FEMA has announced in preparation for the Pope’s visit the establishment of “cities of refuge” for many generations.  Cities where Christians are mobilized under government jurisdiction to establish neighborhoods with buildings that are designated for free and impartial care of the sick.   Surplus food will be distributed for those who have need. Cities where there are hospitals for the poor and hospices instituted for Christian pilgrim’s .Furthermore, a series of federal “urban monasteries” will be established whose task it would be to provide charity throughout the city. This is a place where injustice, vulnerability, and corruption have been banished, for some, while secular peace and conflict-resolution reign.  These are locations where you may commit a host of international crimes by commission, exploitation, or omission such as not being sensitive to others needs, whatever they may be, known or unknown.

The model for this modern city is the historical city of Basil that experienced the pangs of famine in 360 C.E,   It is located in a provincial pharmaceutical and banking Mecca just a stones throw from CERN today. This city may appear as utopia but the dynamics and semantics of these cities are terrorizing.

Cities of refuge are not established in accordance with the biblical instruction found in Joshua 20 for murderers seeking asylum against blood revenge but instead a secular perversion has been created allowing untold illegal aliens to get a foothold in what was once a sovereign country. This is a socialist city where “free” healthcare can be found and food banks, welfare, or the generosity of hard-working Americans provided surplus food.

As Christians come under intense persecution they will wander or pilgrim, as in the days of old.  Instead of boarding a vessel for a new and free land, a hospice nurse will help usher them into eternity.  An alarming prospect to ponder are the government “urban monasteries” providing charity and demanding ultimate loyalty.

Convergence

History, prophetic, celestial signs are converging and the world is watching the Pope with his address the United States Congress and the United Nations (UN).

Two billion Christians are represented by a handful of church bodies and they have been sold out.  In preparation for this merging of ecclesiastical, demonic, and secular humanism the WHS Global Consultation in Geneva; and the Summit in Istanbul in 2016; the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) and its has submitted a declaration paper.  You may wonder why an evangelical summit would be held in Istanbul, the heart of Islam.

The UN Economic and Social ECOSOC  teams who are based in New York and Geneva are calling upon evangelicals to reflect the mandate to witness and work with others to militate against brokenness, injustice, corruption, and mitigate pain.  Furthermore, evangelicals are summoned to bring hope to a needy world.

After the events of September 11, 2001, the site was rebuilt with the One World Trade Center complete with sacred geometry and a Ziggurat that was customarily found in ancient pagan conquerors, including Babylon and Assyria.  Two reflective pools with fountains were placed in the footprint of the Twin Towers.   Water is used in Islamic architecture.  The Qur’an promises the “garden” which represents paradise and is promised to faithful Islamic believers.  In a ‘spirit’ of inter-faith dialogue and goodwill, a mosque was built at Ground Zero.  Plans now vacillate between rebuilding the complex as mega-mosque or a Museum to Islam in triumph over the Christian foundations of America.  This is to be accomplished in the physical and in the spiritual realm by perverted secular humanism.  It is actually far worse than the scope of this document.

This role is based upon a theology of Christian faith that models itself on the unconditional love of Jesus Christ, who calls us to love our neighbor. In the humanitarian context, love is expressed through timely, lifesaving action in service to all in need without discrimination  -Page 5

Ministry of Jesus Christ and the True Faith Community

Jesus made it very clear what His ministry was when He read the prophetic portion of the Holy Scripture during a Sabbath in Nazareth when He read the following regarding the Year of Jubilee:

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,  Isaiah 61:1

Some believe that we are entering the Year of Jubilee this season, but the actual timing is unknown.  Each one of the true faith community are mere vessels and nothing more or less, would be in His good and perfect will.

Who is an evangelical?

The United Nations speaks directly to evangelicals.  Are you an evangelical?  In a Call to Commitment and Partnership, the UN uses British historian David Bebington’s definitions of words instead of biblical, legal, or even common Webster’s 1828 Dictionary definitions.   Bebbington identifies four primary characteristics of evangelicals:

• Show a particular regard for the Bible

• Focus on the work of Jesus Christ on the cross

• Affirm that human beings need to amend their

lives, and,

• Believe that social action is a vital expression of Christian faith.

These four characteristics are flawed.

• It leaves eaves out the Holy Bible.  When Holy is left out it opens the door for other bibles and philosophies.
• They want evangelicals to focus on Jesus Christ’s death on the cross and not the resurrected Savior Who lives and comes in power and strength.
• They want you to affirm and correct your own lives instead of acknowledging sin and repenting of that sin.  Affirming oftentimes contains visualization and can be a gateway for demonic presences into your mind.
• While social action is important we must keep our eyes fixed on Jesus Christ and His Word and stand firm:

      For mine eyes are unto thee, O Jehovah the Lord: In thee do I take refuge; Leave not my soul      destitute.  Psalms 141:8

Refugee Crisis

It is stated that there are currently 52 million refugees in the world population.

Our aim is to show that vibrant, compassionate care of the poor and marginalized -who are most vulnerable to humanitarian crises – has historically been and continues to be at the core of evangelical commitment and fundamental to our beliefs. Page 6

Evangelicals are sharply rebuked for misperceptions and proper criticisms in the evangelical community centered on gender discrimination, proselytizing, or basing aid on conforming to religiously defined roles.  This call demands the evangelical community to work together to correct their inappropriate behavior.

Twisting the Word of God a Call to Commitment and Partnership declares that the:

Bible proclaims that God engages human beings, calling us into community with one another, without regard to race, gender, ability, ethnicity, religion, or socio-economic status.  Page 8

While the Bible does call a Christian into community, there are many distinctions of what, who, when, and why, a biblical-based community is established and flourishes under the protection and guidance of the Most High.

Christians are called to follow the example of Jesus, who loved and served the most vulnerable of society: the poor, the sick, the marginalized and the outcast.  Page 8

 

The Local Evangelical Community

Biblical communities are built around the Word of God with certain beliefs, customs, actions, and goals scriptural based.  The UN wants your local faith-based evangelical community to leverage your local knowledge and expertise of target populations to operate their international technocratic operation (page 10).  For your cooperation, the UN will establish a conduit for you for much needed funding and technical expertise to make your local faith community state-of-the-art (page 10).  In return, your faith community agrees to:

Utilize their pre-existing local networks and buildings, plus their shared identity, social vision, religious narratives and public leaders, to mobilize, coordinate, register, train, console, encourage and help resolve conflict.

This approach builds on existing community coping mechanisms and assets, harnesses social capital and thus strengthens community resilience.”13 (Emphasis mine CB) Page 11

This will ensure that your continuous and sustainable faith-based community will implement long-term and slow-paced behavior change policies.

In addition, Local Faith Communities (LFC’s) will be designated as certified healing centers relieving the world of the burden of physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs under the watchful eye of international surveillance.

LFCs may become advocates for their communities when it observes government oversight or corruption. As a serpent ready to strike, this example is provided:

While this example is cited, it was underscored an example and not to be confused with LFC’s becoming politically active. In essence, it is perfectly acceptable to demand command and control from your government to serve you (provide for your safety and security) but do not get political.  Pastor Bonhoeffer was indeed political and active.  The illustration does not reflect his character accurately.

The Value-Added Church

Disasters are being touted as the route into hard to penetrate faith-based communities.  Once a local faith community takes monies or services, they have incentive and motivation of loyalty towards their rewarder.

The government faith based community offers naturally existing and interconnected social networks, long-term presence, enhanced credibility and trust in a time where government is not trusted, communication, accessibility, deep knowledge and sustainability that can be exploited by the social enterprise.  When a local faith community buys-in to the scheme through a legal contract, they become a “trusted institution” and will convey targeted messaging to their communities.

Relationships that go to the local level and bridge the gap between national and local are increasingly important to effective and sustainable change efforts.  Page 12

 

Uncharted Faith Community Territory

As global social authorities take ground for their One World Empire, they are greedily eyeing the local faith community.  In their words:

their overall potential often remains untapped. Their capacities are largely unmapped and their overall impacts

uncharted. They are inadequately represented at the

planning and coordination table and their scalability

remains unexplored.

 

 Biblical Justice

A proposal of biblical justice has been forward by global purveyors of governance, which emphasizes caring for the vulnerable through social engagement and action.  Your job description as a trusted partner will include confronting injustice, vulnerability, corruption, and peace and conflict resolution.  To address injustice your role will be to be part of the whole community adding power for the greater good.  This stands in stark contrast to the many pages in the Holy Scriptures regarding true biblical justice.

Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek the LORD understand it fully.  Proverbs 28:5

 

Set-Apart Instruments Designated for Civil Society

It is openly acknowledged that Christians are being discriminated against.  Supposedly, this is for two reasons, first, they are local bodies in an international sea, and secondly, they are faith-based living in a secular world.  The reason that faith-based communities are allowed to exist at all is that are channels for assistance. The international community also is aware, if trained properly, that when disaster strikes local faith communities are frequently the only functioning constituent of a resilient civil society.

A key component of resilience in these communities is social capital (Aldrich, 2012). The local evangelical church can play a critical role in promoting strong bonding social capital within itself in order to mobilize and coordinate good will and resources to the broader community.

 

Vertical Links

A healthy faith community lifts its eye vertically to God for forgiveness, sustenance, healing, encouragement and fulfillment.  Perverse actors desire to distort vertical linkage to integrate social capital facilitating the flow of resources and information upwards to the “broader community” to forge a more effective collaboration.

The compliant faith community derives its standards from a hybrid of the Integral Alliance Standards, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent, SPHERE Standards, and UNHCR Ethics not from the Word of God which holds primacy.  The bottom line of these is that religious freedom shall never denigrate the value of the other person or other culture, or that is coercive or contingent.

The trained faith community will be taught to engage and provide services without regard to race, ethnicity, gender, or nationality.  To do otherwise is inconsistent with their faith and inherently disruptive.

As Christian’s our standards should be as follows:

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Galatians 5:22

 

Faith Community Viability

Secular globalists detest the true confessing faith community.  They are prepared to lure local faith communities into their snare through lust for acceptance, money, resources, and creating a permanent space for the faith community to participate at international strategic planning table.  Those who fail to accept their ‘generous’ offer will share the same glory as the true confessing faith community of Jesus, His disciples, early Believer’s and the prophets of old.

The true faith confessing community will remain faithful to Jesus Christ:

And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.  Revelation 12:11
