Forcing Americans Into FEMA Camps In The Name Of COVID Safety!  Look To New York And Canada To See What Rabid Liberals Are Doing, And Get Ready For Biden To Do The Same

As Canada recently announced some very draconian regulations onto their citizens or people traveling to that country, we note that America has only been protected from these types of nationally mandated civil liberty violations, by Donald J. Trump being the President of the United States of America.

If and when Joe Biden is inaugurated, all of that changes, most likely as of day one, most definitely within the first 100 days.

First lets detail why  Biden, unlike President Trump, will follow in the footsteps of tyrannical and Nazi-like governors here in the U.S. and other world leaders that are also radical liberals, such as Canada's Justin Trudeau.

President Trump has resisted issuing national lockdowns, or nationwide mask mandates, forcing governors in dozens of states to show their true dictatorial colors, by their own actions and tyrannical violations of their constituents constitutionally guaranteed freedoms, but on January 20, if Joe Biden is inaugurated and inserted into the White House, all that will change.

BIDEN IS A RADICAL LIBERAL DESPITE MEDIA'S CLAIMS

Just looking at Biden's liberal stance on a number of issues, gives a clear view of the direction Biden always gravitates towards.

That is not opinion, that is asserted by public statements from Biden advisors and campaign, the fact that Biden is a Democrat with the attendant political positions.

On his website we see a number of issues, proudly displayed because they are radical liberals' wish lists.

To show exactly how little Biden thinks of the constitutional rights of Americans and the freedoms guaranteed to them by subsequent laws, we'll start with his plans for gun control.

Biden is a gun grabber, as on his site we see he is in favor of pushing for buyback programs, universal background checks and a national firearm registry.

According to the Fire Arm Protection act, the U.S. government is forbidden from a national registry.

Via Cornell Law School:

No such rule or regulation prescribed after the date of the enactment of the Firearms Owners’ Protection Act may require that records required to be maintained under this chapter or any portion of the contents of such records, be recorded at or transferred to a facility owned, managed, or controlled by the United States or any State or any political subdivision thereof, nor that any system of registration of firearms, firearms owners, or firearms transactions or dispositions be established. Nothing in this section expands or restricts the Secretary’s authority to inquire into the disposition of any firearm in the course of a criminal investigation. 

We keep being told by the liberal establishment media that Biden is a "moderate," or "centrist" Democrat, but his own blatantly published stances, shows there is nothing at all moderate, or centrist about Joe Biden. That is especially true of his radically liberal VP choice, Kamala Harris.

Other issues publicly from his website include, but are not limited to the following:

• Biden is for a minimum wage hike to $15, without thought of how many businesses will have to sever the employment of most their workforce, as has happened before with fast food workers.

• Biden wants to end capital punishment and cash bail reform.

• Biden wants to eliminate mandatory minimum sentences, 

• Biden is also wants to have a "full conversation about Reparations," while his VP choice is in full favor of them:

Democrats who support studying reparations fall in line with a plan from Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), who has proposed forming a commission to define reparations and suggest the form any compensation should take. Most presidential candidates have supported her legislation and said they would sign the bill if elected president.

Sen. Cory Booker has introduced similar legislation in the Senate. Sens. Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Kirsten Gillibrand, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren have all co-sponsored the bill.

Former Vice President Joe Biden hasn't endorsed either bill, but his communications director, Kate Bedingfield, told VICE this year that he thinks the U.S. should "gather the data necessary to have an informed conversation about reparations."

•  Biden is against charter schools, wants to provide "free" college (someone has to pay for it!!!), and wants to wipe out the debt of student loans.

All of these positions are described in very liberal terms.

Readers can see all positions Biden holds on his website, because we need to address the potential for upcoming forced incarceration of legal citizens that have committed no crime and may not even be COVID positive.

NEXT STOP, FEMA CAMPS

ANP reader Solani Someni (Corrected) shared a link with us in the comment section to a news release by the Canadian government, dated December 31, 2020.

In that statement they babble about essential travel and non-essential travel as well as what types of testing is acceptable before entering the country, and then lower in the release they specify some chilling regulations.

The below caught my eye:

The Government of Canada will be further increasing surveillance efforts to ensure travellers entering Canada complete the applicable mandatory 14-day quarantine period under the Quarantine Act.

As has been the case for months, all travellers will have their quarantine plans reviewed by a government official and, if not suitable, will be required to quarantine in a federal quarantine facility. Travellers to Canada must use the ArriveCAN App or website and provide accurate contact information and their mandatory 14-day quarantine plan on or before entry.

Call it a "federal quarantine facility" or a FEMA camp, either way, legal citizens are being forced into incarceration if the government doesn't deem your plans "suitable."

Many may claim, "well that is Canada" and "it can't happen here."

Thanks to a link Stefan Stanford sent me this morning, we see that the NY State Assembly is already pushing legislature supporting internment camps because of COVID.

It is called Assembly Bill A416, and described as "Relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health."

§ 2120-A. REMOVAL AND DETENTION OF CASES, CONTACTS  AND  CARRIERS  WHO ARE OR MAY BE A DANGER TO PUBLIC HEALTH; OTHER ORDERS.

1. THE PROVISIONSOF  THIS  SECTION  SHALL  BE  UTILIZED  IN  THE  EVENT THAT THE GOVERNOR DECLARES A STATE OF HEALTH EMERGENCY DUE TO AN EPIDEMIC OF ANY  COMMUNICABLE DISEASE.

   2.  UPON  DETERMINING BY CLEAR AND CONVINCING EVIDENCE THAT THE HEALTH OF OTHERS IS OR MAY BE ENDANGERED BY A  CASE,  CONTACT  OR  CARRIER,  OR SUSPECTED  CASE, CONTACT OR CARRIER OF A CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT, IN THE OPINION OF THE GOVERNOR, AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE  COMMISSIONER,  MAY POSE  AN  IMMINENT AND SIGNIFICANT THREAT TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH RESULTINGIN SEVERE MORBIDITY OR HIGH MORTALITY, THE GOVERNOR OR HIS OR HER  DELEGEE,  INCLUDING,  BUT  NOT  LIMITED  TO THE COMMISSIONER OR THE HEADS OF LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS, MAY ORDER THE REMOVAL AND/OR DETENTION OF SUCHA PERSON OR OF A GROUP OF SUCH PERSONS BY ISSUING A SINGLE ORDER,  IDENTIFYING  SUCH  PERSONS  EITHER  BY  NAME  OR  BY  A  REASONABLY SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION OF THE INDIVIDUALS OR GROUP BEING DETAINED. SUCH  PERSON  OR GROUP OF PERSONS SHALL BE DETAINED IN A MEDICAL FACILITY OR OTHER APPROPRIATE  FACILITY  OR  PREMISES  DESIGNATED BY THE GOVERNOR OR HIS OR HER DELEGEE AND COMPLYING WITH SUBDIVISION FIVE OF THIS SECTION.

The emphasis in those quotes are mine. They want to give the governor full power to order the forceful removal of a U.S. citizen, and incarcerate them in a state run facility if they "may" be infected or are a "suspected case," which is exactly what Canada is doing.

Anyone doubt that a liberal president will follow in the footsteps of the radically liberal (or RINO) dictator governors without thought of violating the freedoms of American citizens?

If so.... I have a bridge in Brooklyn and some swamp land in Florida to sell you. Call me! 

Even more chilling, only because it is already happening, comes from L.A., where National Guard Troops are on the ground to "Assist with Covid outbreak will be fully deployed by Jan 4th and expected to be deployed through January but that could be extended"

BOTTOM LINE - SECOND AMENDMENT OUR LAST DEFENSE

The second Amendment is our last defense against tyranny, and while we would never encourage anyone to use that Second Amendment in an offensive manner, we are full proponents that self defense is a God given right.

It is my opinion that if someone comes to your home to forcefully remove you from your residence, to incarcerate you without you having committed any crime, and having been given no trial and not even accused of any crime, it is time for Americans to use their God given right to the last defense they have against that type of tyranny.

Notice to liberals across the nation: Don't.... because you won't like the reaction to your actions.
