ANP readers have sent over some images of what they are seeing at their local stores, and while eggs are seeing the biggest price hikes, other sections of the store shelves are starting to thin out a bit.
It is also interesting to see how Democrats are already trying to drag Donald Trump into the disaster that Bidenomics has turned out to be for America, despite the fact that Trump hasn't even taken office yet, and isn't inaugurated until January 20, 2025.
Rep. Eric Swalwell, the man that farted on live TV, was busted banging "fang fang," a Chinese spy, has decided to admit that food costs have skyrocketed, but only as a way to try to dunk on Trump.
Now they appear to be worried about grocery prices, after having ignored the issue for Biden's entire term, and X users brutally reminded him of that fact.
Anyone that shops for groceries knows the prices are unprecedently high, and still rising, but sometimes a visual from one date to another, can really hammer the point home of just how much damage the Biden regime has done to America.
On January 7, 2024, a reader that has been saving screen shots of prices from her grocery store website, sent over three images. One from January 2024, where the price for a 60 package of large white eggs was $14.39, and another image from October 2024, the same item was $18.09, and then in January 2025, the price spiked to $33.99.
Over the course of just the last year alone, egg prices have more than doubled, and while it is being blamed on Avian Flu, that has been an issue for more than a decade, yet we have never seen price hikes this past year that are unprecedented.
Bidenomics!
On January 8, ANP received more images, these from Las Vegas, and those show even higher prices for 60 (5 dozen) eggs, as well as a WinCo store sign about egg shortages, and a number of images from around the store showing that while there is food on the shelves, it is dwindling, with pockets within aisles, from bread to pasta, canned goods to milk, cementing the belief that empty stores shelves are coming back.

STORE SHELVES ARE EMPTYING.......
The image above is from Las Vegas WinCo, as are the following images, which helps us document which products are likeliest to see empty store shelves first, just by noting the empty spots on shelves that are already appearing.
Since we began with eggs, the sign shown above was sent, along with the price for 60, which is even higher than the prices shown by the previous reader images, shown up above.
I did find it ironic that the sign boasts "low prices," right before showing the cost of 5 dozen eggs to be $35.98.
The next image is of the pasta aisle, where there are large gaps with nothing, and other sections showing low stock.
The bread aisle shows similar gaps and low stock.
Now breads can be frozen and thawed and taste just fine, but nothing beats the taste of home made bread, so it might be time to start thinking of making your own breads.

As we saw in the 2020 and 2021 shortages, reader images tell the story that the MSM doesn't tell, and won't until Donald Trump takes office as they attempt to tie the high prices and shortages on him when he takes office.
Even then, what our readers document from one end of the nation to the other, is far different from what the media tells their followers to believe. This is why ANP readers, and readers of other Independent Media websites, were not blindsided, or caught short of supplies while everyone else was panic shopping at the last minute.
