With The Media Too Busy Attempting To Derail Trump Cabinet Nominations, They Aren't Informing Americans That Food Prices Are Spiking Again and About To Get Worse
While the media is busy trashing Donald Trump nominees with constant wall-to-wall coverage of "allegations," no crimes mind you, just unproven claims, the real news seems to be lost amid the barrage of so called "news."
With that said, just a quick note on said nominations: These are not people who were elected as President, that is Donald Trump, so his picks that everyone is busy whining about, have but one job if confirmed, and that is just to do what Trump tells them to, to support Trump's American First agenda, period. Stop. They do, great, they don't, the infamous "You're fired!" meme comes into play.
The real news the media buries beneath a ton of BS, anonymous claims, half-truths and made up claims, is war news, between Russia, Ukraine, the US., Germany and other NATO member countries, and the once again rising cost of food here in America, which is about to skyrocket yet again before Donald Trump can even take office.
It sounds like two stories, but in reality the war heating up between Russia-Ukraine and the US-led NATO, directly correlates with food prices right here in America, but more importantly proves that the media's priorities are not Americans' priorities.
We'll start with the war news, since we now see that Russia fired signal ammunition at German military helicopter and that NATO countries have halted their exercises in the Baltic region amid the latest disruption to pipelines and underwater cables, with the media blaming Russia for the sabotage.
If true, then while fighting the war with Ukraine, Russia has just repelled any type of sneak first strike against Russia by NATO.
Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister has also issued a dire warning, one that should be taken seriously, saying that "even stronger military means" will be used by Russia if the western pressure continues.
With China allied with Russia, western countries, led by the US, should be thinking long and hard about continuing to escalate a war that by all accounts should be closer to resolution now that the Trump team is preparing for the transition to the White House.
Of course what the Biden regime should be doing is the exact opposite of what they are doing, as the U.S. Department of Defense announced on December 2, 2024, Biden's seventy-first tranche of equipment to be provided from DoD inventories for Ukraine since August 2021, totaling another $725 million.
The capabilities in this announcement include:
Munitions for National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (NASAMS);
Stinger missiles;
Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (c-UAS) munitions;
Ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS);
Equipment to protect critical national infrastructure; and
Spare parts, ancillary equipment, services, training, and transportation.
The prolonging of the Russia/Ukraine war affects Americans here at home by way of food costs, along with other reasons, such as the spike in egg prices again due to the Avian flu, or so they say.
The fact is the more countries that become directly involved in the Russia-Ukraine war, more types of food items are going to start rising again, at least until Trump can force peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.

GROCERY PRICES SPIKING AGAIN........
Eggs prices have jumped 63% in a year, and eggs shortages have begun with media claims that the shortages are "isolated and temporary so far."
A reader recently sent over a new sign from her grocery store, shown at the egg section:

Foods already seeing price hikes are detailed by Syracuse dot com website.
The price of ground beef is also higher than it was a year ago. It was going for about $5.59 a pound in October, up 6.9% from the same month in 2023 and up 11.1% from the start of this year.
The price for a pound of long grain white rice in October was about $1.06. That’s up 10% from a year ago and 5.6% from the start of the year.
Reports claim that overall food prices are expected to rise 3% to 5% in 2025. So if you are not stocked up, or haven't replaced anything used, now appears to be a good time to do so.
BOTTOM LINE....
American media seems more concerned with who Trump is nominating for his cabinet picks than the Biden regime doing everything in their power to prolong the Russia-Ukraine war, and while burying the war news, they are also burying the news most important to Americans, which is the high cost of food and just about everything else.
It is maddening to see the White House set to send another $725 million to Ukraine, when Americans are having a hard time just feeding their families and paying their bills.
