What was it like in the day of Noah? Well, Genesis 6:5 says that at the time "God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually," and as we look around America today we see evil surrounding us as was discussed at great length in a recent article and comment section, showing that news of demonic possession had gone mainstream, and how the increase in satanic symbolism and supernatural events, have coincided with strange behavior being noted in those that readers interact with daily.
CAN AMERICA BE MYSTERY BABYLON?
This has been a question asked many times, with differing opinions as to whether America could be the "Mystery Babylon" spoken in Revelation 17, with some believing it isn't and others providing a persuasive case as to why it is, despite not being mentioned by name in the Bible, by simply comparing America to the descriptions in Revelation 18, which does seem to fit America to a tee.
Revelation 18:3 states "For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies."
Via Revelation 11-17, we see discomfiting examples which lead many to assert that America is, indeed, Mystery Babylon: 11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: 12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, 13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. 14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. 15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, 16 And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! 17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, 18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!"
One would hard-pressed to actually list reasons why God would not bring judgement down on America after the last years of persecuting his believers and forcefully pushing God out of the lives of Americans.
One example is "Marriage" which has been legally turned into something other than what the Bible repeatedly instructs. Matthew 19:4-6, which states "4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? 6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder." Also note 1 Corinthians 7:2-16, Ephesians 5:23-33, Genesis 2:24 as just a few chapters and verses which clearly define the issue.
In May 2014, Seeker reported that "Celebrities and common folk alike report having sex with ghosts, demons, and fairies," where we see that musicians such as Kesha and actress Natasha Blasick, among others have all claimed to have had sex with "ghosts."
In an interview on UK’s “This Morning” show and quoted in the “New York Daily News,” Blasick described her paranormal paramour: “I could feel that somebody was touching me and the hands were pushing me against my will and I could feel the weight of the body on top of me. I couldn’t see anybody but I could feel the pressure, the energy, the warmth pushing in different directions.”

Reports of supernatural lovers can be found in folklore dating back thousands of years. In his book “Satanism Today,” James R. Lewis, professor of religious studies at the University of Wisconsin, notes that “While condemned to hell, [Catholic saint] Thomas Aquinas asserted that demons would float in the air until the day of judgment in the form of incubi (male demons) and succubi (female demons)… Aquinas believed that demons could seduce human beings, particularly in the dream state. He further speculated that should a succubi conceive after having intercourse with a man, the result would be a giant, like the Nephilim mentioned in Genesis 6:4.”
Others believe that the succubus is neither ghost nor demon but instead a fairy. Folklorist Carole Silver, writing in “Strange and Secret Peoples: Fairies in Victorian Consciousness,” writes of a particularly evil type of fairy, the “Lhiannon-shee of Ireland and the Isle of Man, a figure that fascinated William Butler Yeats among others… that simultaneously embodies the male fear of the female as dominating and anarchic and the widespread anxiety about women as parasites. Best known of the Manx fairies… she is really a succubus, draining the life and energy of the man to whom she attaches herself.”
According to that same report it is estimated that approximately 15 percent of people experience being assaulted in their sleep by an unknown entity at some point in their lives, often with a sexual element.
Pastor David Wilkerson made a series of prophetic predictions that when one goes down the list, almost all of them have come true already, from the increase in frequency of floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, major earthquakes, a move toward a worldwide, unified monetary system, the recession... just to name a few, more can be seen at America's Last Days website.
America is going to be destroyed by fire! Sudden destruction is coming and few will escape. Unexpectedly, and in one hour, a hydrogen holocaust will engulf America and this nation will be no more. It is because America has sinned against the greatest light. Other nations are just as sinful, but none are as flooded with gospel light as ours. God is going to judge America for its violence, its crimes, its backsliding, its murdering of millions of babies, its flaunting of homosexuality and sadomasochism, its corruption, its drunkenness and drug abuse, its form of godliness without power, its Luke warmness toward Christ, its rampant divorce and adultery, its lewd pornography, its child molestations, its cheating, its robbing, its dirty movies, and its occult practices.
