A 'Climate Change Emergency' Declaration Would Give The Biden Regime Unprecedented Powers Including The Authority To Take Control Of All 'Food Resources' And 'Water Resources'

Yesterday Stefan Stanford put out a hard-hitting piece titled "As Globalists Push 'Extended Lockdowns' To Fight The 'Climate Change' THEY Created via Weather Modification, These Are America's 'Death Zones' In The REAL 'Hunger Games' Ahead," which led me to look at other aspects of this climate change hysteria we have been watching get worse every single day.

In July 2022 Democrats began to encourage Joe Biden to declare a "climate emergency," which Biden stopped short of doing, but the push has not stopped.

In July 2023, it was reported that reporters aboard Air Force One with Biden "pressed" the White House about declaring a "climate emergency."

Multiple reporters asked if the record heat might lead President Joe Biden to declare a national emergency. Biden is speaking in Maine to tout his "Bidenomics" approach to the economy.

"About 200 million Americans right now are under a heat or flood advisory," one reporter said to press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. "Some Arizona lawmakers are saying an emergency should be declared. What would it take for the president to declare an emergency, and would he consider declaring a climate emergency?"

This brings us to the questions of how long Joe Biden's handlers will wait to grab unprecedented powers for the regime, and what those powers would entail?

While we have no way of knowing how long it will take Biden's handlers to push for the ultimate power grab, we do have a very good idea of what those powers would include.

Listed in the graphic above are just some of the actions past presidents have taken using their "emergency powers," and the list below shows the top 16 top powers the Biden regime would have the authority to use if they chose to do so.

• Bank accounts can be frozen.

• Bans on biological or chemical agents can be lifted.

• Civil liberties, such as the right to a peaceful assembly, can be halted.

• The president can order incarcerations.

• Elections can be postponed indefinitely.

• Federal leases can be suspended when the country faces dangers.

• Foreign individuals can be ordered to leave the nation, and the borders can be closed.

• National resources can be ushered into play to confront a natural disaster.

• Sanctions pertaining to property and finances can be removed or initiated.

• Soldiers and naval vessels may be ordered to engage in combat during a crisis.

• The government can take control of the internet, radio, and TV because of a perilous matter, and production and distribution of goods can be seized.

• The military can be mobilized domestically in a crisis, martial law can be declared by the president.

• The leader of the Executive branch can launch a nuclear strike if necessary.

• The president may order an assassination resulting from an emergency

• The right of habeas corpus can be suspended as a consequence of crises.

• Transportation networks can be taken over by the government.

That is not all though. In March 2012, Barack Obama issued an executive order which updated the National Defense Resources Preparedness laws. The National Defense Resources Preparedness executive order, as with those before, hands tyrannical powers to the U.S. government, including control of all "food resources."

(e) "Food resources" means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption. "Food resources" also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product.

In short, with what is included throughout the entire executive order, means is the U.S. government can forcibly take control of all privately held crops, as well as seeds, farm equipment, and livestock.

(f) "Food resource facilities" means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer (excluding transportation thereof).

(n) "Water resources" means all usable water, from all sources, within the jurisdiction of the United States, that can be managed, controlled, and allocated to meet emergency requirements, except "water resources" does not include usable water that qualifies as "food resources."

President Trump never issued an executive order updating the March 16, 2012 National Defense Resources Preparedness order, so those unbelievably broad powers are still available to the Biden regime should they declare a climate change national emergency.

COMPLY OR DIE - FOOD AS A WEAPON..........

Throughout history food has been used as a weapon of war. "Providing or withholding food during times of conflict can be just as potent a weapon as the guns, bombs, and explosives," according to Encyclopedia.com.

Food can be withheld by preventing it from being grown and harvested, by destroying it after harvest, by preventing it from being shipped to where it is needed, or by contaminating it and rendering it unfit for consumption....

Now just imagine food being used as a weapon, not in a war with another country, but by one U.S. political party against the other, by the party occupying the White House.

Comply or die.

So, on top of prepping, storing food and water, we now need to start thinking about hiding our stores. Whether one has a yard and can bury trunk loads, or slapping tablecloths on top of buckets of emergency survival foods, disguising or hiding preps, should now be a consideration.
