Second Amendment - "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Nowhere in the Second Amendment does it mention "limits," in fact, is specifically states "shall not be infringed," which makes one wonder if ANY of the Democrats listed below, also known as "your executioners" understands what shall not be infringed even means, as they all are co-sponsoring a bill which states outright " To regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes."

THEY MUST DISARM YOU BEFORE THEY CAN KILL YOU
Below is a chart created in 2002, showing which governments passed "gun control" laws, how many millions were massacred after the passage of said laws and which laws preceded genocide.... note the right hand column where it is abundantly clear that "ban on possession" and/or "confiscation" aka "gun control" always comes before mass murder by a tyrannical government.
In the text of the H.R. 4269 we see the following section title "SEC. 3. RESTRICTIONS ON ASSAULT WEAPONS AND LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICES."
It states:
“(v) (1) It shall be unlawful for a person to import, sell, manufacture, transfer, or possess, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, a semiautomatic assault weapon.
[...]
(w) (1) It shall be unlawful for a person to import, sell, manufacture, transfer, or possess, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, a large capacity ammunition feeding device.
In section 2, they define the term "semiautomatic pistol" as (A) utilizes a portion of the energy of a firing cartridge to extract the fired cartridge case and chamber the next round; and (B) requires a separate pull of the trigger to fire each cartridge. They also define the erm term "semiautomatic shotgun" as (A) utilizes a portion of the energy of a firing cartridge to extract the fired cartridge case and chamber the next round; and (B) requires a separate pull of the trigger to fire each cartridge.
They offer other definitions in the text for those that wish to read them and then they list what weapons would be included in their "Assault Weapons Ban of 2015"

As stated in section three, this bill does not apply to the U.S. government and law enforcement:
(4) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to— “(A) the importation for, manufacture for, sale to, transfer to, or possession by the United States or a department or agency of the United States or a State or a department, agency, or political subdivision of a State, or a sale or transfer to or possession by a qualified law enforcement officer employed by the United States or a department or agency of the United States or a State or a department, agency, or political subdivision of a State, for purposes of law enforcement (whether on or off duty), or a sale or transfer to or possession by a campus law enforcement officer for purposes of law enforcement (whether on or off duty);
BOTTOM LINE
Ladies and gentlemen they are trying to "infringe" on Americans' right to keep and bear arms, a right that has been affirmed by the Supreme Court in 2010, with the statement "It is clear that the Framers . . . counted the right to keep and bear arms among those fundamental rights necessary to our system of ordered liberty."
H.R. 4269 has only been introduced by the listed would-be "executioners" above and it is up to every single Second Amendment supporter to call your elected representatives, fax them, write them, use the online contact forms..... either we all stand up and speak out in one united voice or they will continue to strip our constitutionally guaranteed rights by simply changing the Second Amendment itself.
It is a fact that throughout history, the mass murder of citizens has been preceded by some form of "gun control," because a government cannot become a true tyranny, a dictatorship, when the citizens are armed and capable of defending themselves, not just against criminals but from tyrants.
