18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason 

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and …. 

What are War Crimes? 

“A war crime refers to a serious violation of the laws present in an armed conflict (also known as International humanitarian law). Such actions give rise to individual criminal responsibility; although the actions in a war are violent and in many cases inhumane, there is a firm legal code that surrounds a state of war. …War crimes are significant aspects of international humanitarian law because they are specific areas in which international tribunals (such as the Nuremberg Trials and Tokyo Trials) have been convened. Through the administration of these trials the definition and the attached punishments have been elucidated upon.”

18 U.S. Code § 2441 - War crimes 

(a) Offense.— Whoever, whether inside or outside the United States, commits a war crime, in any of the circumstances described in subsection (b), shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for life or any term of years, or both, and if death results to the victim, shall also be subject to the penalty of death. 

Jurist dot Org claims that “International Humanitarian Law Applies Even in Taliban-Controlled Afghanistan” in the headline and then says “As the United States moves out of Afghanistan, the Taliban are taking advantage of that move and have taken control of that war-torn land. The rule of law is fading with every step the Taliban takes in seizing power. This armed conflict that is coming to an end, despite actions by the Taliban, is governed by international humanitarian law, particularly the laws of armed conflict. All combatants must comport their conduct to that body of law codified in the Geneva Conventions, the Hague Rules, and other treaties, protocols, and state practice. Some of these rules have been in place for centuries and in the 20th century codified at the international level. As a combatant in the conflict ongoing in Afghanistan, the Taliban are governed by these rules.” 

Biden’s involvement in the fall of Afghanistan does not actually come under the War Crimes laws only because Biden did not actually, personally, commit them himself nor cause our armed forces to do so; he only ALLOWED knowingly that the Taliban would be doing so directly because of his actions. Is there a crime in being an accessory to War Crimes? I am not a legal professional, so I cannot say, but perhaps it may be that he can be accused rightfully of being so. He has caused, even if only indirectly, actual War Crimes designated in Common Article 3 violations of the August 12, 1948 Geneva conventions, to be committed against American Citizens, American Armed Forces, our Allies citizens and armed forces, and others; war crimes such as: 

⦁ Torture – allows the Taliban and other terror groups (ISIS, Al Queda, etc.) to have unhindered power to do so 

⦁ Cruel or Inhumane Treatment 

⦁ (* listed below) 

⦁ and so on - including through Murder, Rape, Hostage taking, etc. as listed in US Code Title 18 Part 1 Chapter 118 that the video clips, emails, and other internet communications shown in so many news releases have proven. As I mentioned, I don’t think he can be charged as such, but I do accuse him of these crimes as an accessory to them because his gross incompetence and negligence ALLOWED them to happen, even in defiance of his intelligence and military advisors, who all advised him that his actions were exactly the wrong thing to do. He was warned of what would surely happen, and knows what has actually occurred so he is not able to deny guilt because his advisors have said that is exactly would and what has happened, and he refuses to take any blame for such an atrocious crime against humanity that he has committed. And that is why I used the term “knowingly” allowed them to occur above. 

In June Biden cancelled the well laid plans of the Trump presidency to handle a situation such as this one. His Administration had a comprehensive crises response covering a military collapse there, and allowed for the safe removal of all US citizens and military along with removal of our military equipment. But we left it all behind, escaping in the middle of the night leaving it all behind along with our shocked allies wondering how in the world we could do such an evil thing, and subjecting them to the worst of the Islamic revenge upon our fellow citizens and those of our allies. The end is yet to be written, but the August 31st “Red Line” looms very near, and no way to get them out safely although our military says they can meet that deadline. I shudder at the possible results. 

“Thousands Stranded in Afghanistan Beg for Help: ‘We All Know What’s Going to Happen’” reads the headline in a Breitbart article, ““Mr. Biden, you did this! You planned this! You made the deal with the Taliban,” an upset man told ITV News. “This is the consequences of it! This is the repercussions of it! Mr. Biden, it’s your ill calculation! You were against Trump, now we’re against you!” … “Go to hell, Biden!” he added.”…. “Yes, they (the Taliban) were gonna kill me,” Dad Nooragha Hashimi said when asked if his life was at risk. “It was like everybody was scared (about) what they’re going to do, and the first time they’re saying, ‘We’re gonna do nothing (to) anybody,’ but nobody knows if it will be the same as 1996,” he continued. 

An American named Haroon is trapped in Afghanistan with his family, Fox News reported. “We all know what’s going to happen next the few days or next couple weeks after Americans leave Afghanistan,” he said. “So everyone is scared.” 

“I’m trying to get my family out of here,” he said. “They don’t deserve this – to stay in Afghanistan, to deal with Taliban. Everyone should get out of here as soon as possible. We don’t have safety anymore.” 

Note: 1996 was year one of the Taliban, a “theocracy of Terror”. 

The greater question might be if Biden is guilty of Treason considering he is importing Afghani terrorists among those fleeing there, and the massive influx of military aged men across our Southern border from many other nations, many of which are enemies of the United States as the identifications of so many captured and then RELEASED have proven, giving them Aid and Comfort within the United States. Harsh accusations? Yes, but committed by an imbecilic idiot illegally in office because of a Coup against the United States, perhaps the closest crime that could be the source of actual charges of Treason along with all of those co-conspirators that caused this massive failure in our laws to occur. I am sorely tempted to add “and the Republicans did nothing” but I shall resist, even though they have not done anything to stop this fiasco that is likely fatal to our nation. 

One instance of such idiocy and treasonous war against the United States is covered under the hundreds of terrorists released from Gitmo and have gone back to killing Americans while Joe Biden is desperately attempting to make Americans believe that he has ended the threat of terrorism as shown in this article by Flag and Cross. Another is from Tactical Shit News where they tell of “1,000 Afghan refugees could come to St. Louis” and mention that “Aftershocks from the fall of Afghanistan reached St. Louis on Tuesday as officials said as many as 1,200 refugees could be arriving, and Afghans already here worried about family members still stuck on the other side of the world” Most are military aged men as can be seen in this photograph of escaping Afghani’s, and most of those “escaping” from there and landing in our airports here in the USA are NOT Americans, civilian or military, but are Afghanis, many of which are officially ID’d as Terrorists. 

Now back to the starred item C under Article 3 violations; 

(b) Circumstances.— 

The circumstances referred to in subsection (a) are that the person committing such war crime or the victim of such war crime is a member of the Armed Forces of the United States or a national of the United States (as defined in section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act). 

(c) Definition.—As used in this section the term “war crime” means any conduct (….) 

(d) Common Article 3 Violations.— 

(C) * Performing biological experiments.— 

The act of a person who subjects, or conspires or attempts to subject, one or more persons within his custody or physical control to biological experiments without a legitimate medical or dental purpose and in so doing endangers the body or health of such person or persons. 

Forced Vaccinations (Medical experiments) ARE WAR CRIMES! Whether forced (Mandated) by government, industry or individuals, it is still a war crime.

18 USC Ch. 115: TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES 

§2387. Activities affecting armed forces generally 

⦁ Whoever, with intent to interfere with, impair, or influence the loyalty, morale, or discipline of the military or naval forces of the United States: 

It is my suggestion that Biden’s actions in Afghanistan, plus his and the other military “leaders” driving CRT, gender fluidity, government paid sexual mutilations (they call it sex change, but they cannot ‘change’ the DNA) and other radical leftist “woke” evil garbage on our Military has done just exactly that. 

And regarding importing military aged men in massive numbers into the United States in a very rapid fashion, an Invasion of immense proportions has been underway for some time now. 

§2389. Recruiting for service against United States 

Whoever recruits soldiers or sailors within the United States, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof, to engage in armed hostility against the same; or 

Whoever opens within the United States, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof, a recruiting station for the enlistment of such soldiers or sailors to serve in any manner in armed hostility against the United States— 

Perhaps not “recruited” into an anti-American armed force that we know of yet, but surely it is not all kosher as the general appearances are precisely what would be done if that were the goal. Not by any measure is it “normal” activities considering they are shipping them in massive numbers into the interior of the USA and basing many of them on US Military bases, in camps made just for them (training camps?), and hiding them from the populaces eyes and sight and news media. Why? 

Sure, they have imported many families, women and children, but they are a small minority. The Military aged men are far more numerous than any family unit or facsimile thereof. I use the term ‘facsimile’ because there are so many kids used over and over to get men in, and the same with the women, as pretend families.

Then we can ask questions on why we did not destroy the military equipment left behind, or destroy the information and highly advanced electronic systems in our Billion Dollar High Tech Embassy, or why we did not inform our allies of our intentions to abandon them, or why they can evacuate their people in an orderly and safe manner, but we cannot do the same. And why the democrats demand we evacuate Afghani’s BEFORE we get our own people out of there. So many questions and NO GOOD ANSWERS. 

§2388. Activities affecting armed forces during war 

(a) Whoever, when the United States is at war, willfully makes or conveys false reports or false statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of the United States or to promote the success of its enemies; or … 

Is there any real Truth coming out about the situation in Afghanistan and on our Southern border? I say no, not one bit of the propaganda is truth, not one bit. They said first about 10 billion dollars in equipment is left there, then 20 billion, then 48 billion, and some guessed at about 80 billion, but when you look at the appropriations given for equipment and weapons shipped there, we get a number of something well over 200 billion and that does not include modern and very deadly aircraft left there, which would make that number look silly small. We are arming our enemies with new and almost new equipment, reminding me very much of what Obama has done in arming our enemies for the ‘glory of Islam’. And the Americans coming in are strictly demanded to NOT talk to ANYBODY about what is really going on in Afghanistan. Why not? 

“To be frank, I was stunned and found myself asking, have we, the United States of America, sunk to a new low? Although we are approaching the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks against our nation, this terrorism alert does not say one word about Muslim extremism being a threat and it barely mentions al-Qaida” General Fynn said as quoted in a Patriot United News article focusing on the most recent DHS Terrorism Alert Message, “Instead, Joe Biden’s DHS is focusing on his political opponents. The terrorism alert message “was so broad that it could put under suspicion more than half of all Americans. Is the Biden administration redefining domestic terrorism? Will having a pro-American set of beliefs and using the word “patriot” get you labeled a domestic terrorist? …. “I’m sorry, but DHS leadership must take us all for complete idiots. The real threat appears to be from our own government and their misperceptions of what are very real and dangerous homeland threats we do truly face. 

This alert reads like something out of the 1930s. You’re a potential terrorist if you oppose lies coming from the most leftist administration ever to occupy the White House. There is not a word about antifa, or Black Lives Matter, or any of the leftist groups protected by the Biden White House while they conducted their reign of terror on American cities.” 

The UK, France, South Africa and others sent thousands of additional troops to evacuate their people, while the US sent NEGOTIATORS in to negotiate with Terrorists, something we have been told over and over could NEVER happen. Talk is cheap when deadly weakness is the only thing being projected. 

We must look at the role Pakistan plays in this, as we formed the Taliban in Pakistan first, and they are still a major player even though ignored by the media today. Remember, Pakistan is a NUCLEAR power, and with the incredible array of US weapons to aid whatever they may have planned, they together make one of the world’s mightiest armies now. A nuclear armed army at that, one that hates America, and they may destabilize Pakistan with their new might, or they may decide to join in with them. 

The UK’s The Guardian puts it this way by writer Mohammed Hanif who loves the Taliban, “Not too long ago, Pakistan and Afghanistan were called Af-Pak: two countries joined at the hip, doomed to live and die together. You didn’t get to choose your neighbours, we were told. Geography, we were taught, was our destiny….Now many Pakistanis are gloating, while others are warning about the future. We are doing a victory dance, but there is dread in our hearts. We do talk about stuff like women and children and free media and the international consensus, but we are hoping that the Taliban will remember the good times we had together. We hope they will not remember their suffering too much….Yet although we have won in Afghanistan, many of us fear that a new, even more deadly war might be starting any time now.” Yes, they may be pseudo enemies at the moment, but that can (and likely will) change rapidly one way or the other; and again, please note that they are a NUCLEAR power. Stay tuned on that one, this may be a hint at what is going to happen next or very soon. 

An India TV headline says that “Pakistan intelligence agency played key role in Taliban takeover of Afghanistan: US Congressman” and also said “Congressman Steve Chabot, Co-Chair of the India Caucus, said in his address to the virtual gala of Hindu Political Action Committee on Sunday that he applauds the Indian government for welcoming the Afghan religious minorities who have a good reason to fear persecution at the hands of the Taliban and their evil rule.

“In contrast, we all know that Pakistan and particularly its intelligence services played a key role fostering the Taliban and allowing them to eventually take over. It's just disgusting to watch Pakistani officials celebrate the victory of this group that will bring untold brutality to the Afghan people,” Chabot said. 

“Pakistan's own persecution of religious minorities, however, gets a lot less attention here in America than it deserves. We would do well to educate our fellow citizens about these abuses.” 

“Closer to Afghanistan, Russia is flexing its military muscle in neighboring Tajikistan. A member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), a military bloc of former Soviet Republics, the government in Dushanbe requested Russian aid to contain security threats and handle refugees following the Taliban’s conquest of Badakhshan province in Afghanistan and most of the border territories. In early August, Tajikistan played host to joint drills between its military and those of Russia and Uzbekistan aimed at preparing for potential security threats from Taliban-led Afghanistan” as Saudi Arabia and Russia sign a military cooperation pact showing the huge negative effect these last few days have had on World stability. 

But whatever course is followed, they make a new direct threat to World peace and security. Ask the real “rulers” of this Earth, the ones that our Lord will bring to their knees at the end, what will happen next. I have some ideas on that, but also recognize that I will most likely be surprised and perhaps even shocked at what will eventually emerge from this unholy power struggle. And Health Impact News asks the question “Will America Fall Just as Fast as Afghanistan? Because that’s Probably the Plan”. 

“CIA’s Former Counterterrorism Chief for the Region: Afghanistan, Not An Intelligence Failure — Something Much Worse” said The Geller Report, and gives an account of why we should have kept some force in there, not an overnight disappearance. 

Last month, this YouTube video was described as “Turkey and Russia are attempting to tame the Taliban in Afghanistan. But the US continues to destabilize the region. This time, by adding Pakistan to the Afghan QUAD.” Note that Russia recently moved tanks to the border of Afghanistan. 

Now the real kicker – all of this is most obviously not just little Joey Dementia’s doings, he is only the idiot puppet, the face of and for the NWO actions, he is the “fault”, aka the ‘patsy’ that will be removed for the destructions coming to us. 

THIS IS ALL PLANNED OUT WELL IN ADVANCE and is being executed very precisely! Now we can get into the real issues of War Crimes and Treason, and the options seem almost endless.
