that. The only way to enter your residence is if we have a warrant, we are invited in or an exigent or emergency circumstance exist. We have three patrols a shift for 500 square miles, monitoring Family Dinners aren't our priority.
So don't feel a need to hide cars, cover with leaves or walk 3 blocks so your house doesn't become a target of the Governors EO.
Interestingly, one Governor publicly admitted that while she is pushing her mandates, they cannot be enforced.
New Mexico Governor Michelle Grisham (D) issued a 5-person limit on Thanksgiving gatherings in her state over COVID-19 but admitted that authorities “can’t enforce” such a policy.
“You’re asking people in New Mexico to limit their gatherings to five. How do you begin to enforce that?” asked PBS “NewsHour” correspondent Amna Nawaz on Friday.
“So, you ask one of the most important questions. You can’t enforce that,” Grisham confessed.
“There is no way, anywhere in the country, we’re going to be able to say, look, you brought another household together. There [were] ten of you having Thanksgiving dinner. But we are hopeful that people will really take heed.”
That right there is the crux of the issue. The Governors know they cannot enforce their mandates, especially if collective, a large number decides to tell them to shove their decrees where the sun don't shine.
They are "hopeful" that American citizens will blindly comply. Blindly allow these over-reaching, tyrannical Governors to strip them of their freedoms by "hoping" these same citizens will simply comply to rules that violate their constitutional rights.
While the continue to hope they can lead American sheep to the slaughter, and granted there are enough sheep that will blindly follow and comply, the trend we are now seeing is more and more Americans saying "we have had enough."
MORE AMERICA SAYING ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
As seen in the image above, a majority of Americans are very likely or somewhat likely to follow further lockdown orders, 33 percent of Americans say they are very or somewhat unlikely to comply, which is more than double the amount that answered the same way back in March and April.
Those percentages are interesting for a number of reasons, but the main one is that percentage is far more than would be needed to put these over-reaching governors in their place.
We often hear that "3%" fought against the British in the Revolutionary war, but the number was actually higher, with estimates of the combined fighting forces being 15 to 25%, which is less that the 33% now saying they will refuse to comply.
Why is that important?
Think about it, roughly 1/4 fought for America against British rule and won. That was an actual war to become an independent nation.
In this case, especially with many law enforcement departments refusing to even attempt to enforce the tyrannical governor's executive orders, 33% of Americans standing up and saying "this is the line in the sand," and refusing to comply, there is no way these wannabe dictators can enforce their decrees against them all.
It is time for everyone to stand up and say no, even if just to put these liberal dictators in their place.
BOTTOM LINE
More and more Americans, even a very low percentage of Democrats, are finally waking up to the reality that they have allowed dictatorial liberals walk all over their constitutional rights and freedoms, and are starting to stand up and say "no more."
We will no longer comply.
