FDA Passes New 'Medical Research Laws' Doing Away With 'Informed Consent,' Making Us All Human Guinea Pigs, As 'Sudden Adult Death Syndrome' Tops Search On Google

While you may have never heard the heartbreaking story of 39-year old Sarah Healey, I've got to share it with you briefly now as the introduction to this story. 

While giving the eulogy for her 81-year-old father-in-law just days ago, in front of her three children, aged 16, 7 and 6, the 39-year-old Sarah Healey, a nurse believed to be in excellent physical health, collapsed unexpectedly and died on the spot after suffering an attack of arrhythmia or cardiac arrest. 

Sarah's mother Gladys Healey spoke out, claiming that her daughter's death left the family devastated, and had come as a complete surprise, claiming her daughter had no history of heart problems.

Yet whenever we look out at the news nowadays, we see that such sudden and unexpected deaths are 'the new norm,' happening every day now all across the planet, young, healthy people simply collapsing and dying suddenly. And while the talking heads of the mainstream media try to blame 'global warming' or 'the unvaccinated' for this avalanche of sudden, mysterious deaths, more and more people are finally 'awakening' and seeing 'the big picture' the WHO, CDC and US govt have tried to hide. 

As seen in the tweet below from Dr. Peter McCullough, trending #1 on Google was a search for sudden, unexplained deaths among the vaccinated with no antecedent disease being most likely caused by COVID-19 vaccine induced cardiac arrest when assessed by autopsy and a research paper Dr. McCullough recently had published confirming what we've long been warning of here on ANP.

And while Bill Gates and the CDC are still trying to get Americans to take their ineffective and deadly 'vaccines' that this Substack entry by Dr. Paul Alexander warns are a Bioweapon disguised as an experimental mRNA Gene-altering substance, a bioweapon that was injected into the arms over 5.7 billion individuals worldwide, of great alarm is a new ruling issued by the Food and Drug Administration that took effect on January 22nd that waives 'informed consent' for medical research as long as they abide by the following caveat: The study cannot pose more than minimal risk to humans and must include appropriate safeguards to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of those involved.

Published here at the Federal Register, this is how they've turned us all into human guinea pigs now, these mad scientists who've proven they don't have the best interests of humanity in mind, able to 'inject anything they like without informed consent in the future,' what is a clear violation of the Nuremberg Code and setting us all up in the days to come for 'pandemic 2.0' or 'Disease X' or whatever they choose to call the next bioweapon attack upon us all, with the FDA's final ruling ripe for abuse from a cabal of government terrorists who've proven they want to kill us all. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA, the Agency, or we) is issuing a final rule to amend its regulations to implement a provision of the 21st Century Cures Act (Cures Act). This final rule allows an exception from the requirement to obtain informed consent when a clinical investigation poses no more than minimal risk to the human subject and includes appropriate safeguards to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of human subjects. The final rule permits an institutional review board (IRB) to waive or alter certain informed consent elements or to waive the requirement to obtain informed consent, under limited conditions, for certain FDA-regulated minimal risk clinical investigations.

Coming at a time when we now have absolute proof that the "CDC Labeled Accurate Articles As Misinformation, Documents Show" according to this Zero Hedge story, WHY was the CDC attempting to hide valid information that PROVED the vax is causing deaths and other major health problems? The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) added the misinformation labels to articles from The Epoch Times in widely-circulated internal messages, according to copies obtained by The Epoch Times. 

One of the articles reported on a peer-reviewed paper that found heart inflammation, or myocarditis, was more common after COVID-19 vaccination than after COVID-19 infection. 

Nordic researchers reviewed electronic health records and counted 109 cases of myocarditis following COVID-19 infection compared to 530 after vaccination. Their study was published by the British Medical Journal. 

An internal CDC email said that the study “has been picked up by anti-vax proponents as evidence that vax was more likely to cause myocarditis than COVID-19 infection,” and provided a hyperlink to The Epoch Times article. 

The Feb. 7, 2023, email listed the article under “points of confusion/potential rumors/misinformation.” 

The CDC did not list any data or other information supporting its label.

So with the CDC and FDA and entire 'US government apparatus' proving to the American people beyond a shadow of a doubt that they DO NOT have humanity's best interests in mind, and now the FDA attempting to quietly and secretly do away with our right to REFUSE to be 'human guinea pigs' by doing away with the 'informed consent' clause for 'medical research,' who reading this actually believes this 'medical research' will be done following their 'caveat' to 'do no harm'? 

As this January 5th story over at the website Prepare For Change titled "Big Pharma Executive Blows Whistle: ‘COVID Vaccines Are Designed To Kill Billions’" had direly warned, this is nothing less than genocide, being carried out before the blinded eyes of the American public and people all over the world. But as Dr. Peter McCullough had pointed out in that previously referenced tweet, Google's search results prove people are quickly awakening. From this Prepare For Change story.: 

COVID-19 mRNA vaccines were deliberately designed to be ineffective and lethal, according to bombshell testimony by pharmaceutical executive Alexandra “Sasha” Latypova. 

According to Latypova, the Department of Defense (DoD) had “very clear intent to harm” by executing a “mass genocide of Americans.” 

Under the DoD’s control and direction, drug manufacturers like Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen started mass-producing the shots for Operation Warp Speed – long before the first cases of Covid even appeared, it turns out. These “figurehead” organizations, Latypova insists, were just obeying the DoD’s orders.

Naturalnews reports: What this means is the United States military oversaw the creation and rollout of these “covid countermeasures,” as they were classified before being erroneously dubbed as “vaccines.” This is why they called it Operation Warp Speed: because it was a military warfare operation, not a “public health” operation. 

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) also played their role by fast-tracking emergency use authorization (EUA) for the deadly drugs, followed by official approval for some of them – and the rest is history.  

So with the CDC and particularly the FDA playing key roles in making sure a bioweapon found its' way into the arms of the American people, and now the FDA making sure that 'researchers' can do medical research WITHOUT the 'informed consent' of the American people, its clear we can't trust these demons as far as we could throw them. Covid jabs train the body “to destroy itself,” Latypova warns.

The crux of Latypova’s presentation claims that the DoD, Big Pharma, and Big Regulation (the FDA and CDC) conspired with one another “to commit mass murder through bioterrorism and informational warfare operations worldwide.” 

“The evidence is overwhelming that there is an intent to harm people by the covid-19 injections, so-called ‘vaccines,’ and other nonsensical covid response measures implemented in lockstep by governments all over the world,” she said. 

Again, it is not that the shots were designed to help people but just so happened to be dangerous. Latypova says they were designed that way on purpose as a chemical and / or biological weapon against the people, which she says is substantiated by an extensive body of literature, studies, scientific discussions, (and) evidence published on this matter. 

“There are numerous mechanisms of injury built into the covid-19 injections,” she further explained. “The most important one being that these shots are designed to make your cells attack themselves, make your cells express antigens that are toxic spike proteins, and then create antibodies to attack the cells. So, it trains your body to destroy itself.” 

There is nothing safe, let alone effective, about these injections, in other words – unless the effective goal was to massively depopulate the world. In that case, the injections are working exactly as designed – and the worst is yet to come.
