The 'American Rescue Plan' Is A 'Political Weapon' In The Democrats War Upon America That Will Force Americans To Pay For Our Own Demise

- When Will ENOUGH Americans Say 'Enough Is Enough'?

By Stefan Stanford - All News Pipeline - Live Free Or Die

According to Senator John Kennedy, a Republican Senator from Louisiana, 'backing the Covid stimulus bill is like calling Harvey Weinstein a feminist', or 'thinking that a stripper really likes you'

With Kennedy mincing no words in his description of Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion 'stimulus bill' that will only send America further into debt (with our current national debt already over $28 trillion!) while it 'bails out the blue states' that have been hard hit by Democrats poor political decisions, as we'll explore within this ANP story, the boot is getting ready to come down hard upon Americans if we stay on the same path we're now on under Joe Biden.

With the US debt clock of over $28 trillion already, equating to a debt of over $84,000 for every man, women and child in America while equaling a debt of over $223,000 for EVERY US TAXPAYER, even the NY Times recently put out this story reporting Democrats are using this 'bailout' as a 'political weapon' in an attempt to 'restore somewhat normalcy' to America prior to the 2022 mid-term elections.

Yet with what many long considered 'normal' something that will likely never return with the Democrats war upon Christianity, 'families', small businesses and 'America' being kicked into overdrive under Joe Biden and the globalists, there are still many things ongoing right now that should never be tolerated, such as Democrats planning on funding the slaughter of the unborn on the tax dollar of Americans in the 'COVID Relief Bill' as we'd reported within this March 7th story on ANP.

And with the gargantuan 'pork' within this bill also 'payback' to those who helped Joe Biden 'steal the 2020 election', as the Journal Times had reported in this recent story, the 'odor of pork' is now wafting all across America. From that story before we continue.:

According to a Wall Street Journal editorial, the COVID-related provisions tally some $825 billion. “The rest of the bill — more than $1 trillion — is a combination of bailouts for Democratic constituencies, expansions of progressive programs, pork, and unrelated policy changes,” the paper opines.

Among the “pork” that the Wall Street Journal highlighted in its editorial:

$1.5 million for the Seaway International Bridge, which connects New York to Canada and is a priority for New York Sen. Chuck Schumer, who is the Senate majority leader.

Nearly $500 million for, according to the Congressional Budget Office, “grants to fund activities related to the arts, humanities, libraries and museums, and Native American language preservation.”

$86 billion to rescue about 185 multiemployer pension plans insured by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. Managed jointly by employer sponsors and unions. The WSJ says “these plans are chronically underfunded due to lax federal standards and accounting rules. Yet the bailout comes with no real reform.”

$35 billion to increase subsidies to defray ObamaCare premiums. The bill eliminates the existing income cap (400% of the poverty level) on who qualifies for subsidies, and lowers the maximum amount participants are expected to contribute to about 8.5% of their income, down from 10%.

$3.5 billion for the program formerly known as food stamps

$1 billion for Head Start

$1.5 billion for Amtrak, which no doubt incurred ridership declines during the pandemic, but has been a money loser since its inception.

So with even the Wall Street Journal admitting that more of this bailout money is being spent upon a combination of bailouts for Democratic constituencies, expansions of progressive programs, pork, and unrelated policy changes than upon actual Covid expenses that help the American people, as we'll explore within the next section of this story below, the American people are also now being expected to pay for abortions around the world. When will enough Americans say 'enough is enough'

At the very bottom of this story, we've embedded the full 'pork-filled' Covid relief bill for you to look over and dig your own teeth into, a pork-filled monstrosity that will help push America down the road towards our own demise, a demise funded by the American taxpayer.

(ANP EMERGENCY FUNDRAISER: Due to unexpected expenses recently striking, please consider donating to ANP to help keep us in this 'Info-war' for America at this critical time in US history. With 'slow-Joe' Biden 'sitting in' as US president and at a time of systematic, 'big tech' censorship and widespread Democrat corruption, 'independent media' and alternative views are crucial for America's future.)

As this story over at Life News begins, 'When you think of International Women’s Day, do you think of that as an excuse to celebrate taxpayer funded abortions abroad? Democrats do.' From that story.:

On Tuesday, Democratic Reps. Jan Schakowsky, Marilyn Strickland, Barbara Lee, Jackie Speier, Ayanna Pressley, Diana DeGette, and Norma Torres introduced HR 1670, or, the “Abortion is Health Care Everywhere Act.” Naturally, these abortion advocates tied funding abortions abroad using taxpayer dollars to celebrating International Women’s Day, which was the day before.

The legislation in question would repeal the 1973 Helms Amendment, which prohibits taxpayer funds from paying for abortions abroad. The bill’s name sums accurately sums up a Democratic talking point: ‘Abortion is health care, health care is a human right, and it must be paid for,’ even abroad.

The legislation was also hailed from media coverage with:

Common Dreams’ “Lawmakers Introduce Bill to Get Rid of Helms Amendment—’A Racist, Colonial Relic,'” by Andrea Germanos

Newsweek’s “Congress Should Repeal the Helms Amendment,” an op-ed by Vina Smith-Ramakrishnan

The Suburban Times’ “Strickland Introduces Legislation To Protect Reproductive Health Rights Worldwide By Repealing the Harmful Helms Amendment,” an op-ed by Rep. Strickland

The Hill’s “We must decolonize our global health systems — It’s time to repeal the Helms Amendment,” an op-ed by Reps. Schakowsky, Strickland, and DeGette

That last piece predictably trashes President Trump, exploits the pandemic, and has this charming hot take to share:

Everyone — including people living in low-to-middle income countries — deserves the safety and dignity of basic health care, including comprehensive reproductive health care. That means more access to preventative screenings like Pap smears, testing and care for sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, and safe abortion and contraception, all with self-determination and respect.

A common them to such coverage is that opposing taxpayer funded abortions is racist. As if seeking to end the lives of these targeted populations somehow isn’t worse:

Created by the late Sen. Jesse Helms, the Helms Amendment is nothing more than an attempt to control Black and Brown people all over the world by making it impossible for millions to access abortion. In addition to worsening health outcomes globally, keeping the Helms Amendment in place upholds his legacy of discrimination.

If these charges of racist intentions sound familiar, it’s because a Biden nominee made news for just that. Speaking of the Hyde Amendment, which bans taxpayer dollars from funding elective abortions at home, the nominee to be Deputy of the OMB, Shalanda Young, said repealing it is “a matter of economic and racial justice because it most significantly impacts Medicaid recipients, who are low-income and more likely to be women of color.”

The Hill op-ed also acknowledges that “The U.S. government is the No. 1 funder of health care around the world and helps clinics in low- to middle-income countries provide essential services to their communities,” which is even more consequential when the bill aims to “permanently repeal” the Helms Amendment.

With any taxpayer funded abortions sure to be the piece of Democrat legislation that rightfully launches 150 million tax protests across America, with no sane American wanting government to use their taxes to pay for the murders of unborn children all across the planet, we'll explore within the final section of this story at just 'what else' this 'bailout' will be paying for.

So with the $825 billion of this bill going towards Covid relief being dwarfed by the $1 trillion+ going towards other Democrat 'pet projects' such as ending the lives of the unborn, as Senator Kennedy also warned in his must-read diatribe we see below, massive amounts of this money is being spent on illegal immigrants while more of it is being given to schools which refuse to re-open amid this covid-19 fiasco. So why do Americans have to pay for the rest of the world?

Sen Kennedy, who is not related to the nation's 35th President John F Kennedy, said that Biden failed to meet Republicans half-way on the bill.

"President Biden says it's a coronavirus bill, and my response is, 'Right, you know, and the stripper really likes you,'" he told Fox and Friends.

"I said the other day that calling this a coronavirus bill is like calling Harvey Weinstein a feminist," he continued. "It's just chock-full of spending porn."

"There are parts of it I like. I like trying to help people who are unemployed, and I like trying to help out small business people, especially our restaurants."

Sen Kennedy went on to explain why he voted against the bill.

"I don't understand why we have to give bucket-loads of money to prisoners," he asked, referring to the fact that people in prison are also eligible for stimulus checks.

"I don't understand why we have to give money to people who are in our country illegally.

I don't understand why we have to give money to states whose revenues have gone up.

"I don't understand why we have to give $130billion to schools that refuse to open.

"I don't know why we have to pay reparations - this bill has a reparations provision - and if you add up all the coronavirus spending, and then all the spending porn, there's no comparison."

He added: "Using a coronavirus bill to effectuate spending porn is like looting after a natural disaster, and that's why I voted against it.

As mentioned above, we have gone ahead and embedded the full 'American Relief Bill' at the bottom of this story, along with a memorandum below that from Fox News summarizing the funding provisions in Subtitle A of Title V in H.R. 1319, the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, with their comparison to similar provisions included in the CARES Act (P.L. 116-136). And by all means, if you find any hidden 'pork gems', please share them with us in our comment section below.
