US Admits Beheading Videos "Helped" To Create International Coalition - Aka One World Government?

An interesting slip of the tongue on the part of United States Department of State spokesperson Jen Psaki during a question and answer period in regards to the recently released video by ISIS of a second American journalist by the name of Steven Sotloff being executed.
While many others focused on Ms. Psaki's refusal to label these ISIS beheading videos as an act of war, videographer Scott Anthony highlights what he considers a Major Freudian slip, his explanation of that is in the second video below. The first is Psaki's full answer to the questions posed, where she is asked if the Obama administration considers the beheading videos and murder of American citizens an act of war, and she says she will not provide a "new label" to the actions, but then she continues on to state that these beheading videos "helped to," before rephrasing that slip of the tongue by stating "not helped to I should say, has been a,...one of the motivating factors in the effort, we..to undergo the creation of an international coalition to address this threat."
Let's flashback now to some recent reports regarding both Barack Obama and Joe Biden referencing a "new world order," which according to some is part of a global effort to create a "one world government."
But whether people see what’s happening in Ukraine, and Russia’s aggression towards its neighbors in the manner in which it’s financing and arming separatists; to what’s happened in Syria -- the devastation that Assad has wrought on his own people; to the failure in Iraq for Sunni and Shia and Kurd to compromise -- although we’re trying to see if we can put together a government that actually can function; to ongoing terrorist threats; to what’s happening in Israel and Gaza -- part of peoples' concern is just the sense that around the world the old order isn’t holding and we’re not quite yet to where we need to be in terms of a new order that’s based on a different set of principles, that’s based on a sense of common humanity, that’s based on economies that work for all people. – Barack H. Psaki's choice of wording, plus her flustered correction, brings about some logical questions of whether the US government is using these brutal executions of Americans by ISIS to further their own agenda of creating a "new world order," and a "one world government?" Or as some believe, if ISIS is a creation of the US, are these violently brutal deaths and the videos being released to shock and horrify Americans is all part of that plan?
Then again, she could just be a spokesperson that is very careless with her choice of phrasing..... watch the two videos below and decide for yourself.
