While 'Alexandria Occasional-Cortex' recently stirred up controversy over why Americans shouldn't be planting cauliflower in 'community gardens' in 2019, calling it 'too colonial', as Snyder's story points out, all of this horrific weather in our nation's breadbasket will leave US food production substantially below expectations: "This is truly a major national crisis, and it is just getting started." Why is 'Cortex' concerned about veggies being 'too colonial' when experts warn of food shortages on the horizon? (And, by the way, what are 'colonial vegetables'? We've never heard of such a thing till crazy AOC came around!)
We'll take a much longer look below at 'weather warfare' and look over some weather modification patents that are now on file proving that government's and private corporations have long been working to 'play God' in their attempts to 'modify the weather' using geoengineering. We'll also look at more quotes from US government officials, including 'enemy of America within' John Brennan who was head of the CIA when he confirmed weather modification programs exist and that some nations would be 'winners' in weather warfare, while others would be 'losers'.
In his must-read book "Weather Wars & Un-Natural Disasters", Steve Quayle had warned years ago that “technology will make available, to the leaders of the major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of security forces need be appraised… Techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm.”
Although such technologies have long been censored from the masses, we've gotten numerous signs over the past several years through mainstream media stories that such technologies do indeed exist and are being used already and all the time.
The process involves positioning burner devices at the base of mountain ranges to send immense gusts of hot fumes and iodide upward into the sky. This prompts the clouds to produce ice crystals that descend onto Earth as rain and snow. The additional water is expected to greatly increase harvest productivity and food production in the area.
"Another example is the array of technologies—often referred to collectively as geoengineering—that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do. An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. The process is also relatively inexpensive—the National Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly.
As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community. On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
On the geopolitical side, the technology’s potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions at the expense of others could trigger sharp opposition by some nations. Others might seize on SAI’s benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. And, as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI."
With Brennan openly admitting to geoengineering programs that could leave one nation angry and hurting, while the mainstream media in general continues to call weather modification programs 'tinfoil hat conspiracy', where does 'the truth' really reside?
With globalists like Kissinger having long ago admitted that 'food is power' and they can 'use it to change people's behavior', would any readers really put it past them to use food as a weapon against America, and using weather warfare to do so, at a point in time when globalists are enraged that President Trump would have the audacity to put America ahead of global interests?
While the topic of weather modification or weather warfare might seem like 'fake news' to some who are reading this story, and we certainly understand that skepticism as the mainstream media will never tell us the truth about what has long been going on in the geoengineering field, let's take a look at a bunch of weather modification patents from the website of Dane Wigington. So when we look back at just how long inventions have been created to 'modify the weather', and we hear about rain making projects in China and John Brennan warning the Council of Foreign Relations of there being 'winners and losers' due to weather modification, how can anybody still be calling geoengineering programs a 'conspiracy theory'? We have to wonder what the mainstream media's real purpose is to keep the masses of Americans 'dumbed down' on this subject.
So with weather the ultimate weapon of mass destruction, why wouldn't the US military, or any other government around the world, want to 'own it'? As the outlined weather modification patents listed above prove, people have been attempting to 'play God' and 'own the weather' for a very long time. And with other countries also developing 'weather modification tools', its by no means a stretch to think such 'tools' and technologies might be used against us. From Global Research.:
Weather-modification, according to the US Air Force document AF 2025 Final Report, “offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary”, capabilities, it says, extend to the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes:
‘Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally… It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog and storms on earth or to modify space weather… and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of [military] technologies.”
With one of the stated purposes of geoengineering being the 'cooling of the planet', with even Brennan bringing up such programs 'mimic volcanoes', we should all remember that back in the year 1816, food shortages happened all around the world following the 1815 eruption of Mount Tambora in what is now Indonesia caused temperatures to drop all across the planet, leading to crop devastation.
