American journalists are censored, threatened on college campuses and images pertaining to "crybullies" are blocked from Facebook, while reporters in Turkey are arrested and lawyers assassinated, and in France Alternative News websites are being shut down and Green activists are being placed under house arrest. In Canada a man who has worked tirelessly and relentlessly to expose the damage done by the Fukushima nuclear reactor meltdowns and the subsequent coverup of said damage was arrested, then gagged, had his video evidence deleted by YouTube, while Facebook censorship against conservatives continues unabated.
From one end of the globe to the other, physically, and virtually on the Internet, truth is being silenced.
AMERICA- Free speech has been under attack in college campuses across the nation, while journalists attempting to cover the antic of those dubbed as "crybullies," have been threatened, evidenced by one high profile example that was captured on video where Melissa Click, an assistant professor of mass media at the University of Missouri, confronted Tim Tai, who was documenting the protests telling him to leave. When Tai refused citing his First Amendment rights, Click asked the crowd "Who wants to help me get this reporter out of here? I need some muscle over here."
Facebook meanwhile, never missing an opportunity to censor conservative opinion, removed a satirical cartoon by Ben Garrison which lampooned the protesters, as shown on Breitbart and explained by GrrrGraphics:
The tyrannical SJWs, who don’t believe in criticism or free speech, have ganged up on me and reported my cartoon “Cry Bullies” on the Ben Garrison Facebook page. Facebook has removed the cartoon because it violated their so called “ community standards” Since my IP address is ‘ banned’ for 24 hours as punishment….I can’t even comment on my private page. My free speech has been placed in a safe zone, i.e. silenced. It was not just about removing the ‘offensive’ cartoon, it was about shutting me up completely. Facebook readily complied. Facebook is the biggest “Cry Bully “ of them all.
The power structure is beginning to panic as the public wakes up to the criminal climate engineering insanity. The growing police state is completely out of control and becoming unimaginably blatant with their actions. In recent weeks Washington has placed "gag orders" on the following agency employees, "The National Weather Service", the "National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration", and the "US Department of Commerce". This is a massive red flag that should trigger alarm bells everywhere.
Bill Hopkins, the executive vice president for the National Weather Service employees organization (NWSEO) said this:
“As a taxpayer, I find it highly disturbing that a government agency continues to push gag orders to hide how they operate. This is the work of the American government, owned by the American public, and should be open to the American public.
TURKEY - In Turkey two journalists, Can Dundar, editor-in-chief of Turkish daily newspaper Cumhuriyet, and Erdem Gul, the newspaper's Ankara bureau chief, were arrested and charged with espionage and aiding an armed terrorist organization, for publishing a leaked video of members of Turkey's National Intelligence Agency showing men in police uniforms and civilian clothing unscrewing bolts to open the cargo area of the trucks, and unpacking boxes of what look like medicine. Later images show trucks full of mortar rounds.
Cumhuriyet reported that the weapons were being delivered to Syria by Turkey's National Intelligence Agency.
"The weapons were most likely headed to ISIS, infamous globally for its brutality," Dundar told CNN.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan promised swift retaliation before launching a bogus investigation against the two journalists for "treason and revealing state secrets," which led to their arrest.
Newflash for the Turkish President: It isn't exactly a secret that Turkey is supporting and arming ISIS.
Also in Turkey a pro-Kurdish lawyer Tahir Elci, president of the Diyarbakir Bar Association in southeastern Turkey and a leading human rights defender, was killed while making a press statement Saturday. (Source)
FRANCE - WeAreChange.org site, independent media focused on the political, social and cultural events, has been blocked in France under an anti-terrorism law recently adopted by the French government. (Source )
The website was censored following the attacks in Paris perpetrated on the night of November 13 to 14 under the pretext of spreading information liable to harm the country's national security. However, the site's creator, Luke Rudkowski, said the reality was quite different. He said the French government was trying to "ban" the media which represented under a non-favorable light.
"The French authorities were indeed aware of future attacks. In a video posted on our site, we revealed all the "coincidences" strange occurred during that fateful day. Far from accusing anyone either, we only relate well-documented facts, "he noted.
He added: "The adopted law, allowing the interior minister to censor any Internet site, is definitely a low blow to freedom of expression in France."
More on that in the video below.
We also see via Reuters that using new emergency laws after the Paris terror attack that killed over 120 people and injured over 300 others, that France has placed at least 24 green activists under house arrest ahead of the United Nations climate talks, in an unprecedented act of "repression."
Following the Nov. 13 attacks on Paris in which 130 people were killed, the French government declared the state of emergency, banning public demonstrations and giving police extended powers of search and surveillance.
"These people have no connection at all with the terrorist movement, but our forces need to be totally focused on the protection of the French people," Cazeneuve said, saying any serious public disturbance would distract police from their fight against terrorism.
He did not specify how long the activists would remain under house arrest, but French media reported that they would be confined to their homes for the duration of the U.N. conference.
Greenpeace France director Jean-François Julliard said that, to his knowledge, all the ecologists under house arrest were pacifist activists who had never committed any violent acts nor been charged with anything."We have the feeling that (the government) wants to stifle criticism from the militants, but they are going about it in the worst possible way, this is repression," he said on BFM television.
They are banned from leaving their home town in western France without special police permission, they must report to a local police station three times a day and remain at their homes between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am until December 12, the day after the talks are due to end.
The interior ministry says the three individuals have caused “serious disturbances to public order” in the past.
The activists’ lawyer, Marie Dose, said the state of emergency was being “misused” in their cases.
“This is an attack on the right to demonstrate,” she said.
CANADA - As ANP reported in early November, a man named Dana Durnford, a true Fukushima Warrior, who has dedicated years of his life to documenting the damage done in the Pacific Ocean by the nuclear reactors meltdowns at Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant in 2011 and to expose the coverup of that damage, was arrested, had his videos removed from YouTube where he visually proved the death and desctruction of sea life, and was gagged by the court. Mr. Durnford is wheelchair bound, conducted expeditions that were crowd funded, to prove his assertions and now must fight for his right to tell the truth against corporate entities.
