No action has been taken on S3012 Shutdown Fairness Act (pay employees) since the vote failed October 23, 2025. No action has been taken on S3024 Keep SNAP Funded Act of 2025, it remains in committee since October 21, 2025. And while WORKERS and the "entitled" are looking at going hungry without receiving either their earned paycheck or their "entitlement," Democrats in the Senate are having a luncheon party.
Of course, Democrats are blaming President Trump for SNAP running out of funds and "weaponizing hunger." It appears the Democrats are more worried about funding SNAP rather than pay Federal workers for the work they have done and continue to do (although ATCs are calling in sick these days so airports are cutting back on flights). The thing with funding is that FY2026 is NOT funded because the Democrats shut down the Federal government. In previous shutdowns, the funds for the FY were released. In this shutdown, the Democrats shut down the government September 30, 2025 the funds for the next FY were not yet released, and won't be released until the Federal government reopens.
Saturday, November 1, 2025, SNAP runs out of funding. Make sure you get all your fresh groceries and have your pantry stocked in anticipation of possible incidents. While I do not expect riots to start on November 1, 2025, I do expect that when the funds do not miraculously appear within a week of being "due" there will be incidents at grocery stores.

In the lawsuit Noem v. Ellis docket # 25-2936 appeal of 1:25-cv-12173 (discussed in my October 15, 2025 ANP Article) filed in 7th Circuit Court of Appeals on October 29, 2025, about the National Guard deployment in the Chicago area, a stay was granted. The appeal suggested a writ of mandamus vacating the district court's order and emergency motion for a stay. The Court of Appeals ordered that the request for an administrative stay is granted. The October 28, 2025 order is temporarily stayed only to the extent it required Gregory Bovino to appear in court, in person, each weekday at 5:45pm. In addition, they order plaintiffs to respond to the petition by 5pm on October 30, 2025.

Those are some of the exact words used by Google’s censors, aka 'Orwellian content police,' in describing many of our controversial stories. Stories later proven to be truthful and light years ahead of the mainstream media. But because we reported those 'inconvenient truths' they're trying to bankrupt ANP.
