A WALK THOUGH THE NEAR FUTURE - HOW WE HAVE BEEN CONNED BY “EXPERTS”
Will there be “wars and rumours of wars” near the end of history? The Bible says “Yes.” Can the current stories about North Korea and Russia be classified as rumors? Certainly. IMPORTANT NEWS: Since the Bible was first written, being either taught or dictated by the Holy Spirit we have had a crop of “experts” in every generation who purport to tell us what it REALLY means by cherry picking a few verses out of context from one book and then another, and then gluing them all back together to come up with “proof” of their (usually new) pet theory.
To find out what God says will take place in the end-times, let’s take just one chapter of one book and see what it says without any pre-suppositions, or adding unto or taking away from God’s Word.
In light of the fact world events are unfolding at an accelerated rate and we may soon be in war, students of current events (maybe even some readers of ANP?) would do well to get their Bible out and actually read it, rather than listening to the fake news put out by the MSM, and unfortunately, much of the preaching in popular churches. The “news” is old, the Bible has already told the future.
Turning the pages to Matthew we’re arrested in Chapter 24 when the disciples (believers and followers of Christ, converted Jews), ask Jesus “What’s next?” and, “When will all this happen?” (For those who teach this chapter refers only to the Jews, we note either Christ or His disciples are referred to at least 28 times in the first 30 verses)
Jesus is seated on the Mount of Olives and the first thing He says when answering their questions is; Take heed that no man deceive you. (vs. 4) Please ask yourself why would Jews be looking for the return of Christ? They wouldn’t. Some Jews hate Jesus and shudder at the thought of Him being the Son of God. No, this chapter deals with true believers (Apostles, disciples and other Christians) and what lies ahead for them.
We already live in a world of deception, but Jesus says it will increase. Lying (“Thou shalt not bear false witness.”) is the norm and if you don’t do it you’re looked on as a creature from the distant past. Lying is just one sign we are sitting on the edge of the end of the world as we know it (eotwawki) and if it was only one sign, we could shrug it off but there are multiple signs banging on our door.
Jesus continues by telling us MANY (sadly, preachers included) will come in His name and deception will abound. Those who preach the church will be taken out of the world prior to great tribulation are using what is called in a court “circumstantial evidence,” taken OUT OF CONTEXT. That particular doctrine is simply not taught anywhere in Scripture. Eschatology University 101 follows:
So “…many will come in (His) name deceiving many (vs. 5)?” It’s hard to question a dearly held doctrine even when the evidence is overwhelming it is false. But we must believe God’s Word, not man’s theories.
Mt 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
President Trump has laid down his markers for North Korea and the little fat man that runs that far east country bounces up and down as he hugs his generals and celebrates his coming demise. War is coming and apparently very soon. But Jesus says, “…see that ye be not troubled:…”
America also seems to be preparing the public to accept another war on the other side of the globe, this one with Russia. We are apparently setting up Russian client Bashar al-Assad of Syria for a false flag event by claiming he’s planning to launch a “chemical attack” on his own people. How stupid he would be to do that, knowing full well it would mean the end of the rope and the end of life for himself. But the neo-con deep state globalists that are running things and feeding “intelligence” to Trump are adept in twisting the truth to gain their ends. Ends, that are a continuation of the Bush and Obama Doctrines of world conquest, using set-ups to take-down any country that refuses a Rothschild Central Bank.
Something bothers me. Is it just a coincidence that both North Korea and Iran refuse Central Banks owned by the Rothchilds, while Russia is talking about shutting their Central Bank down? No, I’m not a fan of the Ayatolla, Putin nor of Kim Jung Un. But the facts scream out America is on the offensive. Castro’s Cuba also doesn’t have a Rothschild bank and they too are under our economic sanctions.
Verse 7 of Mt 24 tells us to look for famines, pestilences and earthquakes. Just read your newspaper (if you can wade through the lies) and you’ll see plenty of evidence for those current plagues.
Verse 8 says this is just the beginning. Next on the agenda (verses 9 and 10 -- probably during the coming wars), will be the time when Christians all over the world including America, come under threat of death and Bible teachers scream, “Where’s the rapture?” After they calm down a bit they might even go back and re-study their Bibles.
During the next few years we may see a time when some “friends” turn out to be snitches willing to sell you to the guillotine for a few morsels of bread. Deception will continue and when the heat gets high enough the CINOs, (Christians in name only) will leave the kitchen hoping things will cool down. They won’t.
Verse 14 says the Gospel will be preached all over the world for a witness so nobody can say they hadn’t heard.
And then we come to verse 15 where antichrist sets up a statue of himself in the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem and demands the world worship him through his statue. The Bible teaches that happens at the mid-point of Daniel’s Seventieth Week (a week of seven years). And when it does, if you’re a believer, you better head for the hills. The honeymoon is over, even when what we think are hard times in the first three and one-half years, it will be absolutely nothing compared to what is planned after antichrist is revealed!
To know the future we don’t need self-appointed “prophets,” just the reliable prophecies found in Scripture. Christians will be hunted down and shot on the spot for not taking the “mark.” Good advice will be “Hide your right hand and keep your head down.”
Re 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Lies will abound, designed to lure Christians out of hiding so they can be executed and it will be “great” deception. During coming times there will be thousands of rumors that Christ has returned, “He’s in the desert!” “No, He’s in a secret place!” Don’t believe it because when He returns EVERY eye will see Him! The Eastern sky will split and be it night or day, He will come in power and great glory.
But WHEN WILL the rapture occur? Let’s have the Bible tell us. In the following quotes, all emphasis has been added:
Mt 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)…
21 For THEN shall be great tribulation,…
23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. (No Jew would be looking for Christ and the “elect” are God’s people, 4 uses of the word refer to Jews 16 refer to Christians. Look it up.)
29 Immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And THEN shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. (obviously the “catching up” after great tribulation)
Letting Scripture interpret itself, we notice the sequence, FIRST antichrist will be revealed (midpoint - abomination of desolation) THEN great tribulation and deception, THEN Christ comes in the clouds and gathers His church. There are multiple references to Christ and Christians in Matthew 24. The entire chapter is speaking of the Church. Unbelieving Jews would not be looking for Christ, nor would there be any reference to Him if the subject people were Jews. Here is expert Robert Van Kampen:
When the believers are snatched out (verses 29-31), the WRATH OF GOD will THEN fall on an unrepentant world for WHATEVER TIME REMAINS of Daniel’s 70th Week, all explained in detail in Chapters 8 through 19 of the book of Revelation. The Bible teaches there will be no more forgiveness. From here on His grace is taken off the table. The die of each individual life has been cast. There will be no appeal.
There is much more that could be pointed out but this should provide sufficient reason for honest readers to examine their premises and search out what they have been taught. Simple, in context Bible teaching should drive us to our knees, truly seeking truth instead of stroking for our pet theories.
2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
