U.S. Senator: This 'Will Dwarf All Other Stories' -  Russia Probe Puts Bulls-Eye On The Deep State

By Susan Duclos - All News PipeLine

Circa News  has published an unsealed, once top-secret FISA Memorandum Opinion and Order, which conclusively proves what Independent News readers have known for a long time, regarding the overt abuses perpetrated by the Obama administration in regards to spying on American citizens, but a look at the dates contained within the 99 page FISA Order shows that the information that caused the FISA court to censure the Obama administration and the Intelligence community practices, included information revealed by the Trump administration.

We have long argued that in order to clean house, to bring down the deep state operatives within the intelligence community had to follow a pattern of legal processes, in order to truly weed out the bad apples, and this Memorandum Opinion and Order confirms that assertion.

In conjunction with this release to which no major media outlet  is reporting on as of yet, we have the House investigative committee hearings dubbed the Russia probe, with testimony that is finally bearing fruit, just not the fruit the Democrats that were trying to prove Trump campaign collusion with the Russians, wanted.

In fact, all recent testimony, along with the information investigated for over a year, has turned up "no evidence" of any Trump/Russia collusion, but during the hearings, we have garnered a far greater understanding of Obama and his administration abuses, to which this morning Senator Rand Paul said, if proven true, "It will dwarf all other stories."

THE CIRCA BOMBSHELL THE MSM WON'T REPORT

Key Quotes, via Circa:

The normally supportive court censured administration officials, saying the failure to disclose the extent of the violations earlier amounted to an “institutional lack of candor” and that the improper searches constituted a “very serious Fourth Amendment issue,” according to a recently unsealed court document dated April 26, 2017.

The admitted violations undercut one of the primary defenses that the intelligence community and Obama officials have used in recent weeks to justify their snooping into incidental NSA intercepts about Americans.

.........................

Officials like former National Security Adviser Susan Rice have argued their activities were legal under the so-called minimization rule changes Obama made, and that the intelligence agencies were strictly monitored to avoid abuses.

The intelligence court and the NSA’s own internal watchdog found that not to be true.

“Since 2011, NSA’s minimization procedures have prohibited use of U.S.-person identifiers to query the results of upstream Internet collections under Section 702,” the unsealed court ruling declared. "The Oct. 26, 2016 notice informed the court that NSA analysts had been conducting such queries inviolation of that prohibition, with much greater frequency than had been previously disclosed to the Court."

Part of the information revealed in the once Top-Secret FISA report, was revealed by the Obama administration directly before the November 2016 presidential election, but according to the document itself, which is embedded below, while the Obama administration provided some information, which the court did not think was sufficient, it fell to the new administration, while transitioning, to gather the pertinent data and submit it to a court after being granted an extention.

Readers can go through the full 99 pages of the report, which is dated April 26, 2017, at the bottom of this article.

SENATOR PAULS REACTION TO THE CIRCA REPORT AND RECENT TESTIMONY

When asked about this report on Wednesday, Senator Rand Paul explained, in easily understandable terms, exactly how many Americans have been caught up in the NSA's data collecting process. It is when this new report is connected with recent testimony by former CIA Director John Brennan, that Paul connects the dots and shows how this "Russian Probe," rather than providing evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, is really highlighting the abuses under the Obama administration, even in the last days of his term, where they rushed to collect as much information, in order for it to be disseminated publicly, and states "It will dwarf any of the the sort of made up stuff we are looking into now.

He repeats that assertion again, stating "it will dwarf all other stories."

During the Interview, the hosts show a clip of Gowdy asking Brennan if on January 19th, to noon on January 20th (when Trump was inaugurated) if he made any unmasking requests and he also asked  "do you recall any US ambassadors asking that names be unmasked?

Paul is asked what Gowdy is getting at, and Paul says while he doesn't have all the information, his assumption would be, by the line of questioning, is that "they do know somebody was being unmasked in the last couple of days, and that there was this sort of frantic, you know, commotion with the Obama administration trying to get at as many things as they could on the way out."

DEEP STATE OVERPLAYED THEIR HAND, THEY ARE NOW THE TARGETS

This goes back to January 12, 2017, after months upon months of the Obama administration abusing their FISA permissions, in order to unmask the names of Trump campaign officials, and being unable to produce any evidence of collusion with Russia, Barack Obama "finalized rules to make it easier for the nation’s intelligence agencies to share unfiltered information about innocent people."

Via Electronic Frontier Foundation:

New rules issued by the Obama administration under Executive Order 12333 will let the NSA—which collects information under that authority with little oversight, transparency, or concern for privacy—share the raw streams of communications it intercepts directly with agencies including the FBI, the DEA, and the Department of Homeland Security, according to a report today by the New York Times.

Without evidence of collusion, what Obama did was put all the information collected, by abusing the power of the FISA permissions, as shown in the FISA order, into the hands of members of the intelligence community in order to facilitate the "leaks" we continue to see, by people that President Trump has not been able to replace yet within those agencies.... members of the Deep State attempting to sabotage Trump's presidency.

They overplayed their hand though. They leaked so much, all of a sudden there were House and Senate investigations started into the Russian interference, but as the testimony we highlighted yesterday showed, instead of collusion or Russian interference, it was the same members of the deep state that are leaking information, who became the targets.

From yesterday's testimony, (videos in the ANP article titled "Insiders Warn 'Lives Are At Stake' From Deep State Intel Community Leakers & They 'Need To Be Tracked Down') we heard the intelligence community leaks called "appalling," with suggestion by Brennan himself saying the leakers "need to be tracked down."

DNI Coats testified that the leakers are jeopardizing national security and lives.

What the deep state members of the intelligence community did, in effect, was accidentally place the bullseye on their own backs.

As ANP warned back on May 18, 2017, "INTELLIGENCE AGENCY LEAKERS BEWARE OF THE SPECIAL COUNSEL," because demanding a special counsel to investigate the Russia issue, Former FBI Director Robert Mueller has also been authorized to expand his scope into "(ii) any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation."  Also note: (c) If the Special Counsel believes it is necessary and appropriate, the Special Counsel is authorized to prosecute federal crimes arising from the investigation of these matters."

While no evidence of collusion has been found between the Trump campaign and Russia, these very investigations are providing evidence that members of the intelligence community are guilty of "federal crimes" by leaking classified information to the press.

This opinion is shared by Alan M. Dershowitz, prominent attorney and the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law, Emeritus, at Harvard Law School, who recently wrote "That is one issue that is within the jurisdiction of the special counsel because it involves serious federal felonies. It would be ironic if the only indictment resulting from the special counsel's investigation was of the intelligence officials who unlawfully leaked classified information."

BOTTOM LINE

While many are frustrated and impatient to see a good old fashioned house cleaning, we all need to understand that there are still nominees for the new admin that have not been confirmed by the Senate yet, and to walk in on day one and simply dismiss hundreds or a thousand people within the intelligence community without bodies to replace them, would finally have given the MSM a "real" news story, about Trump endangering national security, and with nearly two thirds of the public now saying they see the MSM as purveyors of "fake news" (including 53 percent of Democrats!) the last thing the president needs to do is give them something real to complain about.

The Russia investigations are bearing fruit, but much to the Democrats and the deep state's dismay, they are providing evidence, not against President Trump, but against the very intelligence community members that abused their power under the Obama administration, and who are attempting to sabotage the nation and its president.

My prediction: We will see a major increase of leaks coming out in a flurry, because like suicide bombers, the "leakers" know their days are numbered and want to harm as many innocents as they can before they go down.
