There was never a time in politics where the two major parties, Republicans and Democrats, agreed on social and fiscal issues, but there were able to hammer out deals giving a little, getting a little, where no one was totally happy, but at least some things could be negotiated with compromise.
I'll admit freely that being a conservative means I am inherently biased toward the positions of Republicans, but that doesn't change the radical or extreme positions democrats are increasingly taking.
From gender-related issues to abortion to the second amendment to climate change, and more, liberal democrats are taking more and more extreme positions every day.
The democrat party has been taken over by socialists and radical fringe elements.
NO COMPROMISE ON GENDER-RELATED ISSUES
How do you compromise on the amount of "genders" there are, when simple biology shows that "males" are born with a an X and a Y chromosome, and a woman has two X chromosomes? No matter how many drugs are given to people, or how many surgeries they have to remove parts of their body so they can look like another gender, those chromosomes do not change.
The is basic biology, yet the "party of science" or so they claim to be, refuses to acknowledge it, and if someone dares to state the facts they are accused of "hateful conduct" on social media, labeled transphobic by liberals, and generally treated as bigots.
How do you compromise with people who think it is just fine and dandy to use medications like puberty blockers, or surgically mutilate children under 18, just because they want to be the opposite gender?
How do you compromise when some of those pushing for such an abusive policy, which in many cases is irreversible, are men, pretending to be women and are part of the Biden regime?

As a Republican, as a conservative, just as a normal, rational human being, how do you compromise with that position without it encouraging the abuse and mutilation of children?
NO COMPROMISE ON ABORTION
How do you compromise with people that think it is a "right" to slaughter unborn children?
Worse yet, as the years continued, liberal democrats started calling for late term abortions, killing a child in the womb that had a heartbeat, and was moving around in the mother's womb.
Over the past few years we have seen liberal democrat politicians argue that mothers should be allowed to have those babies killed right up until the moment of birth.
In April 2022, it was reported that California democrats were pushing for a bill which would allow a mother to kill her baby after birth.
Even the bill’s official analysis states “the bill could be interpreted to immunize a pregnant person from all criminal penalties for all pregnancy outcomes, including the death of a newborn for any reason during the “perinatal” period after birth.” The analysis further states that the “perinatal” period is either “generally used to describe the period from approximately past 22 (or 28) completed weeks of pregnancy up to 7 completed days of life,” or “the period from the establishment of pregnancy to one month following delivery.”
How do you compromise with that?
NO COMPROMISE ON THE SECOND AMENDMENT
First they want to ban "weapons of war," which are not actually weapons used in war, but they think it sounds better and will garner them more support to violate Americans' Second Amendment rights. They want to ban "magazines" that hold more than (insert whatever number they want today) bullets. Then they want to control who can and cannot buy a gun, or carry one.
They want our guns, they can come and try to take them.
Those are some of the top ten on my list, as I am sure others have their own list prioritized, but another area where democrats have become so radical that there can be no more negotiating or compromising with them are "climate change" actions where they think they can force Americans to abide by their arbitrary rules by deliberately pushing policies that have caused record high gas prices to "transition" to green energy.
Censorship where they are doing everything in their power to prevent Americans from hearing any opinion or data that doesn't fit the "official narrative" democrats are pushing, where no matter how civil one is, they label it "hateful conduct," or "misinformation."
Election integrity, requiring simple identification in order to elect our national leaders, is labeled by democrats as "voter suppression."
BOTTOMLINE - THE SECOND CIVIL WAR
Liberals will be quick to call conservatives "radical," but conservative stances on abortion, gender, the LGBT agenda, children transitions, election integrity, censorship, climate change, and the second amendment, have not changed one iota.
We haven't changed our positions on those issue, but they have.
I am on record as saying America is in the midst of a civil war right now. It hasn't gone completely hot, although we have seen blood in the streets, billions in damages, looting, vandalism and burning towns, but we continue to see an increase in those actions in an attempt to overpower us if they cannot force conservatives to compromise.
Americans have always been divided politically on social and fiscal issues, but not since the civil war, which lasted 4 years, have we been at a point where compromise is no longer an option on the radical stances democrats are taking today on all the aforementioned issues.
We are seeing more liberal extremism on climate change, more censorship, more election "irregularities," more attempts to violate our Second Amendment rights, and more radicalization on abortion.
The only thing we are seeing less of.... is patience on the part of conservatives.
We are no longer willing to compromise with them.
This civil war will last longer as we have been in the midst of it already for years, but we are more prepared than they are to survive than they are.
So up your preps, up your personal defense measures, increase the size of your gardens if possible, learn how to grow indoors for the cooler months, and make it clear that we are no longer willing to compromise with baby-killing, gun-grabbing people that think there are 58 genders.
