As we are seeing with increasing frequency, another police involved shooting is being used as an excuse to bring in "outside agitators" in order to protest and create chaos by inciting racial tensions across the U.S.
The latest incident happened in California when 18-year-old Carnell Snell Jr was killed by police, after fleeing law enforcement in a suspected stolen vehicle, then came a foot-chase, then police fired, with priliminary reports saying a gun was found at the scene.
According to reports, "disruptive" behavior, was incited not by the peaceful residents holding a vigil but by "outside agitators," leading to the LAPD issuing a "citywide tactical alert." This matches the pattern we have been seeing with protests that have been turning violent across the nation, following shootings that involve police whether the the suspect was armed, unarmed and regardless of investigative facts.
For example, in the Septmeber 2016 Charlotte protests and riots, where the National Guard had to be called in, reports citing Charlotte police indicated that 70 percent of the rioters arrested were "out of state instigators," with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Fraternal Order of Police spokesman Todd Walther telling CNN's Erin Burnett, "This is not Charlotte that's out here. These are outside entities that are coming in and causing these problems. These are not protestors, these are criminals."
"I'm not saying all the people, but we've got the instigators that are coming in from the outside. They were coming in on buses from out of state. If you go back and look at some of the arrests that were made last night. I can about say probably 70% of those had out-of-state IDs. They're not coming from Charlotte," said Walther.

While the individual events and the police shootings may not be planned, the organized and instant action being taken via violent protests and rioting, no matter the circumstances of the shootings, no matter if the suspect was armed and the shooting deemed legitimate, is all planned and instigated and funded by billionaire George Soros. In a January 2015 report, it was revealed that Soros had given $33 million in one year to groups that emboldened activists, with reports calling Soros the "solitary man at the financial center of the Ferguson protest movement."
Since then we have noted this type of rioting and planned violent protests, instigated by outsiders, happen with increasing frequency, with racial tensions hitting a fevered pitch in 2016.
BOTTOM LINE
These protests in LA have been happening for two days now, but as each of these protests grow, with racial tensions spiking from one end of the nation to the other, we have to wonder which one will be the straw that breaks the camels back, causing mass coordinated protests in every state, and instigated by the very groups that Soros is funding and using as his useless, and clueless tools in order to usher in his New World Order.
Whether Los Angeles is the place that causes everything to blow up, or whether it is the next violent set of riots, what people need to understand is Soros and his merry band of NWO'ers will not give up until they have created such divisions that instead of a "citywide tactical alert," we are looking at nation-wide martial law.
