As an exercise in “what-ifs”, let’s suppose you get arrested and you are not sure for what crime, or the babbling cops give some fabricated excuse, or no excuse at all. They take you to a holding facility and close the doors to you and a number of others. What are your expectations for actions to be taken? As I have zero experience in this matter, I asked my Search Engine that question, and a number of items quickly appeared. Most seemed to be associated with various specific locations in the nation, while a few were more general in nature. One of interest was on the website of the Legal Aid Society that gave some interesting procedures that are generally followed, such as they will search you and remove almost everything from you with specific items of interest like “contraband”, but including your personal items like jewelry, Identification, keys, and on and on. You are basically left with only your clothes not including any coats or hats or the like. Some of those items taken might be listed as Evidence of some kind. If you were charged with a crime, felony or misdemeanor, as defined by the legal code involved in the arrest, you will be photographed and fingerprinted. The article goes into much more detail and goes through the arraignment and booking process in brief specifics. That does not sound like a very fun experience, and I pray that neither I nor you will ever have to go through it.
“An arrest is using legal authority to deprive a person of his or her freedom of movement. An arrest is generally made with an arrest warrant. An arrest may be made without a warrant if probable cause and exigent circumstances are presented at the time of the arrest.
Probable cause is a reasonable belief of the police officer in the guilt of the suspect, based on the facts and information prior to the arrest. For instance, a warrantless arrest may be legitimate in situations where the police officer has a reasonable belief that the suspect has either committed a crime or is about to commit a crime. The police officer might also arrest the suspect to prevent the suspect’s escape or to preserve the evidence. A warrantless arrest may be invalidated though, if the police officer failed to demonstrate exigent circumstances and probable cause” is the way Cornell Law School defines arrest, and adds this very important information; “The right to make warrantless arrests are commonly defined and limited by statutessubject to the due process guaranty of U.S. Constitution. The suspect arrested without a warrant is entitled prompt judicial determination generally made in 48 hours.” So indeed, prompt action is called for with the arresting agency and must be followed in specific terms. Your rapid employ of a good attorney is imperative in many situations, and absolutely mandatory in dire situations. Perhaps it may be wise to have a good law firm already in your contact list that you can count on.
Back to that hypothetical arrest of ours; suppose that you were arrested during a sightseeing tour, taking photographs and marveling at all the things you had previously seen only in pictures. Perhaps grinning and talking with those you came with as you take in the sights and wondering with all the other tourists. Sure, ok, we will add that perhaps the reason why you were taking vacation time to visit there was to peacefully show support for the candidate you voted for as were most of the others around you, but you were arrested because you might have stepped onto some government property lawn, or even walked up a few steps of some important PUBLIC building or the other; again, as all the peaceful supporters of your candidate did and are doing. The police arrest you then, or perhaps a few days later after you were identified from some surreptitious camera found you through some face recognitions software that you were perhaps not aware of that were surreptitiously spying on you and the others. The charges are not filed as is REQUIRED by law but rather just hinted at that you are under suspicion of Federal FELONIES such as insurrection or rioting as you peacefully took photographs of the scenery and history present before you.
You witness that the city or local police or the site guards opened doors for a few of those out there with you, and they moved the fencing so you could get nearer to those protected public buildings as though they were instructed to allow you to enter, and invited you to go through the doors that THEY unlocked and opened, and somehow you were “breaking and entering”? Some DC cop aims, shoots in the neck and murders a woman and you, just standing on the steps outside, are the felons? Undercover agents of the FBI, the Capital Police and who knows what other Federal agencies (let’s just assume DOJ and State Department for the sake of argument since they are also in bed with the leftist anti-American Democrat party) try to get the crowds to riot, but fail miserably in their designs, and stooges of the mass media claim that you are creating an insurrection, a coup against the American People and illegitimate White House regime. So there you are stuck in jail and no real charges against you, against the law of the land and all common decent courts and law systems.
In his usual sardonic manner, Tucker Carlson said last April that“Today is the three-month anniversary of January 6th. For those who aren’t good with dates or don’t have calendars, this is the day we pause to remember the White supremacist "QAnon insurrection" that came so very close to toppling our government and ending this democracy forever. You saw what happened. It was carried live on television, every gruesome moment.
A mob of older people from unfashionable zip codes somehow made it all the way to Washington, D.C., probably by bus. They wandered freely through the Capitol, like it was their building or something. They didn’t have guns, but a lot of them had extremely dangerous ideas. They talked about the Constitution, and something called "their rights." Some of them made openly seditious claims. They insisted, for example, that the last election was not entirely fair. The whole thing was terrifying. And then, as you’ve been told so often, they committed unspeakable violence. By the time thousands of soldiers arrived to restore order, an unarmed woman, an Air Force veteran, lay dead. To this day, that woman is the one completely verified casualty of the insurrection, the only person whose death we can say definitively was caused by specific events on January 6th. We know how she died.”
“January 6th was equivalent to Pearl Harbor, says Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. Schumer has never really gotten appropriate credit for the grandeur of that statement, considering the fact that we entered the Second World War the day after Pearl Harbor. That war went on for four years. More than 400,000 Americans died. That was the cost of stopping fascism.
We don’t yet know the cost of stopping White supremacist QAnon insurrection, but you can be certain Chuck Schumer is prepared to have you pay whatever it costs. Joe Biden’s Justice Department is on the front lines of this new war.
Until late last month, a man called Michael Sherwin worked for the administration as a prosecutor in Washington. Sherwin bragged that his office rounded up about 400 people who were in or near the Capitol on Jan. 6. You may be wondering if 400 people really committed crimes that day. It depends how you define "crime….. So now it’s clear. It wasn’t that 400 people broke actual laws. No, their crime, said the federal prosecutor, was "thumbing their noses at the public," meaning the Democratic Party. It wasn’t "insurrection." It was showing disrespect to Joe Biden and his enforcers like Michael Sherwin, and that can’t happen.
That’s why Michael Sherwin decided to use "shock and awe" — to teach them a permanent lesson about expressing their political opinions. As Sherwin explained, "the scope and scale of this investigation are really unprecedented, not only in FBI history but probably DOJ history."

So now you are one of those approximately 400 souls that have your Constitutional Rights eliminated and you sit caged in illegal squalor in a DC gulag, one of the world’s most disgusting hell holes, sometimes listed in the World’s Top Ten or Twenty Worst Prisons in the many such listings. Denied pre-trial release and given solitary confinement with only an hour a day outside of that small cell, very poor quality and small portions of nasty “food”, interrogated endlessly as they look for something so they can pin some fabricated charge on you, treating you as if you were some enemy military spy in a Turkish Prison or Cuban torture chamber. Not in America you might think, but wrongly so.
“Reports of jailed Capitol riot suspects treated horribly in lockup, one says guards beat him almost blind” reads one headline, ““Myself and others involved in the Jan. 6 incident are scared for their lives, not from each other but from correctional officers,” Sandlin said during a bail hearing conducted by video before U.S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich. “I don’t understand how this is remotely acceptable,” he added, saying he was being subjected to “mental torture.”
In an unusual direct plea to the judge, Sandlin said another Capitol riot defendant, Ryan Samsel, “was severely beaten by correctional officers, [is now] blind in one eye, has a skull fracture and detached retina”as quoted in Politico. ““There is a pattern of abuse and of targeting of the defendants who are being held pursuant to what happened on Jan. 6,” said Joseph McBride of New York, a defense lawyer for Barnett. “It is targeted. It is ruthless. It is nonstop.””
By the end of July many are still being held said WUSA9without bond because they supposedly did something “violent” in their participation in the events on that deadly day of riots and destruction unlike anything seen before in our nation’s capital. The American Thinker headline tells a little better story in mid June, “Hundreds still are incarcerated for being in DC on January 6. Why is the GOP so afraid to stand up for what is right?” Let me answer that question with a comment I have made a number of times – “And the Republicans did NOTHING”. They are worthless politicians that will not do anything that might interfere with their absorbing exorbitant wealth from their shady associations, bribery, payoffs, and so on. Not a damned thing. What is going on is indefensible.
This is nothing less than Political Imprisonment, Political Persecution, and Political Warfare against those with a different viewpoint; not allowable in ANY sane sense nor civilized society let alone in the United States under our Constitutional law. But the left is NOT civilized not are they sane. And those Republican law makers that attempted to visit them were locked out, refused an interview with those political prisoners.
Many are let go when they plead guilty to a misdemeanor of some sort like trespassing or littering, and or pay some small fine. So that is supposed to be reason enough to take away any resemblance of rights in a system supposedly run under fair law, to be imprisoned without charges in solitary confinement, beaten, starved, and so on to gratify the foul evil monsters that run this nation’s Capital? They even had to suffer medical maltreatments like this headline states – “D.C. Jail Coerced Jan. 6 Political Prisoners Into Getting Vaccinated To Avoid Inhumane Treatment " This is a clear violation of the Nuremberg code"
A very recent NOQ Report said a “Judge Asks Prosecutors Why Jan 6 Protesters Are Being Treated Worse Than BLM Rioters” That is a very good question, since the rioters of Summer 2020 burned down and destroyed the centers of a number of US Cities, while the peaceful gathering (except, of course, the FBI and other agents trying so hard to incite a violent riot and FAILING to do so) of Patriotic and Honorable American Citizens are treated worse than Russian or Chinese political prisoners. And now “A left-wing group funded by the Center for American Progress and George Soros's Open Society Foundations submitted a letter to the government that advocated for murdering Republicans.” “Free Press, a well-funded liberal group that aims to "reshape media" in the United States, sent a letter to the Federal Communications Commission that included the question: "Are we going to have to shoot Republican[s] to reclaim our democracy?"”
That is what we are up against in this once great nation. Let this lesson given by the Satanic Left keep your focus on how evil they really are, and keep in mind the possible responses you may get in telling the truth and fighting their Marxist NWO dictatorship.
