This statement was made by one of the rare, and honest, scientists who risked all to tell the truth during the COVID-19 psych-op. The end game was revealed:

This next quote is one I picked up somewhere off the Internet recently, and all credit goes to the one who came up with it. It is brilliant in terms of its truth and simplicity, and so it reads:

THE THREE VILLAINS
There were many parties involved in the phenomenon we know as COVID-19, but in order to understand its nefarious nature from the start, only three parties needed to be identified back in March of 2020: just three. I call them “the three villains”. They are:

Xi Jingping, General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party (the CCP), Chairman of the People’s Republic of China;

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (aka Tedros), Director-General of the World Health Organization (or WHO), and,
-
Anthony Fauci (and everyone knows who he is).
As part of the process of digging through and exposing COVID-19 for what it was, it became necessary to associate: Tedros to Xi Jingping, and Fauci to Tedros, so that Tedros, by default, becomes the centerpiece for the entire operation.
THE CONFERENCE
Early in January of 2020, rumors were already starting to swirl concerning “coronavirus”: a mysterious illness originating from China which was already spreading to other parts of the world (mainly Southeast Asia), and was both highly transmittable and lethal. Videos coming out of China at that time were depicting people “dropping dead” on the streets from what would later be called “COVID-19”. The videos served as a powerful distraction from moves that were being conducted behind the scenes by major players who stood to gain from the spread of the virus. Rather than the hypnotic focus on these videos, this is the photo which should have served as a forewarning that serious developments were about to take place around the world:
This picture was taken on January 28th, 2020, in Beijing. This was no ordinary meeting between two individuals in positions of global power. Here’s Xi Jingping, the ruler of the country from which the worldwide threat would originate, and here’s Tedros, the head of the WHO who would soon issue “health” recommendations, and proclamations, to countries throughout the world.
The timing is also important: it took place one month to the day before Italy started the process of locking down, and roughly six weeks before strict lockdowns were instituted in the United States (and elsewhere). Indeed, Tedros and his WHO would declare this coronavirus a “Public Health Emergency of International Concern” two days after this meeting, on the 30th.
This conference on January 28th, 2020 is one of the most important that has ever occurred between two leaders in modern history (if not world history), yet most people around the globe are unaware that this conference ever happened. In spite of the power of the two people involved (and the timing of it), this meeting was scarcely reported by the global news media at all, especially in the West, and should have been, considering the suffering and the misery that was soon to envelop Planet Earth over the next few months (and years).
The purpose of the meeting ostensibly was “to win the battle against the novel coronavirus” which Xi Jingping called “a devil”. However, the way Tedros would look at it, he was merely
flying to China to visit “an old friend” (as well as to engage in “political theatre”); in other words, these two already had history before they met: they already knew each other.

FAUCI, TEDROS, AND THE COVID-19 TALKING POINTS
On February 17th, Anthony Fauci, as a part of his newly acquired role in the Coronavirus Task Force, and with a knack for publicity, appeared with Jayne O’Donnell on USA TODAY and stated, “You don’t need to be walking around with a mask right now”. He also stated that the risk of coronavirus in the USA was “miniscule”. As late as March 8th, Fauci went on 60 MINUTES in front of this guy named Jon LaPook and said, “”There’s no reason to be walking around with a mask”. Tedros’ WHO maintained, up until that time, that: “The use of a mask alone is insufficient to provide the adequate level of protection”. These statements were made in spite of the fact that in early March, people in various places were already hoarding masks, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer (mainly because they had been scared half to death by the news media).
Regarding travel bans, Tedros said even in early February: there was no need for measures that “unnecessarily interfere with international travel and trade”. Even Chinese officials were criticized over the handling of the health emergency from the beginning by Chinese social media. The basis for the criticism was that Xi and the Chinese government, along with Tedros, (deliberately) mismanaged the initial response to the coronavirus, with the result that it was allowed to spread outside of Wuhan.
All of this seemed strange. The WHO is one of the many agencies that operates under the umbrella of the United Nations (the UN), and if there’s one thing the UN never does, it never downplays an emergency. Their normal mode of operations could be described as: “There are people suffering in the world right now who need our help, the type of help only we can provide. So where’s our money?”. Or, they might as well say to the “rich” Western nations of the world, flat out: “We have an upcoming climate emergency that’s going to kill us all. Now when can we expect our check? Here’s the invoice. It’s in the billions. Please remit”.
Of course, the UN always insists that they receive their money right away.
It seemed strange for the WHO (the UN) to downplay the masks and the travel bans, which would ordinarily create an immediate emergency (and panic), unless of course, something else was at hand. It was an amazing development. I couldn’t believe it. “The UN, downplaying an emergency, really? They've never done anything like this before. So then why are they doing this now?”
In the middle of March, radical changes began to take place regarding perspectives on COVID-19: it was suddenly much more dangerous! This newfound danger caused Fauci and Tedros to alter their talking points regarding COVID-19 at the same time, actually on the same day.
It was March 11th: Fauci told the House Oversight and Reform Committee that the novel coronavirus spreading across the world is “ten times more lethal than the seasonal flu” (keeping in mind that he pulled this stunt three days after he appeared on 60 MINUTES). Tedros, also on that day, announced in Geneva, Switzerland that “this is the first pandemic caused by a coronavirus”. COVID-19 therefore, was now officially a full-blown “pandemic”. After that, everything, in practically everyone’s lives, would start to change, at surreal speed.

Fauci and Tedros were indeed confirmed as associates by the end of March, according to this article, both devastating and incriminating:

Hmm . . . . Tedros and Fauci . . . two of the most powerful men in the world during that period . . . March of 2020 . . . now all of a sudden adopting a drastic and even doomed view of COVID-19 . . . . at the same time. After March 11th, it became clear that these two were working together. Their talking points were coordinated and timed; therefore, they had to possess the same agenda. A further look into the lives of Tedros and Fauci now became an extremely worthwhile endeavor. That meant that there was only one thing left to do . . . . . . .
BACKGROUND RESEARCH
I learned the importance of utilizing this trick in the process of studying the meteoric rise of Barack Hussein Obama in American politics. Upon review, it was discovered that: Obama was in essence nothing more than a Communist, Saul Alinsky trained community organizer from Chicago (who got a lot of help). This is who he is, and who he always will be. Considering the man’s background, the statement he made on October 30, 2008 expressing his desire for “fundamentally transforming the United States of America” now makes absolutely perfect sense.
During this period of mass confusion, in early 2020, it became essential to tune out the “media noise” (if anything for the sake of some sanity), and instead, focus on the key players.
Who are the ones making the decisions? Who are the ones in power, using that power to direct (and restrict) people’s lives? And so: what are their backgrounds? What outside forces continue to influence (and have influenced) the choices that they make?
* If indeed the background information is factual with regard to any of these VIPs, movers, shakers, and elites: that information never lies.
Their motives (real or potential) then come to light: What are these people really after? Do they really care that much about others (and the world), or do they just pretend to? What is it that these people really want?
Well, it just so turns out that:
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus - before being elected as head of the WHO in 2017, was Minister of Health for the “Tigray People’s Liberation Front” (the TPLF), a Communist revolutionary group, in Ethiopia from 2005 to 2012; this group was associated with the Marxist-inspired student movements there of the late 1960s and early 1970s. Tedros is the first Director-General in WHO history without a medical degree and has never practiced as a medical doctor. In reality he is, in all of his functions, a career politician. His election in 2017 was backed by China; as part of the Ethiopian government, he had already built a long-time collaboration with Beijing. That’s why Tedros is practically grinning ear to ear in the photo above. It was Xi Jingping himself, as well as other Chinese diplomats, who were the ones primarily responsible for putting Tedros where he was (and still is), by lobbying on his behalf.
Tedros shares a particular distinction with someone named Barbara Ferrer (aka "Beetlejuice”); she was (and still is) the director for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health in California. What distinction would that be? (Anyone who can answer this question off the top of their head definitely knows their COVID-19). The answer: Both of them, during 2020 (and beyond), had the power and the authority to make blanket decisions and issue mandates which would affect the lives of tens of millions of people, yet neither one of them has a license to practice medicine.
Anthony Fauci - was the director of the NIAID (the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases), which operates under the NIH (the National Institute of Health), from 1984, up until recently. He was wildly wrong with regard to the AIDS phenomenon, from 1983 (as a rising star within the NIH bureaucracy), and throughout the 1980s, yet he was allowed to keep his job.
At first he stated that AIDS had a death rate of at least 50 percent, and could spread through simple routine contact (which was published at the time by hundreds of newspapers, stoking widespread panic). Then, he changed his mind, less than two months later by stating that “it is absolutely preposterous to suggest that AIDS can be contracted through normal social contact” (it just so happened that AIDS could only be transmitted by infected bodily fluids, or by sexual relations).
In spite of his flip-flop, Fauci at that time was never called out by the mainstream media press.
In 2020, with regard to COVID-19, Fauci again used the same tactics: he initially was not in favor of the lockdowns in January, but began to support them by mid-March of 2020 (actually by March 15th). Regarding the use of masks, he initially downplayed them, but late in March, Fauci and other top U.S. government health officials (notably Robert Redfield) suddenly changed their minds about the wearing of masks, with the result that, the CDC finally “relented”, did their own flip-flop, and changed their mask guidance on April 3rd, recommending that: “all persons wear cloth face coverings when they have to go out in public, and particularly where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain”.
What I remember, and many others also remember, and experienced, is that by April of 2020, millions, if not billions of people, were: isolated, going broke, masked yet clothed in terror, fearing for their lives.
Here was an entrenched, highly paid, career federal bureaucrat, who was attempting to institute sweeping draconian COVID-19 policy while re-positioning himself as the U.S. government’s primary architect of the lockdowns. He was a member of just another government agency that I had never heard of before, nor ever personally benefited from (NIAID, NIH, who the hell are they?).
This guy has had the same job for going on forty years, as a “health expert”, yet he still can’t figure out whether we need masks or not !?!!?!!?
Fauci’s elevation to such a position of immense power immediately presents two major problems:

He’s an unelected federal government bureaucrat, put in power by the organization itself and those above him, not by the voters. Therefore, he was never accountable, and ultimately had no responsibility, to the general voting public of the United States, and:

He is safeguarded by public sector union rules and regulations which make it difficult, if not impossible, to fire government employees. The appeals process is lengthy and cumbersome; those who file already know their case could potentially take years (while they remain in their jobs with full pay). Seeing that he was employed by the Federal Government, and in a high position, for decades, it would be practically impossible for anyone to fire Fauci (and he knew it).
After unearthing his background, Anthony Fauci became just another example of the types of individuals that I instinctively despise. Government bureaucrats like him, at all levels, whether local, state, or federal, have been destroying the freedoms of Americans for decades. Throughout COVID, Fauci was in a protected position to institute his “health” policies over the populace without ever having to worry about suffering any personal consequences or repercussions of any kind. This meant that Fauci again could be wildly wrong with COVID, as he was before with AIDS, and chances are, nothing would ever happen to him (and sure enough, nothing ever did).

XI JINGPING AND THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY (THE CCP)
Economics
Before 2020, the Chinese were operating their national economy much like the corporation Enron was conducting its business operations (before it collapsed). That is, they would report (and expound) on their assets, while hiding their debt “off the books” (graciously called “off-balance sheet financing”). Stealth reports coming out of China at that time indicated that the Chinese government were constructing “ghost cities”: huge apartment complexes that, ultimately, average Chinese people couldn’t afford to live in (as reported by ZeroHedge). That placed the Chinese real estate market in only one position: to anticipate losing money, a lot of money (which they did, and still do). They funded their “ghost cities” almost entirely with debt, and made every attempt to hide it.
At the same time, the Chinese were reporting explosive GDP numbers, to the point where Wall Street financial analysts and investment bankers suspected that the Chinese were falsifying their financial reports. The economic data coming out of China then proved untrustworthy.
* In short: the Chinese Communists were deliberately presenting fraudulent economic data to the rest of the world in order to make it appear as if their economy was doing better than it really was.
Media
China then began to practically market and promote the lockdowns in Wuhan to anyone who would take notice (as also reported by ZeroHedge at that time, archived). They did this in hopes that the mainstream news media, especially in the West, would start reporting and expounding on their lockdown methodology (which they deliberately and stupidly did).
Then there were the videos: of Chinese workers, cleansing the streets in their Hazmat suits (as if communist rulers really cared that much about their own people). This Chinese barrage of Hazmat media looked like a clown show and personally insulted my intelligence (may I file a claim please?). Trusting the Chinese Communists is like trusting a ventriloquist dummy to sing and dance across a theatre floor with no outside help.
All of a sudden, there was this avalanche of news media coming out of China at that time: the “dropping dead” street videos, the promotion of lockdowns, Hazmat photos, dire predictions. During early 2020, it seemed like the bulk of worldwide news media was diverted in order to report what was allegedly going on there.
If there’s one thing that the Chinese government attempts to regulate and control, it is the flow of information and news (to the extent that they can). Their media operation during COVID-19 was very well-organized; the videos and propaganda practically “leaped” out of China at that time precisely because the Chinese government wanted it out there. What they wanted the world to know about COVID, they molded in order to accomplish what was always their ultimate objective: the lockdowns, and the economic destruction that would result (particularly in the West, and especially the USA, their most hated target).
Technology
Communist nations have customarily been thought of as being “backwards”, not able to ever “catch up” with constantly advancing Capitalist nations, still sustained by agriculture (as were the ancients). This is not the case with China (not anymore). The most evident example of China’s technological prowess is their development of what is called the social credit score system: the most advanced system of slavery, driven by technology, that exists anywhere in the world. This system rewards individuals and businesses for “good behavior” and punishes them for “bad behavior”; it relies heavily on technologies such as facial recognition, street cameras, cell phone tracking, A.I., and big data analytics.
The thirst of the Chinese Communists for conquest is insatiable, as evidenced by their recent influence over Western thought and culture, specifically with Americans in mind (their greatest weapon being cash). They have taken a particular interest in previously all-American Hollywood, since 2012, and before, with Dalian Wanda Group’s acquisition of AMC Theatres (for billions). Since then, China’s impact over the U.S. Entertainment Industry has extended to: Production Companies, Vegas Shows (Cirque Du Soleil), Video Game Publishers, Movie Studios.
By 2016, China’s sway over Hollywood had become so saturated that they could control “messaging”: they wanted to see “positive Chinese images”, and those images needed to be presented “from a Chinese perspective”. Xi Jingping repeatedly emphasized the need to “tell China’s story well”, in all campaigns conducted abroad as well as in Hollywood.
So then: Why wouldn’t the Chinese have the technology, the capital, and the physical resources, to produce footage for propaganda purposes, inside their own country? They had
already invested billions of dollars buying up Hollywood at least eight years before 2020. Why wouldn’t China invest a few hundred million dollars to film their own slick versions of COVID-19 (while reaping a huge return on investment?).
* It just so turns out that: all the “drop-dead” and street videos from China depicting symptoms and death from COVID-19 were fake: all of them were. There were the “staged productions”, as well as the “spontaneous footage”, all financed and backed by the CCP.
As an example of a staged video: while filming, the Chinese COVID-19 actor would brace his fall by extending his arms outward. This is different from the falls we’ve seen since 2021, where people lose consciousness before they ever hit the floor.
The Chinese also deployed footage that wasn’t necessarily staged but fit the COVID-19 narrative. I remember two of these types of videos: one of them displayed what were allegedly corpses, lined up and bagged for transport, when in reality, it was actually rows of homeless people laying out on the street in sleeping bags (and yes, apparently they do have homeless people in China). Another one was where some guy was laid out dead on a sidewalk when in fact he had been killed in a motorcycle accident. What the Chinese did was to scrub the motorcycle out of the video so that only the dead biker appeared, lying flat, as if he had perished from COVID-19. These “dead and dying” videos, coming out of China, sadly served as a powerful and highly effective weapon to motivate the nations of the (Western) world into submission, and ultimately, compliance.
A Special Note for the CIA
It was announced in January of this year that CIA Director John Ratcliffe was going to conduct an “investigation” as to whether or not the Chinese Communists intentionally delivered COVID-19 to the world. Let me spare the CIA the suspense: Of course they did !!!
The question not to ask is: why would the Chinese do something like this? (heaven forbid). No, the real question to ask is: why wouldn’t they? Chinese military generals had been verbally threatening the United States years before 2020. The methods and the tactics that the Chinese Communists currently utilize in order to infiltrate, confiscate, and ultimately degrade this nation (and others) are legion (and too numerous to list here). Their motives are obvious.
Many of the facts that the government “stumbles on” as a part of their investigations have already been reported at length by Conservative and Independent Media. Government agencies issue their statements to the press, while conducting their “investigations”, which drag on and on, and yet: nothing ever seems to happen to the perpetrators. Why bother with investigations, when there is no intention of ever imputing justice (while the rest of us wait so patiently)? And why does it have to take so long (going on nine months now) for the CIA to produce a report which answers a simple question: did the Chinese do it deliberately, or not? (yes, they did).
Liars
The Chinese Communists tell the truth to the extent that it suits their propaganda purposes and supports their quest for world domination. When confronted with a situation where they risk exposure, to their detriment, the Chinese will lie about it.
They lie about the status of their economy. They produce phony financial numbers to markets abroad. They lie about their treatment of the Uyghurs as well as their treatment of Christians inside of China. They subjugate various nations around the world and pretend it’s not happening. They lie to the world about their true motives and objectives (which are: aggression and conquest). They lie to their own people. They promise to eventually create “a communist utopia”, yet that utopia never materializes (and never will). Given the chance, they will lie about anything and everything.
To this day, it is absolutely incredible and outrageous that governments of nations around the world (and their people) actually believed that the COVID-19 “drop-dead” videos coming out of China were real - and all of this, from a country whose leaders and government officials practically do nothing else but lie through their faces for a living.

During March of 2020, I remembered an article that I had read back in February. It was this one:

In retrospect, this may be one of the most important articles ever published on the Internet (and hats off to anyone who is a ZeroHedge member and can bring this out of archive, to re-print). Among other things, it detailed how this mysterious coronavirus responds to HIV medication. Considering the time period, it was an incredibly bold piece to print, one that hardly anyone has ever heard of. It was absolutely viciously and relentlessly attacked by all media, from all directions, as soon as it appeared on the Web.
Out of all of the articles that ZeroHedge puts out on a daily basis, this one was so explosive, and was met with such resistance, that it got ZeroHedge immediately banned from Twitter:

The efforts to discredit the ZeroHedge article were massive, in spite of the fact that the Chinese themselves were already testing an HIV drug as a treatment for coronavirus, according to this piece:

Only to be withdrawn two days later. Why would these (brave, legitimate) scientists go through all of the effort it takes to produce a study like this, only to withdraw it after two days? The false answer: It wasn’t “peer reviewed” (a lame excuse I’m not buying). The true answer: They received fierce political pressure from the compromised medical establishment above them to pull the study (after all, there’s too much money at stake).

On a side note, the effect of this one ZeroHedge article was so significant and long-lasting, that it produced abject terror in the manipulators, to the point where it was still being discovered, and reported on, a year later (and more):

None of these were “conspiracy theories”; the high-level pieces of the COVID-19 puzzle, when combined, override the strenuous arguments of the hustlers and the grifters. Considering Tedros’ shady background, Fauci’s longtime involvement with the HIV/AIDS fiasco, and the malevolence of the Chinese, not only was it NOT a conspiracy theory, but it seemed highly probable, even certain.
After linking Fauci to the lab in Wuhan, now there exists what we could call the “COVID-19 TRIANGLE”: all Three Vilians connected with each other. All three (Tedros, Fauci, Xi) had motive, and they had opportunity: they had everything to gain, and nothing to lose (with many years at it). The lying snake mass media attacked the prospect of AIDS being associated with COVID-19 (as ZeroHedge originally reported) precisely because it implied that whatever this “thing” was, it was definitely man-made.
Considering the major players involved, not only was COVID-19 man-made, it was made “with forethought and with malice”. The media lied, as their motives to lie have always been extensive. It's what they do, it’s what they’re expected to do, (as is their custom, as is their business model). The final verdict: “COVID-19 IS B***S*** !!!!!”
CONDITIONAL CLAUSES AND THE COVID-19 COUNTERMEASURES

* The ancient Greeks had four types of conditional clauses: : “If” (and it’s true, 1st class condition), “If” (and it’s not true, 2nd class condition), “If” (maybe yes, maybe no, 3rd class) and “If” (I wish it were, 4th class). It almost always takes more words in English to accurately translate a Greek conditional sentence. Also in English, the word “then” is often left out of the final clause. It is the first class condition that is pertinent in this case.
The all-important question then comes up:
This means that: “If” the worldwide, COVID-19 psych-op was ridiculous (and it was, if and it’s true), “then”: the lockdowns, the social distancing, and the masks were also ridiculous.
This means that: “If” COVID-19 was designed with forethought and with malice (and it was, if and it’s true), “then”: the lockdowns, the social distancing, the masks (and later on, the damn mandates) were also designed and implemented with forethought and with malice.

Here’s the truly infuriating part: all of the COVID-19 Countermeasures were supposed to be destructive; they were designed to destroy. They were not only designed to destroy your life, but the lives of your: husbands, wives, children, friends, other loved ones, colleagues, associates (even pets). What a disgrace.
To The Ones In Power”: People’s lives and businesses were destroyed, not by the virus !!!, but by the lockdowns (and the restrictions) - Again, “To The Ones In Power” - In government and in the media (and elsewhere) - Ignorance is no excuse for the horrible things you have done (and continue to do) in the name of COVID-19, in the name of “protecting” public health !!!!
These people in power during early 2020 (and beyond) are not to be treated as if they were Weathermen. THEY ARE NOT PAID TO BE WRONG !!! They have the balance of millions of people’s lives “at the tips of their edicts”. So then it brings up our next question:

“IF these politicians (like Fauci and Birx, the architects of the lockdowns) stood to get paid $$$, whether they were right or wrong (and they did, their paychecks rolled on), THEN - Why did we ever need these people in the first place? What good are they?”
These snake liar politicians will commonly say after the fact: “We depended on the most reliable data as it was available at that time”. That’s not gonna fly !!! HELL NO !!! In the end, all the elites, in government, and in all the industries and technologies, and all the talking heads, who promoted and forced the COVID-19 Countermeasures upon the masses, they did it because they wanted to do it.
When the COVID-19 vaccines started to become widely available in early 2021, rejecting those vaccines, without hesitancy, compromise, or vacillation, was the only sensible option.
