Expect Rioting In The Streets If President Trump Gets A Third Supreme Court Justice Pick -  The Craftily Worded Announcement By The High Court About Ruth Bader-Ginsburg's Pancreatic Cancer Treatment

By Susan Duclos - All News PipeLine

Before getting into the recent news of Supreme Court's recent announcement on Friday, August 23, 2019, about Ruth Bader-Ginsburg's treatment for a malignant tumor that was found on her pancreas, and how it was not announced until a day after the media caught sight of her leaving the Howard Laboratory at the Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital, and the chaos that is sure to follow, we would like to offer a reminder of what the scene looked like after President Trump's second Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, was confirmed.

Unhinged liberals created a circus during the Kavanaugh confirmation process, many of which having to be dragged out of the proceedings, women protesting in "Hand Maiden's Tale" costumes, while thousands upon thousands descended on DC to protest, and the people above, clawing at the locked doors of the Supreme Court, while others pounded on them and chanted. That was President Trump nominating, and the Senate confirming an associate Justice to replace another conservative Justice.

It doesn't take much imagination to imagine the chaos, protests, riots and spectacle that we would witness if the most liberal Supreme Court Justice, 86 year old Ruth Bader-Ginsburg, becomes either too ill to function on the court or passes away and President Trump gets to nominate a third Justice to the high court.

THE CRAFTILY WORDED SUPREME COURT ANNOUNCEMENT

The craftily worded Supreme Court announcement is shown below, links to specific terminology and emphasis added by me:

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg today completed a three-week course of stereotactic ablative radiation therapy at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. The focused radiation treatment began on August 5 and was administered on an outpatient basis to treat a tumor on her pancreas. The abnormality was first detected after a routine blood test in early July, and a biopsy performed on July 31 at Sloan Kettering confirmed a localized malignant tumor. As part of her treatment, a bile duct stent was placed. The Justice tolerated treatment well. She cancelled her annual summer visit to Santa Fe, but has otherwise maintained an active schedule. The tumor was treated definitively and there is no evidence of disease elsewhere in the body. Justice Ginsburg will continue to have periodic blood tests and scans. No further treatment is needed at this time.

As the Daily Mail Points out "Ginsburg has been diagnosed with cancer three times already, colon cancer in 1999, pancreatic cancer in 2009 and lung cancer in 2018."

The reason I called the announcement itself "craftily worded" is because of the portions in bold emphasis above. Ginsburg "tolerated" the treatment well, but nowhere does it indicate that the treatment was successful. The announcement highlights that there is no evidence of the disease 'elsewhere" in her body, but no mention of whether the tumor itself was reduced or has stopped growing, which would lead to subsequent spread that would not be seen immediately.

Then we have the term "treated definitely" which sounded off from the start as it gives the impression, without actually stating it, that the radiation therapy worked as intended, which is not what medical definition of "definitive treatment" really means at all, as seen in the National Cancer Institute dictionary:

Definitive Treatment: "The treatment plan for a disease or disorder that has been chosen as the best one for a patient after all other choices have been considered."

While the majority of reports by the establishment media seem to carefully stick to the exact wording of the SC announcement, the Associate Press claims in their report stated "there is no evidence of the disease remaining, according to the Supreme Court," which is very misleading if readers re-read the statement above from the SC, that is not what it says, as it never uses the word "remaining." It specifically says "no evidence of the disease elsewhere in the body, and makes no mention of the malignant pancreatic tumor she was treated for.

The Chicago Tribune also used the AP report claiming their was no evidence of the disease "remaining."

EXPECT RIOTING IN THE STREETS

One of the first warnings was offered by CNN political commentator and Democratic strategist David Axelrod, who tweeted "If there is a SCOTUS vacancy next year and @senatemajldr carries through on his extraordinary promise to fill it-despite his own previous precedent in blocking Garland-it will tear this country apart."

Senator Mitch McConnell did block Obama's nominee during an election year, as his office made clear that when the White House who nominates Supreme Court candidates, and the Senate which confirms them, are held by opposing parties in an election year, the Senate would wait for the Presidential election so the new President can make the nomination.

The Leader has noted on multiple occasions that not since the 1880s has a “vacancy created in a presidential year” been “confirmed by the party opposite the occupant of the White House.” His comments in Paducah yesterday simply repeated this. If there is a vacancy next year, because the White House and the Senate are the same party, we would vote to fill the slot.

Axelrod is correct that we will see the country torn apart, as liberal rage has become even more pronounced since the Kavanaugh confirmations. They have been thwarted by the Mueller report, angered that the one person they counted on to find something, anything, to indict President Trump after nearly two years of investigations, failed to do so.

They are outraged that Nancy Pelosi is refusing to impeach President Trump, despite no legal basis to do so, because the majority of the public are against impeachment.

As I pointed out at the beginning of this article, all one has to do is remember the chaos of the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings to understand exactly what would happen should Ginsburg need to be replaced, where 70 protesters were arrested just on the first day of the confirmation process, as reported by the Washington Post.

According to CNN 73 unhinged liberals were arrested on day two. Roll call reports that 69 were arrested on day three.

The fact that replacing Ginsburg would give President Trump a third Supreme Court Justice will enrage liberals that are already incited to outrage every single day by the establishment media. Along with the fact that even some liberals are uncomfortable with what they describe as "The dark side of the cult of Ruth Ginsburg," topped off with the fact that the most liberal SC Justice would be replaced undoubtedly with one of the names on President Trump's list of replacements, most likely a female replacement, is guaranteed to bring liberals to the street in protest in massive numbers.

BOTTOM LINE

The Supreme Court will starts it's new term on the first Monday in October, with the groups of Justices doing work prior to the official start of the term, usually some time in September, and SC observers will definitely be looking to see if Ginsburg is present at that time.

The thousands, or tens of thousands that took to the DC streets during Kavanaugh will look like a family picnic in comparison to what we can expect if Ginsburg is forced to step down after this latest bout of pancreatic cancer, and President Trump gets a third Supreme Court pick.
