Back on May 28th of 2016, ANP published a story featuring former Special Forces Operator and UFC fighter Tim Kennedy in which he told us all that 'the perfect petri dish for bad things happening' would arrive in America with the warm weather. 'It's a scary thing coming up...just wait until July, just wait until August' Kennedy told the world back then.
We take a look below videos at some of the problems associated with excessive deadly heat and how to stay safe (and keep our elderly neighbors and pets safe!) in the kind of extreme heat that is expected to take grip on much of America this week.
Both the Republican and the Democratic conventions have been designated as “National Special Security Events”. What this means is that the Secret Service will be running security at those venues. It is being projected that 50,000 people will attend the Republican convention, and in addition to that there will likely be tens of thousands of protesters.
So needless to say, this will represent a big, juicy target for anyone that wants to make some sort of a statement.
We have already seen tremendous violence at Trump rallies in recent months, and there is no reason to think that the Republican convention will be any different. The radical left dislikes Donald Trump with a passion, and many leftist organizations have already stated that they plan to show up in Cleveland in force.
On Thursday, U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson and FBI Director James Comey both told Congress that they are extremely concerned.
For one, I am certainly glad that I am not going to be in Cleveland next week. The security is going to be absolutely suffocating, but no level of security can stop a deranged individual that is absolutely determined to kill people and that is not afraid to die. As we have seen, it only takes a few moments for a gunman to start mowing down those around him or for a crazed lunatic to plow a truck into a crowd of people.
As we have reported over and over again on ANP, with summer comes potentially huge trouble and as the RNC begins today, we see signs all around us that things could get out of control. As has been reported recently, it has been a very, very long time since we've had as much division in this country as there is right now. With law enforcement officers being gunned down by cowards and much of the entire nation feeling we are now 'on the edge' of something really bad coming in the near future, the 2nd video below from David Knight and Infowars takes a look at recent comments made by Cleveland, Ohio police union President Steve Loomis who says that Barack Obama has blood on his hands over the recent shooting deaths of officers across the nation.
In the final video below, our videographer takes a look at the continuing signs that are now emerging across America that we may not have a general election afterall in November as America possibly heads towards martial law.
We can only continue to work towards peace, towards a country healed and no-longer divided while preparing our best for whatever may come. We pray for a peaceful convention in Cleveland where peaceful protesters are permitted to have their voices heard while Convention-goers and Trump supporters are allowed by the 'leftists' to travel peacefully each day as well.
Below videos we take a look at some of the warning signs of heat stroke and heat exhaustion and what we can do to make sure that we and our neighbors and pets stay safe in the dangerous heat that is about to descend upon our country.
The kind of heat that we will be getting this week is absolutely deadly. If you are out in the heat, there are certain signs to watch out for that could spell health problems as we see in the list below.:
Symptoms Of Heat Exhaustion
Profuse Sweating Lack Of Energy Inability To Think Clearly Dizziness Upset Stomach Tachycardia (Fast Heartbeat) Dehydrated
Symptoms Of Heatstroke
Core Body Temperature Of 104 Degrees Or Higher Intense Headache Lack Of Sweat Cramping And Fatigue Of Muscles Nausea/Vomiting Tachycardia (Fast Heartbeat) Tachypnea (Fast Breathing) Confusion Seizures
What can we do if we're stuck outside working during the heat? Of course, the most important thing is to stay properly hydrated. Replacing lost electrolytes after strenuous work outside during the summer is also important. Most importantly, please look out for your elderly neighbors and pets that may be in danger. A bottle of water and a thank you to your local neighborhood law enforcement officers could also go a long ways towards Americans of all colors healing this great nation during these 'heated' days.
The easiest way to stay safe in extreme heat is to ensure that the body is hydrated. The human body can quickly dehydrate in extreme temperatures due to the body sweating which is designed to cool off the body. Without drinking water to replace the fluid lost through sweat, dehydration will occur rapidly. If dehydration is bad enough, the body will not be able to produce sweat which leads to the deadly condition of heatstroke.
If you do have to be exposed to the heat, there are options that you can exercise to decrease the chances of succumbing to heat-related illnesses. If possible, limit your time outdoors to early morning or evening when the temperature is cooler. Try to take frequent breaks in shaded areas. In addition to drinking water, drink other liquids such as Gatorade that can replenish vital electrolytes.
The incoming heat dome is not something to be taken lightly. The elderly and young children are impacted by extreme heat more than any other age group. Animals are also very sensitive to the higher temperatures that are to be expected during this heat dome. Make sure to check on friends and family that fit into the age groups that are likely to be impacted by the heat this week.
