I vigorously study the Climate Change issue from all sides. No one seems to connect the dots. I believe the following summary of my in depth research of the New World Order and UN Agenda 21/2030 Agenda for Sustainability over the last decades may provide the answer. It is all about the exponential population growth far exceeding the Earth's carrying capacity with its finite resources. I surmise that the need for the overarching Technocracy is simple....to organize humans and animals in such detail that when the now accepted Chinese-style communist model is fully installed worldwide, TechnoGenocide will be the most efficient means of swiftly culling about 7 billion humans and assorted numbers of other mammals and carefully regulating replacement birth rates, so that the elite Technocrats will survive in comfort on the finite resources of Earth. Although it is a terrible solution, it is, in the minds of the elites, the only solution. 

United Nations Agenda 21, Climate Engineering, COVID19, and Earth's Carrying Capacity 

United Nations commissioned scientists - the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the Royal Society, the World Academy of Arts & Science, UN Population Fund, World Bank, the UN, NASA, 178 countries, The Earth Charter, World Economic Forum, and modern U.S. Presidents, have declared a global emergency…terminal Climate Change caused by humans. 

The United Nations Agenda 21 “sustainability” theme is the CO2 argument, whether scientifically sound or not. Overpopulation saturating the atmosphere with fossil fuel CO2 will kill the Earth by 2050. Even if CO2 emissions fall to zero, the 'plague upon the Earth' will remain us… you and me. CO2 emissions are not the original problem....we are. 

I doubt if President Trump realized the enormous danger posed by U.N. Agenda 21 since he apparently allowed his daughter, Ivanka, and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, to influence him sufficiently toward Agenda 21, Sustainable Consumption and Production. Agenda 21 principles are laced throughout his much touted US-Mexico-Canada Treaty, which is NAFTA 2.0. He also apparently didn't realize that the USMCA incorporates about 58% of the Trans Pacific Partnership Treaty that he pulled out of immediately after his wonderful, anti-Globalist, USA First, inauguration speech. His warp speed rollout of the COVID19 artificial prophylactic inoculation (it is not a vaccine), untested on animals, never before used on humans, are all serious mistakes or worse.

What’s happening to our country has sadly happened to so many others. We are at the beginning of a communist system. In the video below is Henry Lamb on Agenda 21. In about 10 minutes, he nails it. A short clip is included within the video of Dr. Michael Coffman describing the stated goal of the UN to reduce human population by two-thirds to three quarters in the next 30 to 50 years.

George H. W. Bush signed the U.S. on to the UN Agenda 21 in Rio De Janeiro in June 1992, 6 months after his New World Order speeches, one at the UN, wherein he declared: "We henceforth pledge our allegiance to the sacred principles set forth in the United Nations Charter." Of course there is no Constitution or Bill of Rights in that charter and all sovereign member nations laws are overridden by the UN. Sustainability concepts have been laced throughout all pertinent laws and regulations ever since Rio. 

The ultimate conclusion already reached is that for any of the "sustainability" principles of United Nations Agenda 21 to work (now known as The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development folded into The Green New Deal and The Great Reset), the human population must be immediately and severely reduced. The profound question is: How to do it? 

"The Science" Bible. The United Nation's Environment Programme commissioned the now well hidden Global Biodiversity Assessment (GBA) Report (Heywood and Watson, 1995 ISBN / ISSN052156481). It is a hard to get, rare 1152 page treatise by some 1,000 scientists (I purchased the only available online hard copy for $300.00 from an Australian seller, about 8 years ago). The Forward explicitly states it is designed to help implement UN Agenda 21. At page 773, it cites a Whitaker & Likens study that concludes: At the current Western lifestyle, a population reduction to 1 billion people might be sustained. At a more frugal European standard of living, 2-3 billion might be sustained. (An exception is provided: if the world is de-industrialized (meaning pre-1765), then an agrarian, peasant population of 5 to 7 billion might work). Also see:

The GBA Report’s bottom line is clear: 

'Population growth has exceeded the capacity of the biosphere.'

"The present vast overpopulation, now far beyond the world carrying capacity, cannot be answered by future reductions in the birth rate due to contraception, sterilization and abortion, but must be met in the present by the reduction of numbers presently existing. This must be done by whatever means necessary.” Initiative for the United Nations ECO-92 EARTH CHARTER. 

Population will reach 10.8 billion by 2050; 15.8 billion by 2100. To feed it, food production must increase in the next 29 years by upwards of 100%.  

In 2012, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) estimated that by 2050 we will need to increase food output by 60% based on a business-as-usual scenario. Since the FAO’s projections, population increases have been further revised upwards and food demand is likely to double. Also see. And water shortages in the future are unsolvable.  

The human race is “trapped in a vicious circle” according to the World Bank’s agriculture manager, “we will need to grow 50% more food by 2050 to feed 9 billion people...but agriculture, which is paradoxically vulnerable to climate change, generates 25% of heat-trapping greenhouse gas emissions that lead to climate change.” He is off by about 50%. Production must double.  

In a study titled Food, Land, Population and the U.S. Economy, David Pimentel and Mario Giampietro estimated the maximum U.S. population for a sustainable economy at 200 million. And in order to achieve a sustainable economy and avert disaster, the United States would have to reduce its population by at least one-third, and world population would have to be reduced by two-thirds. 

Some groups (for example, the World Wide Fund for Nature[84][85] and Global Footprint Network[86]) have stated that the carrying capacity for the human population has been exceeded as measured using the Ecological Footprint. In 2006, WWF's "Living Planet Report" stated that in order for all humans to live with the current consumption patterns of Europeans, we would be spending three times more than what the planet can renew. Humanity as a whole was using, by 2006, 40 percent more than what Earth can regenerate. 

Elites Running Out of Time: 

Severe depopulation by 2050 on such a massive scale will take time, so the elites are accelerating their stealth purge agenda now. CO2 emissions must drop to zero immediately to keep PPMs below 450 and keep average temperature from increasing by more than 2 degrees Celsius, the allowable ceilings. But in order to feed so many, CO2 would have to drastically rise, not fall. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, Remarks at the Council on Foreign Relations (Feb 2013). The Great Dilemma: 

24% of fossil fuel CO2 comes from food production. 14% comes from transportation, much of which is food transport. Getting to the planned zero CO2 and feeding 10 billion people is a huge problem. It is a vicious circle conundrum, a current unsolvable dilemma, not fixable before 2050, when we are all toast.  

 "Global food production is the largest single source of greenhouse gases, biodiversity loss and land-use change. It occupies a quarter of habitable land and uses 70 per cent of freshwater -- our most precious resource – often very inefficiently". Ban Ki-Moon, UN Secretary General.   

UNEP stated in Feb. 2012 that ".....concentrations (stocks) of GHG emissions (CO2 from fossil-fuel use and industrial processes, CH4, N2O and fluorinated gases) in the atmosphere have increased, to around 445ppm of CO2e today and increasing at a rate of around 2.5ppm per year." Thus, as of Feb. 2014, we are already at 450.  

"Global mean surface temperature, which had been relatively stable for over 1000 years, has already increased by about 0.75oC since the pre-industrial era, and an additional 0.5oC to 1.0oC is inevitable due to past emissions." See. 

UN Climate Chief (Christiana Figueres): We Should ‘Make Every Effort’ To Reduce Population Increases.

Australia Alerted To Real Reasons Behind Climate Scare 

Christiana Figueres, (former) executive secretary of the U.N.'s Framework Convention on Climate Change to visit Australia. Writing in the Australian, Newman said the "climate catastrophists" are "opposed to capitalism and freedom" and aim to establish a "new world order under the control" of the United Nations. He also notes that Figueres "is on record saying democracy is a poor political system for fighting global warming. Communist China, she says, is the best model."  

Figueres is also on record lamenting the overpopulation of the world, which is the 'real issue' identified by the UN. 

Donna Brazile (former DNC chair) Cites Communist China as a Successful Economic System. 

Two decades ago, Chinese Defense Minister Gen. Chi Haotian explained a long-range plan for ensuring a Chinese national renaissance. He said there were three vital issues that must be grasped. The first was the issue of living space—because China is severely overpopulated and China’s environment is deteriorating. The second issue, therefore, is that the Communist Party must teach the Chinese people to “go out.” By this Gen. Chi meant the conquest of new lands in which a “second China” could be built by “colonization.” From this arises the third vital issue: the “issue of America.” 

Gen. Chi warned his listeners: “This appears to be shocking, but the logic is actually very simple.” China is “in fundamental conflict with the Western strategic interest.” Therefore, the United States will never allow China to seize other countries to build a second China. The United States stands in China’s way. Chi explained the problem as follows: “Would the United States allow us to go out to gain new living space? 

First, if the United States is firm in blocking us, it is hard for us to do anything significant to Taiwan, Vietnam, India, or even Japan, [so] how much more living space can we get? Very trivial! Only countries like the United States, Canada, and Australia have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization.” “We are not as foolish as to want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons,” said the general. “Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves.” 

The answer is found in biological weapons. “Of course,” he added, “we have not been idle, in the past years we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind.” The authenticity of this speech and 2 others by CCCP defense ministers, have been challenged but is consistent with CCCP military strategy.
