On June 4, 2025, President Trump issued the Memorandum Reviewing Certain Presidential Actions (discussed in my June 5, 2025 ANP Article) in which he ordered the Counsel to the President to work with the AG (and anyone else the Counsel determined to be necessary) to investigate the use of the autopen during the Biden Administration. The memo noted the Biden White House issued
. . . over 1,200 Presidential documents, appointed 235 judges to the Federal bench, and issued more pardons and commutations than any administration in United States history. For instance, just 2 days before Christmas in 2024, the White House announced that Biden commuted the sentences of 37 of the 40 most vile and monstrous criminals on Federal death row, including several child killers and mass murderers.
That investigation has come to fruition and President Trump intends to take immediate action (orders are apparently forthcoming, probably on Monday, December 1, 2025 or Tuesday, December 2, 2025) as noted in President Trump's recent X post:
Remember when people started to question how many days Biden actually "worked" as President?
If you only work 61% of the time, you probably have to rely on your staff to do most everything for you. And the staff, in Biden's case, used the autopen to sign Presidential documents. Who knows what Biden knew.
Remember the investigation into Biden's storage of classified documents and Special Counsel Robert K Hur's February 2024 report (covering the 2022-2023 investigation) in which Counselor Hur wrote:
Hur also surmised that in a trial, "Biden would likely present himself to a jury ... as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory" with "diminished faculties in advancing age".
By April 28, 2023, Biden's work week was down to about 30 hours a week according to the New York Post.
By July 2024, both Business Insider (July 1, 2024) and Forbes (July 4, 2024) published articles on Biden's decreasing daily work hours. The Business Insider reported Biden struggles to function after 4pm and his daily work hours were from 10am to 4pm with very few activities scheduled for this time frame. Forbes quoted Biden as saying he needed to get more sleep and that he would avoid working after 8pm to do so.
On November 28, 2025, the Congressional Committee on Oversight's Chairman James Comer, issued a press release applauding President Trump's announcement:
“I applaud President Trump for deeming President Biden’s autopen actions null and void. The House Oversight Committee recently exposed how the Biden Autopen Presidency is one of the biggest political scandals in U.S. history. As Americans witnessed President Biden’s decline with their own eyes, Biden’s inner circle sought to deceive the public, conceal his condition, and take unauthorized executive actions using the autopen—actions that are now invalid. The House Oversight Committee delivered crucial transparency, and now President Trump and his administration are delivering accountability.”
There was no proper chain of custody for the documents which predicated President Biden’s executive actions, and a cohort of people, including residence staff, had access to them.
President Biden allegedly made some executive decisions verbally, and without documentation indicating that they came from the president himself or that he understood the decisions completely.
Senior White House officials did not know who operated the autopen and its use was not sufficiently controlled or documented to prevent abuse.
In contrast to President Trump’s staff secretary, Will Scharf—who is highly visible in carrying out his duties to ensure President Trump’s signature makes it on the executive decisions President Trump approves—President Biden’s staff secretary, Neera Tanden, only saw the former president every six to eight weeks.
Biden White House staff may have ignored internal Biden Administration recommendations that President Biden hand-sign pardons and other documents.
Zients testified that President Biden included his son, Hunter Biden, in the decisionmaking process for and meetings about pardons. This apparently included the meeting to discuss the pardons of five Biden family members, Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, and the members of congress who served on the Select Subcommittee to Investigate the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol, and their staff.
The Biden DOJ’s own attorneys raised serious concerns about the pardon review process and President Biden’s awareness of the violent criminal records of clemency recipients.
The Biden White House’s process of ascertaining the president’s approval for decisions and use of the autopen was inconsistent, poorly documented, and vulnerable to abuse.
Leading them to conclude:
White House aides—at the direction of the inner circle—hid the truth about the former president’s condition and fitness for office.
Democratic staff on the Committee apparently did not think the question of who was running the country for four years was worth further investigation.
The cover-up put American national security at risk and the nation’s trust in its leaders in jeopardy.
White House Aides who were instrumental to the cover-up and did not fully testify before the Committee––including Bernal, Tomasini, and Dr. O’Connor––should face further scrutiny for hiding information from the American people.
As the White House physician, Dr. O’Connor owed a duty not only to his patient, the president, but also to the American people. If Dr. O’Connor improperly diagnosed or submitted false, misleading reports on President Biden’s health, he should face further investigation––if not sanction.
Barring evidence of executive actions taken during the Biden presidency showing that President Biden indeed took a particular executive action, the Committee deems those actions taken through use of the autopen as void.
Who knows how the propaganda media will attempt to spin President Trump's latest post; however, as you can see from the above research, President Trump ordered an investigation into the Autopen scandal in June of 2025 and Congress did their own investigation publishing their results October 28, 2025 (now a little over a month ago) finding autopen signatures on official Presidential Documents as voiding those documents.
I think that in addition to voiding all autopen documents, action needs to be taken IAW Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States (discussed in my November 18, 2025 ANP Article) against all those who KNEW of Biden's decline and actively worked to cover it up instead of exercising their Constitutional Obligations per the 25th Amendment. This includes then VP Kamala Harris and Biden's then Presidential Cabinet as people who violated their oath of office and violated the 25th Amendment.
The White House has taken it upon themselves to provide a new website on media bias highlighting a media offender of the week as well as providing a list of recent propaganda posts by said media. The website cites the offense (what they published), the truth, key points, and sources of materials showing the opposite of what the propaganda media posted.
Those are some of the exact words used by Google’s censors, aka 'Orwellian content police,' in describing many of our controversial stories. Stories later proven to be truthful and light years ahead of the mainstream media. But because we reported those 'inconvenient truths' they're trying to bankrupt ANP.
