Bruce Jenner was involved in a fatal accident today after apparently being chased by several members of the 'paparazzi' in California, the latest event involving Jenner that has brought in worldwide news attention since Jenner decided to become a woman. Law enforcement sources tell us ... there were 3 vehicles involved in the crash. We're told there were 8 people involved and all sustained some sort of injury ... but one person died at the scene.
Jenner was a passenger in one of the cars and is alive, the Sheriff's Department said. His rep told ABC News that Jenner is fine. (Note: It appears that Jenner was driving the car as seen in moment of impact below!)
Five people were hospitalized, according to the Sheriff's Department.
