With the 'winter of 2020/2021' already off to a cold and snowy start across large parts of America, (and long before winter even officially begins!), and an Arctic blast set to unleash sub-zero temperatures across 'middle-America', remarks made by Joe Biden during the most recent Presidential debate have opened a lot of eyes, with Biden actually doubling down in his warning, seemingly about Covid-19, as heard in the 1st video at the bottom of this story: "We are about to go into a Dark Winter. A Dark Winter."

Biden's remarks were just the latest warnings of 'a dark winter' ahead for America, coming on the heels of this August 2020 story over at Nature.com in which they warned that "two decades of pandemic wargames failed to account for Donald Trump" as well as this May of 2020 story in which we're told a Covid-19 'whistleblower' had also warned of a 'dark winter' ahead for America. Yet as blogger Lenora Thompson asks in this recent story about Biden's remarks, was Joe Biden using 'code words' in his 'dark winter' warning? 

For those who aren't yet aware, all the way back in 2001, a war game played out by numerous deep state agencies here in America simulated a biological attack upon America and coincidentally, or not, those exercises were called 'Dark Winter'. As this recent story over at Infowars written by Adan Salazar had reported, “Operation Dark Winter” predicted not only deaths from a hypothetical 'vaccine' created during the simulation but massive threats to civil liberties here in America, including all-out martial law. 

As the Washington Standard had reported in this May of 2020 story titled "Those Who Planned The Enslavement Of Mankind Of Mankind Warn Of “A Dark Winter” For Us", "the elitists who planned this scamdemic from the beginning are now warning us that we are going to face a 'dark winter.' This is not about health and hasn’t been from the beginning. This is about control and they are trying to use fear to manufacture your consent to enslavement. DO NOT FALL FOR IT."

So with the globalists heavily pushing a 'dark winter' ahead for America, and even Joe Biden using those words twice during his debate with President Trump, we should all be on the lookout for more and more mainstream news media outlets and Democrat politicians using the phrase 'dark winter', fully understanding what it refers to. A 2001 war game simulation of a biowarfare attack in the United States carries eerie similarities to the current coronavirus pandemic and lockdown that devastated the planet. 

Interest in the Dark Winter Bioterrorism Exercise, carried out June 22-23, 2001 at Andrews Air Force Base, peaked after 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden made a reference to an upcoming “dark winter” in the United States, referring to the possibility of another coronavirus outbreak this winter. “We’re about to go into a dark winter. A dark winter,” Biden said at Thursday night’s debate. “And he has no clear plan, and there’s no prospect that there’s going to be a vaccine available for the majority of the American people before the middle of next year.” 

The Dark Winter Exercise, run by the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense, Center for Strategic and International Studies, ANSER, & the Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism, was an extensive simulation that attempted to envision federal government response to a nationwide smallpox outbreak. 

A video presentation used during the scenario imagined riots over vaccine and medical supplies, a collapse of the national economy and “desperate measures” the government is forced to take, including considering the implementation of martial law. 

A fake news report in the exercise features a biowarfare defense expert using the term “dark winter” as he tells a reporter there’s not enough vaccines to go around. “Meaning we don’t have enough vaccines for the United States?” the reporter asks. “We don’t have sufficient stockpiles for the people in Oklahoma, Georgia and Pennsylvania, much less for the entire US population,” expresses the fake expert. “Well that certainly doesn’t sound encouraging,” the fake reporter says. 

"What do you mean exactly?” 

“Angie, it means it could be a very dark winter for America,” the man says. 

Near the end of the scenario, when all hell has broken loose, the exercise deals with having to impose martial law in the US, details of which are described in the Dark Winter script (pg. 28) 

"Options for martial rule include, but are not limited to, prohibition of free assembly, national travel ban, quarantine of certain areas, suspension of the writ of habeas corpus [ie, arrest without due process], and/or military trials in the event that the court system becomes dysfunctional,” the scenario states. 

Elsewhere in the exercise’s findings, which summarizes “lesson’s learned,” participants are warned, “Forcible constraints on citizens may likely be the only tools available when vaccine stocks are depleted.” 

Given the nightmare scenario laid out in the war game simulation, let’s hope this wasn’t what Biden was referencing when he used the term.

Yet with nearly 20 years having gone by since those Dark Winter exercises, as Dr. Peter Vincent Pry had warned in this March of 2020 story at ANP, "we have seen this movie before, and are living through it now". And as Dr. Pry asks us, with huge bucks spent on developing a response for a pandemic or bio-attack upon America, what happened to bio-weapon/pandemic preparedness? 20 years ago, in 2001, Operation Dark Winter by the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Strategies and Center for Strategic and International Studies simulated a biological attack on the United States, producing an excellent documentary "Dark Winter" about the wargame, that shocked and galvanized Congress to act. 

Legislation and resources were invested, recommendations were supposed to have been implemented, to protect U.S. citizens from catastrophic Biological Warfare (BW). 

Yet today, the coronavirus, which is also a huge psychological threat, is having disastrous economic and societal consequences. What happened to BW preparedness?

We'd strongly argue that 'what happened' was the globalists/democrats needed 'an event' to stop President Trump from being re-elected in 2020 and to 'clamp down' upon America so along came Covid-19 and now, threats of a 'dark winter' ahead for America are springing up everywhere. From this May of 2020 Washington Standard story.: 

Straight from the biggest player in propaganda and fake news, CNN, comes an article designed to terrify. It says Rick Bright has warned Congress of the “darkest winter in modern history” without a ramped up coronavirus response. Meaning, unless you submit to even more tyranny and fully enslave yourselves to the ruling class, it’ll be “dark winter.” 

The lies coming from CNN it’s contributions are unbelievable at this point. It’s hard to believe anyone tunes in anymore. Do not let these puppets of the tyrannical ruling class scare you anymore. They have to make this “dark winter” a reality in order to convince people that enslavement is their only salvation. 

So, who is this Dr. Rick Bright? An ousted vaccine chief. He’s going to pushing for a vaccine, one he’ll make a lot of money off of by forcing everyone to take it. Now that we know this propaganda is taking place, at least we can see these people as who they really are instead of the “heroes” CNN attempts to make them out to be. Bright, in fact, explicitly states what he wants from the American public: submission to their enslavement. 

“Our window of opportunity is closing. If we fail to develop a national coordinated response, based in science, I fear the pandemic will get far worse and be prolonged, causing unprecedented illness and fatalities,” Bright is expected to say Thursday, according to his prepared testimony obtained by CNN. “Without clear planning and implementation of the steps that I and other experts have outlined, 2020 will be darkest winter in modern history.” –CNN  

So, unless you obey, you will face a dark winter. Personally, I’d much rather face any dark winter than the tyranny they are attempting right now. So Bright can get lost. 

“The virus is out there, it’s everywhere. We need to be able to find it, to isolate it and to stop it from infecting more people,” Bright plans to say. “We need tests that are accurate, rapid, easy to use, low cost, and available to everyone who needs them.” 

That means mass surveillance of your every move is coming. This has nothing to do with health and everything to do with control. It’s past time to wake up if you haven’t already.

As Leo Hohmann had asked in this October 23rd story which Steve Quayle had linked to on is website, "are globalists using Covid as cover for their real post-election plans? Should we expect the left to unleash a bloody cleansing of its political opponents?" Steve warned in an SQnote while linking to that story: "Quarantine has plundered any organized resistance against them!" From Hohmann's story: 

During the debate, Biden held up his black mask, looked straight into the camera and said “We’re about to go into a dark winter.” 

Lest anyone dismiss Biden’s comment as the nonsensical ramblings of a washed-up politician, he repeated it. We are in for “a dark winter,” he reiterated. 

President Trump said we must learn to live with the virus. Biden countered that we will “learn to die with it.” 

A slip of the tongue? Or a foreboding prediction?

As David Knight argues in the 2nd video at the bottom of this story, Joe Biden certainly knows what 'operation dark winter' was, hence him repeating the phrase twice, and it's much more than just a 'colorful phrase'. Knight argues that Covid-19 was 'designed' by the globalists to help usher in their satanic agenda, including the establishment of the United Nations Agenda 2030, so-called 'smart cities', and global tyranny. 

So when Joe Biden, Dr. Rick Bright, Dr. Anthony Fauci or any other globalist talks about a 'dark winter ahead' for America, we should remember what Gary Barnett argues in this story over at Lew Rockwell.com titled "The Coronavirus ‘Dark Winter’ PSYOP: Question Everything and Do Not Comply With Any Government Order." As Barnett pointed out in that story from nearly 6 months ago, he expected the phrase 'dark winter' to become the new globalists 'buzzword', and now 6 months later, with Joe Biden using it, we can say that Barnett hit the nail right on the head. The only real defense that is valid during this exercise in mass tyranny is total refusal to comply with any and all government mandates. We are in the midst of the largest psychological operation (PSYOP) in the history of mankind. 

By questioning everything concerning this manufactured “virus pandemic,” the resulting attitude cannot leave anything other than extreme doubt, and doubt is what can bring the masses out of the dark and into the light. 

The newest term being targeted toward the masses is the coming of the “Dark Winter,” which is nothing more than propaganda based lies meant to prepare the sheep for a planned continuation and escalation of this fake pandemic in order to bring about world domination.

With tyrannical California governor Gavin Newsom offering Americans a perfect example of 'creeping covid-19 tyranny' by attempting to dictate 'Thanksgiving terms' to the people of California, ordering them to: 1) only celebrate Thanksgiving outside; 2) always wear masks except when taking a bite of food and; 3) to limit their family visits to only 2 hours, who'd be entering the private homes of Americans to enforce those draconian rules that stand in direct opposition to the US Constitution? With many Californians still practicing self-defense of their homes and families, can you imagine Newsom himself trying to do so?
