We'll Believe It When We See The Prosecution's - FBI Launches 'Grand Criminal Conspiracy' Probe Into The Russia Collusion Hoax Former Intel Officials And Barack Obama
The headline sounds a little cynical, I know, but as of yet only minor players in the whole Russia Collusion Hoax have suffered any consequences for their part in the hoax created by Hillary Clinton (Her presidential campaign paid for the Steele Dossier), Barack Obama and others within the intelligence community, with many simply losing their jobs and security clearance.
To be fair, and while personally disappointed in the lack of progress to date I do try to be fair: President Trump's FBI leader ship was not confirmed until late February, and we know that the new FBI Director Kash Patel literally found a "vault" of documents and drives in a secret room used by former FBI Director James Comey and others, in June 2025.
So think about this: me as the director of the FBI, the former Russiagate guy. When I first got to the Bureau, I found a room that Comey and others hid from the world in the Hoover Buildingfull of documents and hard drives that no one had ever seen or heard of. They locked the key, hit access, and just said, No ones ever going to find this place. My guys are going through that right now. Whats in there? A lot of stuff. People are like, Well, okay, go arrest him. And Im like, Okay, well, how about you let me run a methodical investigation while I give over information?

Much of the information found so far has been revealed to be part of the Russia collusion hoax, documents and drives that was never meant to be found, but with plans to move the FBI headquarters from the Hoover Building , each and every room is being gone through.
LOOPHOLE TO THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS PROBLEM....
Here is where the latest bit of information gets very interesting.
Now we seereporting, originating from John Solomon, that as many of the "alleged" crimes fall under the statute of limitation, investigating a "criminal conspiracy" spanning a ten year period, spanning from day one of the Russiagate set up into 2024, negates any individual statute of limitation confines.
According to a report by JustTheNews, Barack Obama, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, and other high-level Obama-era operatives have been named in the investigation, which shows a coordinated criminal conspiracy to target political enemies, shield Democrat allies, and manipulate multiple presidential elections from 2016 through 2024.
Conspiracy is a continuing offense. For statutes such as 18 U.S.C. 371, which require an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy, the statute of limitations begins to run on the date of the last overt act...
Going back tens years, but including the any weaponization of the FBI, DOJ, ETC... done in 2024, before Trump took office, the FBI, DOJ and other Alphabet agencies participating in the investigation into the grand criminal conspiracy, are avoiding the statute of limitation specified for any one individual crime.
This includes the raid on Mar-A-Lago that the Biden administration conducted against Trump in the documents case, which is part of the "conspiracy" against a political opponent.
Important: By adding the Mar-A-Lago raid into the investigation, the DOJ can now file any charges and indictments in a Florida Federal court, rather than the Washington DC court system, where an overwhelming majority of jurors would be liberals, allowing them to find a fairer jury pool.
This is a criminal conspiracy. And by treating it as a conspiracy, you eliminate the five-year statutes on individual crimes. So if something happened in 2016, but it was part of an ongoing conspiracy that continued with Jack Smith raiding Donald Trumps home at Mar-a-Lago, it can be charged in the larger conspiracy. Even though, if you tried to charge it as an individual case, you wouldnt get it.
Furthermore, you could also change the venue.
Remember the troubles John Durham had bringing prosecutions to Washington, D.C.? Jurors wouldnt convict even if they thought there was criminality going on.
In this case, you could pick a place like Florida where Jack Smith did the raid on Donald Trumps Mar-a-Lago home and say, Thats where were putting the grand jury. Youd get a more fair jury pool, a more fair grand jury pool.
BOTTOM LINE.....
Many conservatives are disappointed in the lack of prosecutions for crimes we believe were committed against Donald Trump, and even more disappointed in the lack of resolution regarding the Epstein files, and would like to see both issues conclude with prosecutions.
If I had a personal choice between the Epstein files and prosecutions or seeing the last ten years of criminal conspiracy indictments and trials against former Obama officials, I would choose the latter any day of the week.
In a perfect world we would get both, but my opining and whining about something that is basically over with at this point, isn't going to change the outcome.
As to prosecutions stemming from this multiple agency "grand criminal conspiracy" investigation that didn't kick into high gear until June 2025 after the trove of documents and drives were discovered, we'll believe it when we see it.
As a side note: All the congressional investigations, documentation and reports done by Republicans in Congress regarding the weaponization of federal agencies under Obama and Biden, which many, including myself, considered a waste of time because the Biden regime controlled the DOJ and the AG, are now being utilized as part of this criminal conspiracy investigation.
