We couldn't tell you how many times in our lifetimes that we have been called 'tin-foil-hat' conspiracy theorists for writing stories about chemtrails and geoengineering, even by weathermen who have tried to 'set us straight'. We're quite sure that many ANP readers have been ridiculed by others for talking about 'chemtrails' as well.
Beginning at the 12 minute mark, Brennan talks with the Council on Foreign Relations about 'the many technologies available' to help reverse global warming. For anyone looking for that bombshell proof that chemtrails and geoengineering are real, as is 'man owning the weather', all you need to do is listen to this video. Or you can check out Brennan's comments here at the CIA website which are also excerpted below video. You might want to download the video as well for safe keeping - this is the kind of bombshell proof that Americans need thatthey can and are changing the weather and it may just 'disappear'.
While we call them 'chemtrails', Brennan tells us what they call them - 'Stratospheric Aerosol Injections' - SAI's for short.
Telling us that some nations might not be too happy about the use of SAI's as the use of them are able to change weather patterns, providing bountiful crop-producing weather to some regions while delivering devastating drought to others, this video confirms what many of us have known for a very long time but the masses still call 'conspiracy theory'. How many more present day 'conspiracy theories' are correct? We're truly living in amazing times! We're watching what were once called 'conspiracy theories' being confirmed as true in front of our faces, each and every day! Which one is next?
Back on April 25th we told you about 'satanic X's' that were appearing in the skies all across America. Obviously chemtrails, or SAI's according to Brennan, it's about time that Americans pounded upon our public servants such as Brennan and the CIA for answers. Why are they spraying satanic X's and poisoning us from the skies and why are we finally, just now, getting this proof from another public servant like Brennan that geoengineering and chemtrails are real? Will the mainstream media continue to ignore this? Did Brennan and the Council on Foreign Relations think that this talk wouldn't get out to the world?
While saying that it is being done to 'combat global warming', we've been told time and again by Geoengineering experts such as Dane Wigington that geoengineering is making our Earthly problems much worse. Do these folks have a death wish for our planet? This video also opens up another huge can of worms; knowing 100% now that geoengineering is being used, are states such as Texas or California or most recently, West Virginia being targeted? An even better question might be, can America afford Hillary Clinton getting her hands on what may be the most deadly weather machine in the world?
Long ago, researcher, author and radio show host Steve Quayle wrote a book called "Weather War & Un-Natural Disasters" in which he warned us of 'the men who would be God' and the technologies that were secretly made available to the leaders of major nations across the planet to modify the weather. For years Americans have been totally ridiculed and derided by others for talking about chemtrails. Now we get proof, many years later, that Quayle was right all along.
If you think that this video is damaging we implore you to dig deeper into 'conspiracy theory'. After many years of complete and total lies that man cannot create the weather, what else are they lying to us about? With their recent in-our-faces bluntness about Hillary Clinton, weather modification and other issues, we feel we're almost out of time to take America back from the forces that have stolen our country away from us and made us ALL 2nd class citizens.
Another example is the array of technologies—often referred to collectively as geoengineering—that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.
An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. The process is also relatively inexpensive—the National Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly.
As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community.
On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere. On the geopolitical side, the technology’s potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions at the expense of others could trigger sharp opposition by some nations. Others might seize on SAI’s benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. And, as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI.
