President Trump is set to deliver the State of the Union address at 9pm (ET) on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. A number of livestreams are embedded below the article.

With the SOTU address having been postponed from late January until Tuesday, Feb. 5, due to the government shutdown, and the agreement to reopen the government set to expire on February 15, 2019, because Democrats in control of the House of Representatives refuse to provide funding for a border barrier, many Trump supporters want him to declare a national emergency on the southern border to allow an alternative method of funding the much talked about wall, fence and/or barrier.

I do not think he will go as far as that on Tuesday, but will wait until February 15, 2019, to claim that he gave Democrats the time promised before working around the Democrats' obstruction. I do believe he will mention the possibility during the speech.

According to multiple reports, White House officials have said the SOTU address will offer a "bipartisan way forward on immigration," and that President Trump will set  a "unifying, bipartisan, and optimistic tone."

The reason that is important is that President Trump's previous offer did exactly that, but when individuals were questioned about his offer, many were not even aware of the bipartisan portions of his prior offer, and once informed of them, they came out against Democrats for not being willing to negotiate in good faith.

Campus Reform captured some reactions on video of college students blaming the President for the shutdown, until they learned about the offer he gave Democrats that was shot down by Democrat politicians.

By presenting his bipartisan solutions during the SOTU, which is generally carried on every major network, Americans will now have the opportunity to be aware of the nature of his offer, as the liberal media downplayed it previously, leaving a nation of uninformed Americans.

Many eyes will also be on the Supreme Court justices that generally attend the SOTU address, sitting together, as Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (who skipped the last one) has not attended the high court's oral arguments since her cancer surgery in later December, so many are wondering if she will make an appearance.

Another thing to watch will be the Democrat Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi who will be seen behind President Trump's left shoulder as she will giving the signal to Democrats attending as to whether to stand an applaud something President Trump said or sit there without clapping while Republicans stand and clap. (I'll admit, it is also entertaining to watch the bizarre faces she makes during the speech)

THE PRESIDENT'S GUEST LIST

While Democrats are preparing to "troll" the President with their guests, such as illegal immigrants (who ICE should be waiting for to arrest, but won't be), and government workers that received no pay during the shutdown, as well as far left liberal activists, the President has also published a list of their own invited guests.

Those include the following, via the White House website:

Debra Bissell, Heather Armstrong, and Madison Armstrong: Gerald and Sharon David of Reno, Nevada, were tragically murdered in their home in Nevada by an illegal immigrant in January 2019. The terrible loss has devastated both their community and three generations of their family who will be represented at the State of the Union: the Davids’ daughter Debra, granddaughter Heather, and great-granddaughter Madison.

Throughout the rest of the year, Grace stayed positive and strong, making the rounds in the hospital, cheering up other patients, and always having a smile for the many caring medical professionals who treated her. Grace recently finished chemotherapy and today shows no evidence of the disease. She is determined to help other children who are fighting cancer.

Ashley Evans: Ashley Evans has struggled with opioid and substance abuse for much of her life. In 2017, she was pregnant and suffered a relapse.
