In the final video below as well as this new story over at Greg Hunter's USAWatchdog, Dane Wigington claims that the number one threat to life on Earth is weather warfare. While the mainstream media will seal its fate by continuing to deny the existence of weather warfare, likely calling it 'fake news', we could be now witnessing it happening before our eyes in what could soon become one of the biggest weather-induced catastrophes in US history at the Oroville dam in California. Perhaps quite appropriately, the storm battering California is named 'Lucifer' and as the Right Scoop reports, it is bringing death and destruction to the state.
While the people living in the area surrounding the Oroville dam have been very fortunate so far despite having to be evacuated once, their luck may soon change with that region of California now directly in the line of fire of what could be catastrophic weather over the next several days. Looking over the rather intimidating weather maps seen below released for the area gives us a taste of what they face. Many are urging residents there to prepare to evacuate due to the weather that will be coming to Oroville over the next few days. As Weather West reports, with California already in the middle of one of its wettest winters on record, the strongest storms of the season and perhaps in years have now arrived.
Whether or not what is happening at Oroville is 'weather warfare', it has been well documented that Oroville is very real proof of what happens when problems are neglected over the years - they compound to possibly life-threatening scenarios. As William Craddick over at Zero Hedge recently reported, "Oroville Dam Disaster Is Latest In Series Of CA Government Corruption, Environmental Failures". Gateway Pundit reported that the governor in California has spent $25 billion per year on illegals yet officials warned that the dam was failing 12 years ago and nothing was done about it. The Sacramento Bee recently reported that Oroville's flood control manual hasn't been updated in half a century. Oroville is clearly a failure of politics and bureaucracy in California if not something downright sinister.
Why might California now be under some sort of weather warfare if what is happening there now is indeed some kind of a weather attack? The central valley is a huge producer of US vegetables, fruits and nuts and it has long been warned that food has been used as a weapon. And why has California governor Jerry Brown completely neglected fixing Oroville and rebuilding much of California's infrastructure?
Should Brown himself be held accountable if the dam suffers a catastrophic failure? Knowing that people's lives are at risk, and as Steve Quayle tells us, Brown is just another one of the heads of the 'global hydra' that is destroying life across the planet tells us what the MSM never will. It's also been warned that such weather warfare is used to drive down property prices and who's buying up much of California and real estate across much of the West coast right now? China.
Another example is the array of technologies—often referred to collectively as geoengineering—that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.
An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. The process is also relatively inexpensive—the National Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly.
As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community.
On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere. On the geopolitical side, the technology’s potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions at the expense of others could trigger sharp opposition by some nations. Others might seize on SAI’s benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. And, as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI.
