S216 - Save Our Seas 2.0 Amendments Act (Public Law 109–449) was introduced by Dan Sullivan (R-AK) on January 23, 2025 to improve the administration of the Marine Debris Foundation and Marine Debris Program of the NOAA. This bill reauthorizes the NOAA Marine Debris Program through FY2029. This law also modified the requirements for the Marine Debris Foundation and reauthorizes it. The law also directs the foundation to reach out to Indian tribes and tribal governments. The Foundation must also relocate its principal office in either the National Capital Region or a coastal shoreline community. Finally, it authorizes the foundation to match contributions from regional organizations, Indian tribes, tribal organizations, or foreign governments.
S284 - Congressional Award Program Reauthorization Act (2 U.S.C. 808) was introduced by Cynthia M Lummis (R-WY) on January 28, 2025 to reauthorize the Congressional Award Program through October 1, 2028. It also removes a requirement for program medals to consist of gold-plate over bronze, rhodium over bronze, or bronze
HR187 - MAPWaters Act of 2025 was introduced by Blake D Moore (R-UT-1) on January 3, 2025 to provide for the standardization, consolidation, and publication of data relating to public outdoor recreational use of Federal waterways among Federal land and water management agencies. The Forest Service and Department of the Interior will standardize and publish for the public regarding their access to Federal waterways for recreational use. It orders data about fishing restrictions be updated in real time as changes go into effect. They must also develop a process for the public to ask questions or make comments regarding waterway restrictions, waterway access, and navigation information.
HR1491 - Disaster Related Extension of Deadlines Act was introduced by Gregory F Murphy (R-NC-3) on February 21, 2025 to amend IRC of 1986 §7508A to make the postponement of certain deadlines by reason of disasters applicable to the limitation on credit or refund, and to take postponements into account for purposes of sending collection notices.
This is well and good. These are single-issue bills that are easy to follow. However, none of them are the bills We The People want to see signed.
Here are some of President Trump's 225 EOs that I want to see Congress pass before mid-term elections (in numerical order by EO number):
EO 14149 Restoring Freedom of Speech and Ending Federal Censorship signed January 20, 2025 (discussed in my May 2, 2025 ANP Article), guaranteeing the American people the right to engage in constitutionally protected speech. In addition, this EO calls for ending the censorship of protected speech by Federal government employees, officers, agencies, entities, departments or agents.
EO 14150 America First Policy Directive to the Secretary of State signed January 20, 2025 but applicable to not just the Secretary of State but to all Federal departments, agencies, bureaus, etc., ensuring "America First" becomes the caveat in all foreign policy. Frankly, it "should" not be necessary to make this a policy, it should be automatic.
EO 14155 Withdrawing the US from the World Health Organization (NWO) signed January 20, 2025 needs to be made official. And while they're at it, we need to withdraw from the UN as well. President Trump initially withdrew from the NWO July 6, 2020 but the autopen administration revoked on January 20, 2021. Until this is codified, the next President can simply revoke this order again.
EO 14159 Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship signed January 20, 2025 (aka birthright citizenship) is currently waiting for a SCOTUS hearing which has yet to be scheduled. Personally, I think if one or both of the parents is a US citizen, then the child should also be considered a US citizen. If both parents are citizens of some other country, then their child should also be a citizen of the parent's home country no matter where the child is born.
EO 14162 Putting America First in International Environmental Agreements signed January 20, 2025. Like EO 14150 above, it "should" not be necessary to tell the Federal government to put the US first in any international agreements. This should be an automatic policy by our Federal government. The fact that these 2 EOs even have to be written does not bode well on the priorities of our "(s)elected officials."
EO 14183 Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness signed January 27, 2025. This is another of those EOs that "should not" be necessary and it is a shame that President Trump had to write this EO to make it so. It creates a policy of troop readiness, lethality, cohesion, honesty, humility, uniformity, and integrity. It is also subject to EO 14168 creating a clear delineation between male and female troops.
EO 14185 Restoring America's Fighting Force signed January 27, 2025 is another EO that should never have been necessary to order. Yet, over years of democrat reign in our government, they have allowed our military to be underfunded, under manned, and even deliberately allowed to mothball by not ensuring maintenance and upgrades to existing equipment as well as retiring other equipment without replacement (ships, airplanes, etc.).
EO 14187 Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation signed January 28, 2025 (and discussed in my April 29, 2025 ANP Article) is another one that should not be necessary. Why Congress won't get behind this EO is beyond me. What they are doing to our children is causing permanent sterilization. It is causing permanent life-long reliance on big pharma medications as well as life-long medical and psychiatric treatment. It is creating permanent disability within our children. No child should receive these treatments before adulthood. Period.
EO 14248 Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections signed March 25, 2025 to enforce the Federal prohibition on foreign nationals voting in Federal elections as well as requiring proof of US citizenship. In addition, this EO focuses improving the voting system to include voting equipment. It demands State compliance with National Election Day as set by Federal Law.
Which EOs do you want to see codified before mid-terms?
I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
The US Flag is covered in 4 USC Chapter 1 §4 details the manner in which one should say the pledge:
. . . standing at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. When not in uniform men should remove any non-religious headdress with their right hand and hold it at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart. Persons in uniform should remain silent, face the flag, and render the military salute. Members of the Armed Forces not in uniform and veterans may render the military salute in the manner provided for persons in uniform.
On August 25, 2025, President Trump signed EO 14341 Prosecuting Burning of the American Flag (discussed in my August 26, 2025 ANP Article) with a goal of preserving the dignity of our National Flag. President Trump has also authorized the revocation of visas, residency, and naturalization of foreign nationals who desecrate our National Flag. President Trump adds:
On this National Pledge of Allegiance Day, we renew our devotion to the ideals that define the United States and to the Flag that symbolizes our shared destiny: one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
On December 28, 2025, President Trump had a 2-hour phone meeting with President Putin of Russia prior to welcoming President Zelenskyy of Ukraine to Mar-a-Lago. He only said that the call was productive.
“I just had a good and very productive telephone call with President Putin of Russia prior to my meeting, at 1:00 P.M. today, with President Zelenskyy of Ukraine...” - President Donald J. Trump pic.twitter.com/4biVoStksd
President Trump then welcomed President Zelenskyy of Ukraine to Mar-a-Lago and allowed a short question/answer session with the press.
This was followed by a lunch meeting then a press conference where Presidents Trump and Zelenskyy deliver remarks about the meeting. During the meeting, many of the Leaders of the EU were consulted. A 20 point peace plan was discussed as still being worked upon. President Zelenskyy stated that in January Ukraine would be ready for peace.
Those are some of the exact words used by Google’s censors, aka 'Orwellian content police,' in describing many of our controversial stories. Stories later proven to be truthful and light years ahead of the mainstream media. But because we reported those 'inconvenient truths' they're trying to bankrupt ANP.
