Truth and Transparency In Advertising Prescription Drugs, Test Results Are In For The Dept Of Ed, Tom Homan Schools MSNBC, Patriot Matthew Thornton, And More
The memorandum also directs the Commissioner of Food and Drugs to take appropriate action to enforce Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act's prescription drug advertising provisions. These provisions include ensuring truthful and non-misleading information presented in direct-to-consumer advertising of prescription drug products.
The memorandum reminds us that the Food and Drug Administration was vested by Congress with the authority to regulate prescription drug advertising back in 1962. Over time, the FDA has become slack in regulating these ads allowing drug companies to include less information about the product in the advertising. This could mislead the public about risks and benefits of the drug. In addition, it could interfere with the doctor-patient trust relationship where patients demand expensive drugs over the lower-cost generics based on advertising.
The goal of the memorandum is to ensure fair, balanced, and complete information in drug advertising which may necessitate revising the current regulatory framework and/or ensure more stringent oversight by the FDA.
This memorandum is the most current in a list of Presidential Actions about prescription drugs:
April 15, 2025 EO 14273 Lowering Drug Prices by Once Again Putting Americans First sets the policy that Federal health care programs, intellectual property protections, and safety regulations are optimized to provide access to prescription drugs at lower costs to American patients and taxpayers. About October 15, 2025 (180 days from the order) recommendations are due to the President on how Medicare Part D premiums can be reduced and/or stabilized. A survey will be conducted to determine hospital acquisition cost for covered outpatient drugs with the Secretary proposing appropriate adjustments that would align Medicare payment with the cost of acquisition. Recommendations will be made to the President on how best to ensure that manufacturers pay accurate Medicaid drug rebates. A report shall be submitted providing administrative and legislative recommendations to accelerate approval of generics, biosimilars, combination products, and second-in-class name-brand medications; and improve the process prescription drugs can be reclassified as over-the-counter medications as well as to identify prescription drugs than can be safely provided over-the-counter. Medicare will be reviewed to ensure Medicare is not encouraging a shift in drug administration away from less costly physician office settings to more expensive hospital outpatient departments. Secretary of Labor will propose regulations to improve employer health plan fiduciary transparency into the direct and indirect compensation received by pharmacy benefit managers. And public listening sessions shall be held and a report issued with recommendations to reduce anti-competitive behavior from pharmaceutical manufacturers. By April 15, 2026, a rulemaking plan will be developed and implemented selecting for a payment model to improve the ability of Medicare to obtain a better value for high-cost prescription drugs and biological products, including those not subject to the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program. The accompanying Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Announces Actions to Lower Prescription Drug Prices explains the goal of this EO is to lower prescription drug prices, bring radical transparency and competition to prescription drug markets, and putting American patients first once again.
The new head of reporting BLS jobs statistics has revised the jobs created in the period April 2024 to March 2025 down by 911,000 jobs or almost 76,000 jobs per month for the 12 month period. Since the Autopen Administration accounts for 3/4 of the months in the report, that means about 683,250 of those jobs were lost during the Autopen Administration whereas about 228,000 of them were lost during the first 3 months of the Trump Administration, which I think we can agree still reflects mostly the Autopen Administration losses. Indeed, although he tried, the Trump Administration was hit with hundreds of lawsuits protesting the attempt to reduce the Executive Branch employees and the Administration did not actually start receiving 'permission' to proceed with firings until after March 2025. The removal of illegal aliens from our country should result in an increase in the number of available jobs as we move forward. I think those jobs can be filled with American Citizens currently on the unemployment rosters. Hopefully, from here on we will start receiving accurate statistics from BLS (although McEntarfer was not fired until August 1, 2025, so we still have 4 months of her incorrect stats to deal with).
On September 9, 2025, the White House published the article New Report Card Data Confirms We Can, And Must, Do Better on Education sharing the results of the latest National Assessment of Educational Progress which was administered in 2024. The test indicates that only 22% of twelfth-graders were proficient in math and only 35% were proficient at reading. These results are even more indicators that something is wrong with our education system and something needs to be done about it. And President Trump is working on it:
Maybe if they stopped teaching LGBTQ+ indoctrination, Wokeness, DEI, socialism, revisionist history, and talking to children about their own sexual preferences and started teaching reading, writing, and math again, our children would be more successful in school.

Seems to me we need to be teaching reading, writing, and math well before incorporating AI into the picture. When only 22% of HS seniors are proficient in math and 35% proficient in reading comprehension, making AI training available to them does not make sense. Perhaps these companies can develop training modules using AI that will teach our youth reading comprehension, math, and science before expecting them to tackle learning about AI?
On September 9, 2025, the White House published the article Tom Homan Annihilates MSDNC’s Smears, Lies on Border Security 🔥 lauding Tom Homan's dismantling of "Morning Mika" Brzezinski's every lie and Democrat talking point. Tom set the record straight with the following facts:
FACT: 70% of ICE arrests have involved illegal aliens convicted of, or charged with, crimes. According to the Center for Immigration Studies, 35.7% of the illegal aliens in ICE detention have criminal convictions, 30.5% have pending criminal charges, and the remaining 33.8% are “other immigration violators” — while nearly 70% of those removed from the country have criminal histories. As a result of this unprecedented effort, scoresofgangmembers and nationalsecuritythreats have been taken off our streets.
FACT: The Supreme Court has upheld the Trump Administration’s legal right to stop individuals to briefly question them on their legal status. This has long been the federal government’s “well settled” practice authorized by the Immigration and Nationality Act. The ability of federal officers “to interrogate any alien or person believed to be an alien as to his right to be or to remain in the United States” is NOT “racial profiling.”
FACT: Narciso Barranco is an illegal immigrant who refused to identify himself to federal law enforcement, refused to comply with their commands, then assaulted agents with a weed whacker as he attempted to flee through a busy intersection.
In 1740, he opened his medical practice in Londonderry, New Hampshire. In 1745, he served as a surgeon to the New Hampshire regiment. He was involved in an expedition to capture Louisburg from the French who occupied it on Cape Breton Island. Matthew ultimately made the rank of Colonel. In 1758, Matthew was elected to represent Londonderry to the New Hampshire Legislature.
In 1771, Matthew was appointed to a judgeship (with no legal training). Matthew was selected to the Second Provincial Congress in January 1775. By 1776, he was elected speaker of the 5th Congress. new Hampshire was the first state to adopt a constitution. In September 1776, Matthew was sent as a delegate to the Continental Congress. Even though he was not present to vote for independence, nor was he present when others signed the document, he was 'allowed' to affix his signature to the Declaration of Independence.
Matthew died on June 24, 1803, most likely from old age, at age 89, while visiting his daughter in Newburyport, Massachusetts. He was interred in Thornton's Ferry, New Hampshire.
Those are some of the exact words used by Google’s censors, aka 'Orwellian content police,' in describing many of our controversial stories. Stories later proven to be truthful and light years ahead of the mainstream media. But because we reported those 'inconvenient truths' they're trying to bankrupt ANP.
