Two very high profile personalities, General Michael Flynn and former presidential candidate and Congressman Ron Paul, have recently warned of an upcoming Black Swan Event, with Paul saying it will be "very, very, dangerous."
First off, for those that have never heard of a Black Swan Event, it is defined by Britannica as a "high-impact event that is difficult to predict under normal circumstances but that in retrospect appears to have been inevitable. A black swan event is unexpected and therefore difficult to prepare for but is often rationalized with the benefit of hindsight as having been unavoidable."
On March 18, 2024, General Michael Flynn, a former national security advisor for President Trump, was interviewed by The Benny Johnson Show on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Flynn said the following:
"In the world of military operations or even in the world of just things, we call them black swan events. Black swan events are things that nobody imagined could occur, and yet they did. And then they have these incredibly, mostly devastating effects. So I think that that’s what we have got to be thinking about… "
"We have to be prepared on our side, we have to be prepared to immediately respond to these scenarios."
"I think a scenario is, these people just decide, “Look, there’s no way in the world that they can win a legitimate, fair election, so let’s not have one.” So, in order to not have one, how do they create the conditions in order to not have an election? Now, that’s a scenario. It’s not a scenario that I want to have as an outcome, but that is a scenario that I can imagine."
To understand the importance of Flynn's warnings, we look to his history in the military. His career included a major role in shaping America's counterterrorism strategy and dismantling terrorist networks in both Afghanistan and Iraq. His basic function in the military before retiring was intelligence assessments, so he has ample experience in being able to predict what an "enemy" will do.
Ron Paul issued his warning on March 19, 2024, just one day later, when being interviewed by Tucker Carlson. He stated "I think we’re reaching this point where some sudden thing is going to happen. I believe in that theory of the black swan. It’s going to pop up and it’s not going to be controllable."
“Really, the most important thing you do is study and understand what’s going on,” Paul said. Because if you come away from that and you’re able accumulate a lot of… get by… you have your guns and stored food and all that. It’s not going to work. You have to understand what’s happening, you have to know what’s coming, it’s very, very dangerous, and that’s why I love to see smaller units of government.”
While Paul didn't specify that the Black Swan Event he was predicting would be election related, current polling and news leads us to believe that the only way for Democrats to remain in power, holding the presidency, the U.S. Senate, would be an event that either took out the presumptive nominee from the opposing party, or nearly half the population.
We'll take a look at some of the reasons we are taking these dire warnings very seriously.

The fact that Biden refuses to take a cognitive test, which Donald Trump did take while he was in office, certainly isn't helping matter, though it is doubtful he could pass one if he did, since according to Special Counsel Robert Hur's report, Biden couldn't even remember year his own son died.
Biden appeared to forget the year Beau Biden died and asked a White House lawyer to clarify, according to the 258-page transcript released ahead of Hur’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee.
According to Real Clear Politics polling averages, Trump is beating Biden in 7 out of 12 polls conducted in March, with one tie, so only four for Biden. The average from all, leaves Trump ahead by two points. One of the polls showing Biden in the lead was sponsored by the far left radically liberal website Daily Kos, so make of that what you will.
Considering the media's campaign against Trump and protective practices in favor of Biden, including the most recent misrepresentations of Trump's bloodbath remarks, that in and of itself is a feat.
Trump is leading despite the White House, along with liberal prosecutors using lawfare against him, with charges not leveled against Trump until after he announced is candidacy in the 2024 presidential election.
Lawfare: "legal action undertaken as part of a hostile campaign against a country or group," in this case Trump and his supporters.
More than 8 in 10 Americans see illegal immigration as either a very serious (61%) or somewhat serious (23%) problem. The 6 in 10 who describe it as a very serious problem represents a jump from polls taken at the end of former President Barack Obama’s administration to the midpoint of former President Donald Trump’s term. Specifically, the view that illegal immigration poses a very serious problem for the country ranged between 43% and 49% from 2015 to 2019. Concern about illegal immigration has increased among all partisan groups. This rise is most notable among Republicans, from 66% very serious in 2015 to 77% in 2019 and 91% in the current poll. Among independents, 58% say this is a very serious problem, up from just over 4 in 10 who said the same in both 2015 (42%) and 2019 (43%). A similar level of concern among Democrats now stands at 41%, after dipping from 33% in 2015 to 26% in 2019.
The rise in concern by Democrats and Independents about Biden's illegal immigration problem seemingly correlates with Republican Governors, from border states, bussing and flying illegals allowed in by the Biden regime, to so-called Democrat sanctuary cities.
Key demographics for Democrats, specifically from Hispanics and blacks, are showing the lowest level of support for Democrats in more than 60 years. Make no mistake, those demographics still lean overwhelmingly left, but the change is stark enough to warrant concern from the Biden regime and Democrat politicians.
As for Senate control, as of now, Democrats have 48 seats, and three more Independent that caucus with the Democrats, giving them a total of 51, and Republicans have 49 seats. Of the 33 regularly scheduled elections in 2024, 10 seats are held by Republicans, 20 seats are held by Democrats and three seats are held by independents who caucus with Democrats. Two of those Independent seats, one in AZ (Sinema) and one in WV (Manchin), are also up for grabs as both Senators are not running for reelection.
Given the political woes for Democrats in 2024, with Trump seeming to gain support every time lawfare is used against him, and the highly relevant fact that more than 14 states have passed election integrity laws, to which liberal talking heads describe as "making harder to vote," but in reality just makes it harder to commit election fraud, and we are looking at a scenario where it is highly likely that the Biden regime with do whatever they have to to tip the scales back in their favor (more-so than than their use of lawfare against Trump has done).
Bidenomics is also a killer for Democrats as prices are still high and beginning to rise again.
BOTTOM LINE........ PREPARE FOR A BLACK SWAN EVENT
These recent warnings from both General Michael Flynn and Ron Paul should be taken extremely seriously as we have seen the lengths liberals will go to prevent Donald Trump from becoming President again.
What we haven't seen yet is what they are planning behind closed doors.
