2018 is coming to a close and with it we note a number of end of the year pieces, where we see that 2018 was the "age of rage" for media, liberal snowflakes, and Democratic politicians across the board, which makes us wonder: What does 2019 have in store and can they top the insanity of 2018?
Nothing represents the liberal "rage" as well as remembering the sheer lunacy of confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, when after all was said and done and the vote was taken, liberals marched to the doors of the Supreme Court and quite literally tried to claw and pound their way through the locked doors as he was being sworn in.
In the very short video below, we see the ultimate representation of what liberalism has become during the Trump presidency, all because of the establishment media and their outright lies and fake news.
2018 THE 'AGE OF RAGE'
I lifted the "age of rage' for the headline from an excellent piece by Shapiro Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University. Jonathan Turley, who describes how President Donald Trump has transformed the entire Democratic Party into creatures their predecessors wouldn't even recognize, where the "resist" mindset has replaced almost every principle Democrats had prior to the Trump presidency.
In this age of rage, voters seem to have no patience, let alone need, for leaders speaking of abstract principles. They want immediate unequivocal action in supporting or opposing President Trump. For Democrats, that all consuming purpose has led to the abandonment of core unifying values, including many that first drew me to the Democratic Party. While they would vehemently deny it, Trump is remaking the party in his inverse image. This past month shows how far that transformation has gone.
Media Rage Leads To Liberal Violence: The media's rage against Americans for not allowing the MSM to "tell them what to think" as MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski once admitted that journalists believed that was "our job" to do, has created a domino effect with each fake news narrative they have pushed. Almost all the liberal rage being spread across the nation stems directly from the media manufacturing outrage after outrage, which in turn creates the type of epic meltdowns we described and showed on video in Sunday's article showing why snowflakes won't survive the aftermath of disaster.
One prime example in 2018 of the media and Democrat politicians creating a "fake news" narrative, which in turn encouraged Democrat politicians to urge their supporters to gather a "crowd" and confront conservatives physically, which then liberals did across the nation, is highlighted in Breitbart's 2018 Fake News Awards.
A 2014 image, from the Obama presidential era, of illegal immigrant children in "cages" started going viral, with false claims like one from Jon Favreau, who was speechwriter for President Barack Obama, stating "This is happening right now, and the only debate that matters is how we force our government to get these kids back to their families as fast as humanly possible. That was followed up by Democrat Antonio Villaraigosa, former Los Angeles mayor, lamenting "Speechless. This is not who we are as a nation."
That was shared by New York Times Magazine editor-in-chief Jake Silverstein, in a now deleted tweet (shown above), to which he subsequently acknowledged the true date of the initial photo, but the damage had already been done, because in conjunction with that, ABC Houston reporter Antonio Arellano tweeted an image of a bus outfitted with child safety seats, calling it "a prison bus just for babies," claiming it too was a recent image, but it was from 2014 as well.
Again, outrage ensued.
"Unconscionable and inhumane, "said Texas Sen. Sylvia Garcia. "This is what we've come to under Donald Trump," said Stephen King. Others tweeted: "your new gestapo at work," "this is what fascism looks like," "we live in a dark period of American history," "moral abomination." Etc., etc.
Oops. Turns out this picture, too, was taken when Obama was president. And, the bus was actually used to take the children on field trips to places like the San Antonio Zoo, a nearby park, the movies, as well as for medical treatment and court appointments.
So much for the Trump-era inhumane prison bus for babies.
That example is just one out of dozens provided at Breitbart's Fake News of 2018 awards, where the media created a false narrative, on behalf of Democrat politicians, inciting liberals across the nation to protest, in many cases violently.
While ANP provided a number of videos as proof of liberal rage in Sunday's article, one of which was a short compilation, perhaps the only way to see the big picture of what the consistent incitement by the liberal establishment media lies, along with the Democrat politicians, has caused by way of liberal rage over the past three years, is to see it all at once in the disturbing compilation by YouTuber DoubleStandards4Enemies from July 2018. The video compilation is almost an hour long, but it encapsulates the term "age of rage" perfectly.
WHAT'S IN STORE FOR 2019
The media doesn't appear to be slowing down on their "fake news," nor their misleading headlines, selectively edited quotes and manufacturing outrage, so what is in store for 2019 could be termed as "more of the same, except for the fact that liberals across the Internet, as exemplified by the vitriol all across social media, are more angry now than they were in 2017, with that anger increasing in 2018, and becoming more out of control, vocal and violent.
A recent ANP article asked in the headline "Will 2019 Usher In Civil War 2.0?," and after seeing the consistent pattern of the media and Democrat politicians manufacturing outrage on a weekly, and sometimes daily basis against President Trump, his administration, and his supporters, with their liberal followers allowing that to guide their actions, protests and attacks against conservatives, along with conservatives patience with their antics running out as they prepare to stand up to the liberal rage..... the answer to that question could be yes, it very well might be the year it all comes to a head.
Especially with Democrats in control of the House of Representatives in 2019.
BOTTOM LINE
While I would love to not be cynical and say "maybe the media will try to do better," I cannot because the media has proven time and time again, they don't care for the truth, they only care about causing further division in the country, so I can only encourage readers to prepare, be ready to defend your life, that of your family and community, and hope and pray that the media doesn't accomplish their goal of imploding America in 2019.
