Are We Approaching The End Of America As 'A Nation Of Laws'? Mueller And The Swamp's Sham Russia Investigation Covers Up The Reality Before Our Eyes Of Real Criminality

- Blatant Hypocrisy Undermines Our Faith And Confidence In The Seminal Institutions Of Our Federal Government

Submitted to All News Pipeline by Retired Prosecutor Robert Kirk

“When law and morality contradict each other, the citizen has the cruel alternative of either losing his moral sense or losing his respect for the law.” Frederic Bastiat -- French Philosopher

On his radio show for Tuesday, December 5th as heard in the 1st video below, Rush Limbaugh was on fire as he described the deep state hypocrisy that is chomping at the bit to take back the House next year and commence impeachment proceedings against Trump.

Limbaugh’s point is that there was no legal or constitutional basis for appointing the partisan Mueller whose Deep State sham investigation into the fabricated Trump/Russia collusion narrative is nothing but a fishing expedition (ala Scooter Libby) the purpose of which is to gin up a spurious claim of “obstruction of justice” against President Trump as a prelude to removing Trump from office (should they retake the House) or at least to enervate and delegitimize his presidency.

The plain fact is, as anyone with a functioning brain and common sense are well aware, Hillary didn’t lose the election because of some nefarious conspiracy between Trump and Russia to rig the election. No, the Russians did not, against the will of the people, change any votes.

yup_it_was_Russia.jpg

The Hitlerian Hag in the Pantsuit lost the election because in record numbers the unwashed and unredeemed of our country voted. And what repulsed us and caused us to come out in record numbers to vote had nothing to do with Russia. What we voted against was a lying duplicitous influence peddling money grubbing witch who was content to stop at nothing, including compromising our national security through her unsecured email server and the sale of her high office as Secretary of State to enrich herself and her family by influence peddling and money laundering through her family’s sham “charitable” foundation.

Now the Deep State, in tandem with the main stream media, are pushing with unrestrained glee the hoped for next act in this Machiavellian Drama, the unseating of a duly and fairly elected president.

During this past year we have seen obvious evidence of criminality both by the opposition candidate and high government officials. We have seen the investigation of those crimes subverted and ignored all the while being fed the constant harangue from the main stream media and the Bureaucratic Deep State about a sham investigation while ignoring the reality before our eyes of real criminality. That hypocrisy undermines our faith and confidence in the seminal institutions of our Federal Government from which our citizens, in times past, expected impartiality and the rule of law.

The irony is almost too much to bear with Comey, the one who truly did obstruct justice in regard to the Clinton email investigation, playing the part of the martyr while quoting scripture. Meanwhile, Mueller reassigned an FBI Agent named Strzok who was doing some adulterous storking with a female Mueller team member while the two traded disparaging text messages about President Trump. Turns out Strzok was also centrally involved in the rigged Hillary email investigation where Comey decided to usurp the duty of the Attorney General and announce on national TV that no reasonable prosecutor would take the case.

Strzok who also likely helped Comey with the then Director’s redraft of Comey’s Hillary exoneration memo written months before Hillary and the other key witnesses were interviewed, was also the one who interviewed Flynn and obtained Flynn’s inconsistent statement, that Flynn recently plead guilty to. Yet Strzok, who was in charge of the Hillary email investigation, also interviewed Hilly aides Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin both of whom lied to Strzok claiming they were unaware of Hillary’s private server/email set up. Yet Mueller brought a perjury charge against Flynn. Big surprise - no charges were brought against Mills or Abedin for their perjury.

In his article in American Spectator, Scott McKay sums up his feelings of disgust and revulsion with this level of corruption in our government:

Strzok looks like the man at the center of what can best be described as a the complete collapse of the FBI and the Justice Department’s trustworthiness and credibility, a collapse which is triggering a crisis in the public confidence in the federal government as an institution we consent to have power over us. … This isn’t a banana republic, at least not yet. But it’ll become one on Trump’s watch if the president doesn’t act to put a stop to the runaway corruption in the Justice Department.

McKay goes on to recommend that Trump take executive action by cleaning house, including the firing of Assistant Attorney General Rosenstein and Assistant FBI Director McCabe. Yes, Trump would be fully justified in removing these two Deep State moles. McKay also recommends that Trump give Mueller a few weeks to wrap up the bogus investigation before letting him go. In regard to Mueller, a better approach, and one not fraught with a nuclear level of political fall-out, is to first see if Freedom Watch’s legal efforts to remove Mueller will be successful. Attorney Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch did file a complaint in Federal Court, to do just that – have Mueller removed as Special Counsel.

The removal of Mueller and an honest investigation of the real culprits involved in Russian collusion and compromise of our national security is a key battle that must be won if we are to restore the heart (law) and the soul (equal justice) of our Constitutional Republic.

A separate Freedom Watch Petition seeks Klayman’s appointment as special counsel to look into issues surrounding Hillary Clinton’s unauthorized use of a private emailer server and the Uranium One and Fusion GPS scandals.

The basis of the complaint, which names AG Sessions and FBI Directory Wry, is the “obvious conflicts of interest [by Mueller and] his staff” and the various leaks by Mueller’s staff in violation of federal criminal law.

Klayman’s point (complaint, Exhibit 1, pg 24) is fundamentally this: If Mueller’s sham investigation regarding the “fanciful” Trump/Russian election collusion concoction by the failed Hillary Clinton campaign is allowed to continue while matters of genuine corruption and serious criminality are ignored, the damage to the constitutional fabric of our society and to the people’s trust in government will be irreparable.

Unfortunately we have witnessed a high level of corruption in these seminal agencies and a complete inability of those agencies to police themselves or to honestly investigate the conduct of and administer justice to the well-healed and politically connected.

Klayman’s battle is for the heart and soul of our country as it is a valiant and necessary effort to bring confidence and trust back to those institutions of our government empowered with safeguarding and preserving our liberties. If the Justice Department no longer stands for “justice”, if the FBI is no longer concerned with fair and impartial investigation of crime, but is reduced to a Federal police force which uses its power as political muscle for a totalitarian elite, then we will have devolved into nothing more than a police state with the FBI our “East German Stasi” and “Justice” an ironic epithet uttered with disgust by a demoralized citizenry.

Are there justifiable grounds for removing Mueller? And, regarding Hillary Clinton’s unauthorized use of a private emailer server and the Uranium One and Fusion GPS matters, is the appointment of another special counsel warranted based on the standards for appointing special counsel?

I take up the second question first, the discussion of which answers the first question.

Representative Trey Gowdy recently stated his opinion that the “… threshold … for appointing a special counsel to Investigate Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and the FBI’s handing of the investigation into her use of a private email server” had not been met. In Gowdy’s view, the “women and the men” currently at the Justice Department can handle the investigation of the Uranium One, email and other related issues just fine.

Yes, I was impressed when Trey Gowdy first came to Washington much like a combative Mr. Smith come to clean out the swamp. Gowdy forms his questions in a direct, pointed and sarcastic manner. A cross-examination style familiar to this retired prosecutor. I had high hopes for Gowdy. We have seen so much government corruption in the prior Obama Administration. Corruption that was ignored. No one held to account.

We heard of Fast and Furious, the illegal gun running and the death of two agents. It was in the news for a while, but it faded away. Did we really expect an accounting from Holder’s justice department?

And then there was the Committee on Bengahzi and Gowdy was put in charge of the House Investigation. But it didn’t go anywhere. Bengahzi faded away too and no one in government or the chain of command was held to account.

And then there was Lois Lerner and her IRS. No, we didn’t expect Obama’s Justice Department to do anything about it. But Sessions? Sorry, he couldn’t be troubled with that either and so that also faded away without any accountability for those responsible.

And now we learn what happened to 20 % of our Uranium reserves. That faded away somewhere too. Sessions? No. Just like the Trump/Russian collusion issue, he can’t be involved in that one either. Not that, not graft and influence peddling, not compromise of National Security. No, none of that can be for his decisions.

He’s merely the Attorney General of the United States of America. That has to be left to his Assistant, Rod Rosenstein, the democrat Obama appointee who was most helpful in working out a sweet deal for a certain Russian named Milkrien who was given a slap on the wrist apparently to keep the whole Uranium sale under raps to protect Hillary’s candidacy.

mccabe_corrupt.jpg

Of course, we not only have Rosenstein, but McCabe left in a position of high authority over at the FBI. You remember McCabe? The one whose wife received around a half million bucks for her 2015 Virginia senate campaign from Clinton friend Terry McAulifee. The same McCabe who decided to give a “special status” to the Hillary email investigation. Turns out his boss, Director Wray, is a friend and former colleague of both Mueller and Comey.

And who do we now have to investigate any of the truly criminal matters plaguing the Republic? Mueller.

As Klayman notes in his complaint, Mueller was himself Director of the FBI at the time the Milkrein investigation was on going. The same investigation that was quietly plea-bargained away and buried in time for Hillary’s run for president. The same Mueller who would not listen to and later punished, two FBI Special Agents who tried to warn, just prior to 9/11, of the imminent Saudi sponsored terrorist attack. The same Mueller who is currently in charge of the bogus Russia/Trump investigation that leaks information to the press like a sieve and is mostly staffed by highly partisan attorneys and investigators, many of whom have made large contributions to the Democrat party including specifically to the Hillary Clinton campaign.

As Klayman rightly points out, these are serious conflicts of interest that forestall any chance that those investigating the “fanciful” Trump/Russia theory will even consider, let along investigate other theories such as, for example, the little matter of 20% of our Uranium reserves being sold to the Russians at the same time that Hillary Clinton (as Secretary of State) approved the deal while, coincidentally millions of dollars were flowing, from Russian interests, into her “charitable” foundation.

No. This situation – a de-balled Attorney General with subordinates whose personal self-interest is to cover up rather than prosecute serious criminal activity is exactly what the special counsel law was made for. An ample basis for criminal investigation of Clinton and administration associates, both former and current, for multiple criminal acts already exists and of which the Justice Department is hopelessly conflicted and unable to perform an honest and independent investigation.

the_people_spoke.jpg

We cannot, we must not excuse shoddy and reprehensible moral behavior by our government officials – especially those (at Justice and the FBI) who have the power to ruin and destroy another’s life.

No. Mueller needs to be removed and an independent and honest special counsel appointed in his place. Not for politics sake. But for the sake of restoring the public confidence and trust in our government and our laws.

I urge you to join with me in signing Freedom Watch’s petition, and, if you can afford it, make a donation to this important battle that Larry Klayman and his colleagues are now waging. I am not an employee of Freedom Watch nor do I have any affiliation with them. My interest is as a concerned citizen to do what I can to help restore faith and confidence in our institutions of government such that when we hear the word “Justice” what is brought to mind is not an Orwellian pejorative but rather it’s true meaning – the impartial and fair determination of the truth for all, regardless of race or creed or political affiliation.

Interesting. Ryan and McConnell swear by Mueller. If I recall correctly, they also thought Sessions was a swell pick for A.G. Seems like Ryan and McConnell are doing all they can to help Jones in that Alabama Senate race. Moore from Alabama, who will be elected to the Senate on December 12th got the same and more as Trump did right before the President was elected. Strange thing. Turns out Trump had supported someone whose first name is “Luther” (likely on the recommendation of R & M) in the primary for that vacant Alabama senate seat. Perhaps God is sending the President an important message about who to (and who not to) trust in the swamp known as Washington.
