In December 2014, ANP published a piece titled "Doomsday Lairs! Elite Bug-Out Underground Bunkers And Cities Prepared For Major Catastrophe - The Elite Will Survive, Will We?, where we discussed Bob Fletcher's research into the many underground bunkers and cities within the US. These facilities were built, stocked and are ready for the "elite," special military members, politicians and the "chosen few," to hunker down and ride out any catastrophe that hits the United States. A few of the most talked about locations are Denver Airport, Weather Mountain, Site "R" Raven Rock, Area 51, Camp David and Under the Capitol Building.... just to name a few. Recently we have seen articles detailing Russia's undergound shelters, built in anticipation of nuclear war, facilities they never stopped manufacturing , with estimates claiming they are massive in size, approximately 400 square miles, stating it is roughly the size of the Washington Beltway. RUSSIA PREPARES FOR NUCLEAR WAR
Interestingly enough as tensions ratchet up week by week between the US and Russia, I ran across an article over at End Of The American Dream which highlights a 2010 RT article, which clearly shows the stark contrast between the preparations that Russia is making to protect their citizens and the lack of preparation the US is making to protect Americans.
Nearly 5,000 new emergency bomb shelters will be built in Moscow by 2012 to save people in case of potential attacks.
Moscow authorities say the measure is urgent as the shelters currently available in the city can house no more that half of its population.
In the last 20 years, the area of air-raid defense has been developed little, and the existing shelters have become outdated. Moreover, they are located mostly in the city center, which makes densely populated Moscow outskirts especially vulnerable in the event of a nuclear attack.
In order to resolve the issue, the city has given architects a task to construct a typical model of an easy-to-build shelter that will be located all over the city 10 to 15 meters underneath apartment blocks, shopping centers, sport complexes and parks, as in case of attack people will need to reach the shelters within a minute.
Not only is the US not making any type of preparations to house millions of Americans should a nuclear war break out, but the mainstream media in conjunction with the US government, is actively downplaying the potential for nuclear war.
The Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) doctrine of "deterrence" no longer applies because some of the leaders in countries acquiring nuclear weapons now..... want the end of the world. The next world war will undoubtedly go nuclear and as we watch the Middle East basically implode, the chances of a world war continue to rise day by day.
So the question we should all be asking ourselves is why the US government is not making the same preparations to protect "we the people," rather than just the "elite," as Russia has been doing to protect theirs?
